KUH Dagang sebagai peninggalan zaman Hindia Belanda sudah jauh tertinggal dan tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hukum perdagangan saat ini baik dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Selain itu beberapa pengaturan lain di luar KUH Dagang juga belum lengkap. Penulisan ini untuk mengkaji perlunya dilakukan pembaharuan Hukum Dagang Indonesia dan mencari model pembaharuan hukum dagang yang kita kehendaki supaya dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan menunjang pembangunan nasional.Metode pendekatan yang dipergunakan dalam tulisan ini adalah yuridis normative dengan sumber data sekuder yang dikumpulkan dengan cara studi kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kualitatif. Bangsa Indonesia saat ini sedang menghadapi dua fenomena dalam pergerakan global, pertama adanya ... more Bangsa Indonesia saat ini sedang menghadapi dua fenomena dalam pergerakan global, pertama adanya bonus demografi di mana jumlah penduduk usia produktif termasuk anak-anak muda sangat besar, kedua masuk kedalam era revolusi industri di mana berbagai sektor kehidupan mengalami digitalisasi. Era ini dikenal dengan revolusi industri 4.0. Dalamm upaya kelangsungan kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara maka kita harus menyiapkan generasi siap mengambil estafet kepemimpinan. Permasalahannya bagaimanakah membentuk pemimpin muda berkarakter untuk membangun kehidupan masyarakat bahagia dan sejahtera. Tujuan penulisan makalah ini adalah untuk menyiapkan pemimpin muda untuk tetap mempunyai kepribadian dan berkarakter Indonesia. Pancasila as an ideology and the basis of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, is a po... more Pancasila as an ideology and the basis of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, is a political choice of funding fathers in the midst of the choice of a religious or secular state in general. Aside from being an ideology and the foundation of the State, Pancasila is also the source of all sources of law in Indonesia. The purpose of the law is based on and originates from Pancasila, which is to embody human rights, which is to protect people passively or actively. Passively by preventing arbitrary actions from the emergence of legal products that are contrary to Pancasila and actively by creating humane social conditions that enable the social process to take place naturally so that every human being has the broadest and equal opportunity to develop all his full human potential with mutual respect for fellow children of the natio. But the fact is that in the life of society, nation and state after reforms many SARA groups (tribes, religions, races, groups) are free and even religion is used as a tool for certain political goals and more radical. One of the causes of the emergence of radicalism was after the P4 upgrading program was revoked so that the arrangements to ground the Pancasila praxis values in the legal system became empty. For this reason the need for stronger arrangements to ground the values of the Pancasila praxis in the reform era in welcoming and preparing for milneal generations.

Terapi air merupakan terapi yang sangat efektif dilakukan untuk mengatasi rasa nyeri, kelelahan, ... more Terapi air merupakan terapi yang sangat efektif dilakukan untuk mengatasi rasa nyeri, kelelahan, dan daya tahan otot. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan mengetahui keefektifan jenis terapi air dengan menggunakan air hangat, dingin, dan kontras terhadap rasa nyeri, kelelahan dan daya tahan otot pada pemain bulu tangkis UNY. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperiment designs dengan rancangan three group time series. Sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui tes dan pengukuran. Instrumen untuk mengukur rasa nyeri dengan scale rating numeric, kelelahan diukur dengan whole body reaction dan daya tahan otot menggunakan wall sit. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Anava (analisis varians). Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terapi air hangat efektif untuk mengatasi kelelahan dan efektif meningkatkan daya tahan otot dengan nilai signifikansi variabel kelelahan 0,008 dan daya tahan otot 0,002.
