For almost decade now, there are so many innovative programs and projects were implemented in response to the quest for quality. Colleges and universities under increasing pressure to produce quality outcomes especially in employability. In line with this, continuous improvement of quality in higher education is really important to produce graduates who are educated and skillful before entering the working field. This paper addresses the impact of quality management practices on student employability in tertiary education institutions. The result of this study is expected to enhance the student employability in the future.

Continuing flow of governance failures, fraud and other unethical conduct has now made public sector governance a trending issue. Public sectors around the world now have to justify their sources and use of public resources as well as improving the performance of their services. One of the main obstacles of the public servant is to improve the awareness of integrity among public servants especially their leaders. Previous studies have shown transformational leadership influenced integrity in the organisation but another significant issue in the integrity is ethical climate. As the paper has studied the critical factors in service quality which consist of five dimensions included tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy that contribute to the most satisfaction by the international students in Universiti Utara Malaysia as they were expected and experienced. This study conducted in quantitative survey which using a set of questionnaire to 250 international students in Universiti Utara Malaysia. Among the respondents, male were 141 and female respondent were 109, 50.4% in a group between of 21-25 years old. Most of them from Asia continent indicated 69.6%. The integrity issue can be observed by the increasing public complaints on government service delivery systems. Public complaints can become a measurement index to the quality level of service delivery system as it is an expression of public dissatisfaction towards government services. One of the main challenges for the public servant is to improve the awareness of integrity among public servants especially the leaders.
