The type of data used in this study is primary data using questionnaires given directly to respondents. Respondents who became informants in this study were all Employees of PT. Hadji Kalla Kendari Branch, Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive-qualitative data analysis, which is data that has been collected and collected both primary data and secondary data then compiled, analyzed, so conclusions can be drawn as answers to the problems studied.The results of the analysis in organizational climate at PT.
