However, there are crucial factors that influence the practice of reward on performance which is motivation and responsibility.These two factors will strengthen or weaken reward practices on organisational performance.Indeed, for Muslim workers, carrying out Islamic values at work is an obligation. A Muslim living in the world is according to the principles set out in Islam. They must remain guided by Islamic values in carrying out their work obligations, including for the issue of reward.Therefore, this study intends to provide further insight by analyzing the concept of reward practices on performance from an Islamic point of view through key elements that emphasise the need for responsibility and motivation of Muslim workers. Extremely uncertain and rapidly changing in a dynamic environment become a crucial problem for a leader in mobilizing organizational change. It is imperative for a leader to adopt a strategic approach to drive organizational change effectively for establishing organizational improvement and sustainability. This article reviews transformational leadership as an effective model to drive organizational change in the context of today’s organization leader. Although, there is still controversy about the significant leadership style for establishing changes, the results of previous studies have proven that transformational leadership is a specific approach to achieve the success of organizational change in today's environment.

Nowadays, knowledge sharing has been acknowledged as a fundamental concept to achieve competitive... more Nowadays, knowledge sharing has been acknowledged as a fundamental concept to achieve competitiveness.Organizations are encouraged to promote knowledge sharing since this activity will improve an organization’s competitive advantage through innovation capability.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the roles of knowledge sharing, individual factor, and innovation capability. Mainly, individual is a critical factor that influences whether employees wish to conduct knowledge sharing practice or not. To cope with barriers in knowledge sharing practice, organization must create a supportive culture. This paper suggested that organizations need to develop knowledge sharing culture as it is a key driver for the success of knowledge sharing to stimulate innovation capability.
