This research aims to develop a computer-based interactive learning multimedia for the teaching o... more This research aims to develop a computer-based interactive learning multimedia for the teaching of English Listening and Speaking for the tenth grade students in Pelabuhanratu. This study adapted the development model suggested by Sugiyono (2014), the steps are: (1) exploration (2) development of the prototype, (3) expert validation and revision, and (4) try-out and final revision. The findings indicate that the appropriate learning multimedia for the tenth grade students in Pelabuhanratu are the learning multimedia that: (1) gives students a lot of oral cycle practice, (2) generates low pressure learning, (3) promotes student-centred learning, (4) trains students to practice micro skills of listening and speaking and (5) provides Bahasa Indonesia translation in the learning instruction. Literature review is done by doing surveys on multiple scholarly sources such as journal articles on a specific matter. Based on the findings throughout this study, there are some aspects to be discussed by the writer. The first aspect is about how different students have different learning styles. Di era modern dengan banyaknya pengguna internet merupakan suatu peluang tersendiri bagi pemerint... more Di era modern dengan banyaknya pengguna internet merupakan suatu peluang tersendiri bagi pemerintah dalam meningkatkan pelayanan yang efektif dan efisien. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan, didapatkan permasalahan yaitu belum adanya operator khusus sehingga informasi yang ditampilkan di website kurang update selain itu masyarakat juga belum banyak yang mengetahui aplikasi Sistem Informasi Desa Melek IT (SIDEMIT). Metode yang digunakan meliputi survey atau observasi, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), ceramah dan pendampingan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu desa dalam pendigitalisasian pelayanan publik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu terbentuknya operator untuk website desa yang berasal dari karang taruna yang sebelumnya telah mendapat pelatihan, sehingga dari hal tersebut informasi yang ditampilkan di website desa dapat terupdate, selain itu adanya video tutorial pelayanan pada aplikasi SIDEMIT, dan sosialisasi juga dilakukan kepada kepada masyarakat Desa Mangkubumi sehingga perwakilan dari beberapa elemen masyarakat yang hadir dapat mengetahui dan menyebarluaskan informasi terkait dengan website dan aplikasi SIDEMIT.

Learning effectiveness is largely determined by several factors such as supportive classroom climate, learning opportunity, curricular alignment, learning orientation establishment, coherent content, thoughtful discourse, practice and application activities, scaffolding students' task engagement, strategy teaching, cooperative learning, goal-oriented assessment, and achievement expectations. In addition, information and communication technology is very helpful in exploring the world with unlimited resources (empowerment), providing the right choice of devices, giving space to work together in real-time (team work), and being affordable as well as easy managed (scalability). This study used qualitative approach to depict or describe the general overview of the use of G-Drive in learning process and the effectiveness of independent learning. This isa case study researchbased on an in-depth investigation of a single individual, group or event to explore the causes of underlying principles. The results show that G-Drivehas provided benefits to learning management in the forms of following aspects: learning management, teaching materials, self-assessment, learning development tools, communication tools, completeness and management tools of students. In conclusion, learning with G-Driveresulted on active learning, more authentic activities, developed students' metacognition, fostered intrinsic motivation, and improved students' responsibility.

The sample used was a telecommunications company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2009-2013 period, in which there were six companies. The statistical method used is a multiple linear regression model. From the results of the Classical Assumptions test that is a test for normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heterosecdasticity, followed by multiple linear regression testing. The results showed that simultaneously (simultaneously) the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS) significantly influence the Price to Book Value (PBV) with a significance of 0,000. This study was conducted to determine the forms of deconstruction carried out by Nidah Kirani as the main character. This research is examined using a radical feminism approach. The method used in this research is the content analysis method. In this study, there are several resistances made by the main character Nidah Kirani against Islamic law and the position of women in Islam, including resistance to the love of God, resistance to the obligation to wear the hijab, and hijab for Muslim women, resistance to male power. Populasi sebanyak 12 kelas (417 peserta didik) dengan sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 sampel kelas yaitu satu kelas eksperimen (kelas VIII F) dan satu kelas kontrol (kelas VIII L) yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Variabel bebas adalah model pembelajaran PBI dan model pembelajaran konvensional. Variabel terikat berupa kreativitas dan hasil belajar matematika. The subject of this research is social conflict, moreover the object of this research is Crazy Rich Asians Novel by Kevin Kwan. Data is analysed using descriptive qualitative method. Data collecting method uses note-taking technique, besides data collecting method instrument uses human instrument. Furthermore, data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The result of the social conflict depicted in Crazy Rich Asian is most of the social conflict are from social conflict class which appear through the existence of the culture differences, as the result from the difference of individual's background and basically every individual can influence others. In this novel, Chinese lower-midle class are not accepted in the society because of the stereotype. In addition, the other causative factor is the difference of interests, especially the difference of economic interests.

This research is a qualitative research with case study approach performed in SMP N 1 Bantul. Data collection techniques were by using observation and documentation. Data analysis used were model Milles and Huberman that includes data, display data reduction and withdrawal of the conclusion. A summary of the results of this research is the readiness of SMP N 1 Bantul to carry out literacy activities in schools which can be seen from the existing facilities in schools to support these activities as well as the participation of teachers in the success of these activities, implementation strategies. Factors that support literacy reading activity are school factor and outside school. The inhibiting factor of reading literacy is a short time.

The visual elements were analyzed by using the visual semiotic theory by (Barthes, 1977). This study shows that there are three categories of multicultural values represented in the EFL textbook: respecting other people’s tradition, and appreciating women’s equal rights, and appreciating other people’s perspectives. Three images represented respecting other people’s tradition, one image represented appreciating women’s equal right, and two images represented appreciating other people’s perspective. The theoretical approach was used to provide an analysis on the process and the learning outcomes as well as the factors that influence it. Learning outcomes is meant as a tool to maintain the dynamics of life in the face of accelerating change both psychologically and economically. The ability to adjust to changes is indication of the performance levels of education. Several views about the concept of learning including the theory of stimulus-response, trait theory, the theory of the constitution, the theory of factors, the classical theory and the theory of reinforcement-operand shared the point that the process of learning requires a condition that allows learners to develop their potential to be able to adjust to the demands and needs. Learning difficulties occurs when selfweakness is assumed and beyond learner circumstances. Teacher behavior, the learner external factor, is a key factor in the creation of learning atmosphere. Teacher's expertise in understanding individual learners and directing them to accept, understand and reach the full potential, help learners determine the level of the atmosphere created in learning. Diagnosing learners' difficulties are also necessary in accordance with the stages so that learners are able to make adjustments on the tasks of development. In conclusion, attitudes and behavior of teachers play an important role in creating a learning environment that supports the development of students' utmost potentials.

One of the important aspects in appropriate literature learning is character education. Based on the results of several studies, some conclusions can be drawn. First, essentially literature is a medium of mental and intellectual enlightenment, the most important aspect in character education. Second, there are a variety of literary works that need appreciating as they are important in the character development. Third, literature learning relevant to the character development is one that enables learners to develop their awareness of reading and writing as important prerequisites for the character development. Fourth, literary books relevant to the character development are those with beautiful language capable of making the readers moved, containing high humanistic values, and encouraging the readers to treat other people and creatures well.

This study aims to describe the world picture of women according to their nature which acts as a mother and as a wife on short story Panggung Wayang by Aam Amilia. The source of this research data is in the form of words, phrases, and sentences originating from several figures from short story Panggung Wayang by Aam Amilia collection. The data collection technique used in this study uses the technique of reading and recording. The data in this study were analyzed using a feminist approach. The results of the discussion in this study are in the form of a world picture of women who play a role in the domestic, public, and both world settings without leaving their nature as women. In addition, from the overall story of women leaders are dominated by domestic aspects, namely the image of women as mothers, the image of women as wives, the image of women as mothers or wives who play directly outside the home to get parity without leaving their nature, the image of women as loyal and intelligent wife, and the image of the woman who was portrayed negatively as the second woman.

The subjects of the study were teachers and students of state junior high schools in a regency in Yogyakarta Province. The subjects were taken in three stages, first, with the cluster technique: the eastern, western, central, and northern zones, and second, with the school strata technique: as excellent, moderate, and low. The choice of strata technique was determined based on the results of the 2017 National Exam score ranking. Third, the selection of schools and classes was made randomly. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu terbentuknya operator untuk website desa yang berasal dari karang taruna yang sebelumnya telah mendapat pelatihan, sehingga dari hal tersebut informasi yang ditampilkan di website desa dapat terupdate, selain itu adanya video tutorial pelayanan pada aplikasi SIDEMIT, dan sosialisasi juga dilakukan kepada kepada masyarakat Desa Mangkubumi sehingga perwakilan dari beberapa elemen masyarakat yang hadir dapat mengetahui dan menyebarluaskan informasi terkait dengan website dan aplikasi SIDEMIT.

Learning effectiveness is largely determined by several factors such as supportive classroom climate, learning opportunity, curricular alignment, learning orientation establishment, coherent content, thoughtful discourse, practice and application activities, scaffolding students' task engagement, strategy teaching, cooperative learning, goal-oriented assessment, and achievement expectations. In addition, information and communication technology is very helpful in exploring the world with unlimited resources (empowerment), providing the right choice of devices, giving space to work together in real-time (team work), and being affordable as well as easy managed (scalability). This study used qualitative approach to depict or describe the general overview of the use of G-Drive in learning process and the effectiveness of independent learning. This isa case study researchbased on an in-depth investigation of a single individual, group or event to explore the causes of underlying principles. The results show that G-Drivehas provided benefits to learning management in the forms of following aspects: learning management, teaching materials, self-assessment, learning development tools, communication tools, completeness and management tools of students. In conclusion, learning with G-Driveresulted on active learning, more authentic activities, developed students' metacognition, fostered intrinsic motivation, and improved students' responsibility.

The sample used was a telecommunications company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2009-2013 period, in which there were six companies. The statistical method used is a multiple linear regression model. From the results of the Classical Assumptions test that is a test for normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heterosecdasticity, followed by multiple linear regression testing. The results showed that simultaneously (simultaneously) the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS) significantly influence the Price to Book Value (PBV) with a significance of 0,000. This study was conducted to determine the forms of deconstruction carried out by Nidah Kirani as the main character. This research is examined using a radical feminism approach. The method used in this research is the content analysis method. In this study, there are several resistances made by the main character Nidah Kirani against Islamic law and the position of women in Islam, including resistance to the love of God, resistance to the obligation to wear the hijab, and hijab for Muslim women, resistance to male power. The subject of this research is social conflict, moreover the object of this research is Crazy Rich Asians Novel by Kevin Kwan. Data is analysed using descriptive qualitative method. Data collecting method uses note-taking technique, besides data collecting method instrument uses human instrument. Furthermore, data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The result of the social conflict depicted in Crazy Rich Asian is most of the social conflict are from social conflict class which appear through the existence of the culture differences, as the result from the difference of individual's background and basically every individual can influence others. In this novel, Chinese lower-midle class are not accepted in the society because of the stereotype. In addition, the other causative factor is the difference of interests, especially the difference of economic interests.

This research is a qualitative research with case study approach performed in SMP N 1 Bantul. Data collection techniques were by using observation and documentation. Data analysis used were model Milles and Huberman that includes data, display data reduction and withdrawal of the conclusion. A summary of the results of this research is the readiness of SMP N 1 Bantul to carry out literacy activities in schools which can be seen from the existing facilities in schools to support these activities as well as the participation of teachers in the success of these activities, implementation strategies. Factors that support literacy reading activity are school factor and outside school. The inhibiting factor of reading literacy is a short time.

The visual elements were analyzed by using the visual semiotic theory by (Barthes, 1977). This study shows that there are three categories of multicultural values represented in the EFL textbook: respecting other people’s tradition, and appreciating women’s equal rights, and appreciating other people’s perspectives. Three images represented respecting other people’s tradition, one image represented appreciating women’s equal right, and two images represented appreciating other people’s perspective. The theoretical approach was used to provide an analysis on the process and the learning outcomes as well as the factors that influence it. Learning outcomes is meant as a tool to maintain the dynamics of life in the face of accelerating change both psychologically and economically. The ability to adjust to changes is indication of the performance levels of education. Several views about the concept of learning including the theory of stimulus-response, trait theory, the theory of the constitution, the theory of factors, the classical theory and the theory of reinforcement-operand shared the point that the process of learning requires a condition that allows learners to develop their potential to be able to adjust to the demands and needs. Learning difficulties occurs when selfweakness is assumed and beyond learner circumstances. Teacher behavior, the learner external factor, is a key factor in the creation of learning atmosphere. Teacher's expertise in understanding individual learners and directing them to accept, understand and reach the full potential, help learners determine the level of the atmosphere created in learning. Diagnosing learners' difficulties are also necessary in accordance with the stages so that learners are able to make adjustments on the tasks of development. In conclusion, attitudes and behavior of teachers play an important role in creating a learning environment that supports the development of students' utmost potentials.

First, essentially literature is a medium of mental and intellectual enlightenment, the most important aspect in character education. Second, there are a variety of literary works that need appreciating as they are important in the character development. Third, literature learning relevant to the character development is one that enables learners to develop their awareness of reading and writing as important prerequisites for the character development. Fourth, literary books relevant to the character development are those with beautiful language capable of making the readers moved, containing high humanistic values, and encouraging the readers to treat other people and creatures well.

This study aims to describe the world picture of women according to their nature which acts as a mother and as a wife on short story Panggung Wayang by Aam Amilia. The source of this research data is in the form of words, phrases, and sentences originating from several figures from short story Panggung Wayang by Aam Amilia collection. The data collection technique used in this study uses the technique of reading and recording. The data in this study were analyzed using a feminist approach. The results of the discussion in this study are in the form of a world picture of women who play a role in the domestic, public, and both world settings without leaving their nature as women. In addition, from the overall story of women leaders are dominated by domestic aspects, namely the image of women as mothers, the image of women as wives, the image of women as mothers or wives who play directly outside the home to get parity without leaving their nature, the image of women as loyal and intelligent wife, and the image of the woman who was portrayed negatively as the second woman.

The subjects of the study were teachers and students of state junior high schools in a regency in Yogyakarta Province. The subjects were taken in three stages, first, with the cluster technique: the eastern, western, central, and northern zones, and second, with the school strata technique: as excellent, moderate, and low.
