This study aims to demonstrate the performance of the service queue of customers who lined up at ... more This study aims to demonstrate the performance of the service queue of customers who lined up at the Office of Civil Registration District of West Kutai not optimal. The analysis model used in this study is a model M / M / S (Multiple Channel Query System or multiple line queuing models). Based on the research results , the model M / M / S (Multiple Channel Query System or multiple lines queuing model) is applied to the Office of Civil Registration District of West Kutai not optimal for the longest time required by a customer in the queue still exceeds the standards set by the Civil Registry office of West Kutai regency. From the results of this study demonstrate that the performance of the service queue at the Civil Registration Office West Kutai regency showed optimal results yet. Civil Registry Office of the West Kutai District should further improve the performance of services , so that the queues are not too long and make consumers wait too long in getting the services of the officers , because it refers to a predetermined time standard that is equal to three minutes
