The electrode has a linear range between 1.5x10(-5)M and 1.0x10(-2)M with a Nernstian slope of 60+/-1.5mV/decade and its detection limit is 9x10(-6)M. The response time of electrode is 5min. The proposed electrode was applied successfully for the determination of cyanide in commercially available spring water. Some anions, such as SCN(-), I(-), Cl(-), Br(-) and oxalate that are usually serious interfering species for most of cyanide selective electrodes, did not have any interfering effect for this proposed electrode.

The Varamin region, which is located in the central part of Iran, is one of the locations where farmers apply 250-350 kg N ha À1 for silage maize without any concerns with respect to the available water for irrigation. The objective of this study was to quantify the response of the silage maize (Zea mays L.) to variable irrigation and N fertilizer applications under arid and semi-arid conditions and to determine the optimum amount of N fertilizer as a function of irrigation. The maize Hybrid 704 single-cross was planted on 3 August 2003 and on 25 June 2004. The experimental treatments consisted of three N rates (0, 150, and 200 kg N ha À1) and four levels of irrigation, including two deficit irrigation levels 0.70 SWD (soil water depletion) and 0.85 SWD, a full-irrigation level (1.0 SWD) and an over-irrigation level (1.13 SWD). Twelve treatments were arranged in a strip-* Corresponding author.

MegaMotor's reports show high rate damaging in the crankshaft and connecting rod of this engine vehicle. It is necessary to carry out a complete research about slider-crank mechanism because of high expensive repairs and replacement of these parts and their reverse effects on the other parts such as cylinder block and piston. Results of initial researches show that an important reason of these parts' damaging is using of downshifting in driving. In this research, we are concerned on the analysis of kinematics and kinetic of slider-crank mechanism of the engine in maximum power, maximum torque and downshifting situation. The influence of different parameters such as engine RPM and downshifting effects were investigated on crankshaft and connecting rod loads. Two methods for analyzing of slider-crank mechanism were used: solving Newton's law and MSC/Adams/Engine software.

The article studies the general Phonetic aspects of the dialect. The dialect is one of the dialects in the northwestern Iran which has maintained its ancient characteristics and subsequently distinguished itself from Persian language. Some of the characteristics are as follows: ergative structure, passive voice, grammatical gender and mood. Phonetically speaking, in addition to all existing vowel and consonants in standard Persian the dialect also includes such phones as ö , ü, ə, γ, but there is no glottal stop /?/ in Tati Kajal, because it doesn't have total distribution in the onset, nucleus and coda of the syllable but it is sometimes used as the middle phoneme. The dialect has kept the vowel /-a/ at the end of lexical morphemes and substitution of vowels in some of the verbs as well.

The main objective of this study was to determine whether corn yield response would differ between these two seasons and different plant populations. Two field experiments were conducted at the Agricultural Research Center of Golestan-Iran in 2007 and 2008 at different planting densities. The results showed that the values of grain yield and most traits were significantly lower in the second season. Maximum grain yield was observed at planting densities of 6.5 plants m 72 in the first season, whereas in the second season grain yield was the same for planting densities between 2.5 and 12.5 plants m 72. Based on the second-year experimental results, the following functions were fitted to show the relationship between yield ha 71 (Y) and planting densities (X) for the first and second seasons, respectively: (Y ¼ 7167.6X 2 þ 2672.2X þ 511.77; R 2 ¼ 0.992) and (Y ¼ 1200.1 ln(X) þ 2924.4; R 2 ¼ 0.935). This study found that the optimum plant population was 6.5 plants m 72 under low heat stress, and should be reduced to 2.5-4.5 plants m 72 under heat stress conditions.

This is a non-invasive method to microscopy biology samples in order to recognize them. We generate the hologram from the 2D digital images of blood cells and make the reconstruction of leukemia cell through a computer simulation. We utilize approximate Fresnel digital holography in order to simulate optical diffraction patterns of hologram. A feature selection process is done on a computer reconstructed holographic image where we use the Zernike moments as the features of digital image. We take advantage of the rotation invariant property of the Zernike moments in the recognition of leukemia cell due to its unknown rotational direction. We compute the Zernike moments from scale and translation invariant geometric moments. In order to classify the leukemia cell, we use the minimum mean distance and the K-nearest neighbor methods using the invariant features.

It was performed by vacuum impregnation and immobilization of BiPCalix[4]C6 into the pores of the macroporous XAD-7 particles. The composition and structure were characterized using SEM, BET, TG-DSC, FT-IR, and XRD, respectively. The acute form of the disease causes secretion and pruritus. The usual prescribed medicines for otomycosis are topical clotrimazole 1%, amphotericin B and otosporin. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the efficacy of treatment with isopropyl alcohol and acetic acid for otomycosis. Materials and methods: In the present study 910 patients examined and those suspected to have otomycosis referred to medical mycology laboratory of Golabchi, Kashan. A questionnaire was also filled for each patient. Both direct and culture examinations were used to confirm otomycosis in the patients. Then the patients were treated with the mixture of isopropyl alcohol+acetic acid. Results: Out of 910 examined patients, 60 patients were suspected to have otomycosis and referred to medical mycology lab. Mycological examinations confirmed otomycosis in 52 patients (86.7%). Most of the patients (78.8%) were cured perfectly after therapy with the mixture of alcohol and acetic acid. After three weeks, in addition to elimination of clinical signs further smear showed no sign of disease. However in four patients there was a relapse of the disease.
