The structure functions as a best notch filter. A sharp rejection of the frequency in MHz region is observed with decreased gain. The rejection in the frequency is sensitive to bias current and capacitance values. The configuration has high value in Q which is useful in signal processing applications in high frequency region.

The filter response clearly indicates that the roll of rate decreases as we go for higher order studies their by executing Butterworth ideal characteristics of the filter. The OTA helps to avoid an external resi stance RQ connected across the inductor at the outp ut to suppress noisy oscillations observed at the response. The st udied structures have applications in multiplexer d esign and video filters.
Band Pass Design with Floating Resistor Simulation Application as Feedback Using Operational Transconductance Amplifier

A simulation of floating resistor of different values has been used as feedback in OTA band pass structure. A close observation of the structure in band pass range has good agreement in theoretical values and practical values of the circuit. A band pass is observed in tunable range of frequency from the bias current with a designed quality factor. The designed filter has applications in instrumentation using transducers.

A traditional approach of simulating floating inductance in active gyrator of OTA of equal transc... more A traditional approach of simulating floating inductance in active gyrator of OTA of equal transconductance is successively used in obtaining LC ladder consisting of four stages .The calculations done on floating inductance evaluate the respective cut off frequencies as expected from the calculation of resonant frequency. The equal transconductance of gyrators is more advantageous in the low pass filter design. A unified approach of gyrator LC filter with floating inductor is successively used for studying the response. This has the property of reducing noises at high frequency signal processing applications.

Several methods of realization of floating inductance with current conveyors, current feedback am... more Several methods of realization of floating inductance with current conveyors, current feedback amplifier has been reported. The methods for the realization of inductance simulation with electronically tunable properties using current controlled conveyors required well matching of transistors. These devices have limited performance due to component matching. Simulation of inductance is also obtained from second generation current conveyors with excessive number of components. The simulated inductance is varied through passive elements and the approach is based on the use of current differencing buffer amplifier realized with CMOS technology and is unavailable in integrated form. Operational transconductance amplifier has an attractive feature of transconductance gain which is linearly controlled over more than 4 decades from the bias current. The OTA is a commercial low cost device and also easy to implement in monolithic integrated form. The realization of floating inductance simulation is more attractive. A commercial OTA with least number of active and passive elements exhibit an attractive method to simulate a floating inductance. A review on floating inductance using number of OTAs with resistor and single capacitor is reported in terms of searching for the best method of simulating the floating inductance in the design of low pass filter.

X-ray diffraction (XRD) coupled with scanning electron microscopy (SEM) are used to discuss the ancient ceramic technology and composition. From XRD analysis we observed that Durga temple and Iranna padi quarry sand stone sample contains Quartz & chromium whereas Akkaragall quarry sand stone sample contains Quartz and silica. Particular attention were given to the analysis of composition of monuments stone with quarries stone and its decay.
