Background: Accessible transport is a key factor in access to essential urban resources and services, including housing, employment, social welfare, and recreation. It is important to be inclusive of the needs of individuals with disabilities in the design of the built environment, urban facilities and services, to enhance the quality of life for all, and thus support community integration. Methodology: The study was carried out in the city of Trujillo, Peru in 2020. A questionnaire was used based on the dimensions of each variable. The variables were: Inclusive urban public transport management composed of 5 dimensions (equipment and services, adapted vehicles, preferential rate, regulatory compliance, state of the roads) and accessibility of people with disabilities, composed of 5 dimensions (physical environment, attitudinal, social activities, mobility, comfort). Spearman's rank correlation was used. Results: The results allowed us to identify that the management of inclusive urban public transport in the city of Trujillo has a predominantly deficient level, and accessibility for people with disabilities is mostly deficient. It was carried out in the city of Trujillo, Peru in 2020 with a sample population of 196 people. Implying access to mass urban transport systems for individuals with physical and hearing disabilities is an essential right among the various goods, services and products, which should be conceived or have accessibility to reduce the discriminatory levels existing in the disabled citizens. Conclusion: The accessibility of people with disabilities in the city of Trujillo was found to be directly and significantly correlated with the management of inclusive

The1research was a documented review of duty with respect to the different conceptions that philosophers have had. The population was all philosophers starting from the Stoics, the great contributions of Socrates, Platon, Aristotle, Cicerón, St. Thomas Aquinas and these conceptions about duty are updated in philosophers of the modern age such as: Kant, Murphy, Beck, Bayon, Vecchio, Francisco Vives, who seek to formulate epistemological precisions of duty. The variables were: spiritual transformation, human duties. The different definitions of duty were used, the definitions of the Espasa Calpe Dictionary were taken, which informs us from the etymology of duty, Santillana. "Duty is a concrete term, it includes two essential elements: the material and the formal, which is nothing other than action and force," it also tells us that man is obliged to respect religious precepts, natural laws or positive laws, Duty is to fulfill what was promised, and something very important is that the duty of the government is to ensure that there is true justice in the country. It was evidenced that duty is in the life and conscience of man, which through the course of civilization, has been presented on the basis of the scale of values emerging from each place and time. It is an imminent attribute of man that determines his permanent and theoretical contradiction on his definition and discussion in the face of other epistemological attributes of the scale of human values.

Actions, structures, and mechanisms have been adopted from the premise of quality and, in reality, models of segregation among students are being articulated, which entails the loss of good educational work and the essence of pedagogy. For development to occur in a society, both individuals and the state should have access to quality education. Education, therefore, becomes the indices for measuring the development capacity of both the individuals and state (Daura and Audu, 2015). Many countries are still grappling with articulating a coherent and consistent approach to inclusion, which has impacted the success of its implementation (Schwab et al., 2018). The exclusion of students with disabilities from general education because of their disability amounts to severe or systematic violations of the right to education. In some countries, having a disability can more than double a child's schooling options compared to those without. Resolving this severe discrimination is an urgent matter and for several reasons. First, to deny the right to education is to rob children of the future benefits that education brings and the opportunity to access other requests-for example, by limiting job opportunities or active civic participation during the lifetime. UNESCO (2017) indicates that education is essential for human, inclusive and sustainable development promoted by knowledge societies capable of facing future challenges with innovative strategies. The concept of inclusive education is broader than that of integration and starts from a different assumption. Inclusive education implies that all children in a given community learn together regardless of their personal, social or cultural conditions, including those with a disability. In the inclusive school, all students benefit from teaching adapted to their needs and not only those with special educational needs (Casanova, 2011). In this sense, (Cardona 2010

In Peru, citizens with complex disabilities have been made invisible in the public transport service.
