Only in March 2016, there were 121 terror attacks which have held in more than 20 countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and North America. I believe that there is no excuse for the commitment of such crimes, neither an easy solution which to bring peace in those regions. Still, it becomes more evident that despite the dreadful events, the digital media continues to have significant role as information contributor and basic communicator in the course of public active participation into the current policy practices. In this regard, I claim that the digital media narrative unites the modern societies by allowing them to freely defend their views of equal democratic rights and opposition against the collective injustices, especially in crucial social periods.

After urgent meeting in Brussels the same month, the EU states have been encouraged to return the free movement status within their territories in short terms. The decision of the two Scandinavian countries can be recognized as opposition to the migration and security policies, currently taken by the European institutions.

It did not simply inspired fear and terror thread in Europe as well as political and territorial collision in the Middle East but has also succeeded to ruin the long lasting socio-economic relationship between the two regions. Moreover, the existing connection between the areas also appears to be damaged digitally which is a precognition of a complete information and media restriction regarding the already established universal communication practices.
As frequently explained, the Islamic fundamentalism has been mainly motivated by the cultural differences which exist between East and West (Huntignton, 1993) but the era of Islamic neo-fundamentalism, the beginning of which is mainly associated with the Islamic terrorist invasion against the United States seems to have primly economic and political origins.

L’intégration des comportements digitaux dans les pays de Proche-Orient et Afrique de Nord a augmenté la participation des individus de cette région dans les activités institutionnels mais a aussi inspiré une des plus grandes transformations étatiques, le Printemps arabe, connus depuis l’invention et l’implication d’Internet et des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication dans les affaires universels contemporains. Malheureusement, les résultats pas complètement favorables qui avaient accomplis avant la révolution posent la question d’effet positif des média électroniques dans le processus de libération civile dans les pays arabe.

De nos jours, la notion a été diffusée parmi des élites politiques d’Ouest et surtout par des médias comme en conséquence de nombreux des aspects problématiques nationaux (la lutte de puissance entre les élites politiques) et internationaux (les guerres, la migration et la pauvreté). Fréquemment, la parole « musulman » a été utilisée comme un synonyme d’un envahisseur culturel d’Ouest tandis que le traitement médiatique d’ « islam » a été orienté envers une hostilité envers l’identité musulmane.
Cet article va observer le média démocratique comme une source de communication qui ne facilite pas le discours culturelle entre l’Orient et l’Occident dans le monde multipolaire (Huntington 1996) et dont contenu informatique ne supporte par la formation d’une opinion publique positive concernant des valeurs identitaires des peuples musulmans (Ronald Inglehart et Pippa Norris, 2003).

The Middle East is currently facing one of the worst periods in its history while Europe attempts to protect its unit from the migration crisis. Sadly, the greatest debates so far concerning the immigrants who are entering the EU as refugees are directed towards the question “How to deal with them?” instead of “How to ease their condition?”.
In this regard, the article represents my civil and academic standpoint with respect to the present state of transnational disorder as well as proposal for solution the migration crisis in Europe which, whether left to deepen, will lead neither to positive outcomes concerning the process of integration the newcomers nor to an easy adaptation of the EU citizens in relation to the social changes which will set into the democratic states.

The sizable bloom of data amount, diversity and velocity generated by countless individuals has enriched the research progress in various academic fields such as political, media, cultural and anthropologic studies. Meanwhile, the global society has reached considerable results regarding the level of public interaction, exchange of information and engagement into the overall process of institutional decisions-making and governmental functionalism. Still, despite the numerous positive ICTs outcomes, the social opinion towards the implementation of certain specific digital services into the democratic matters remains controversial. Due to this point, the current article emphasizes the implementation of surveillance into the contemporary democratic matters with the intention to represent the motives of social concern towards the subject.
