This research is motivated by the needs of the Muslim community in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan, fo... more This research is motivated by the needs of the Muslim community in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan, for halal products. Given the limited availability of halal product distribution centers in countries with minority Muslim populations, recourse to online shopping platforms has emerged as a prominent avenue. It is noteworthy that these halal centers are predominantly concentrated in major urban areas such as Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. To acquire halal products, the Muslim community visits halal online stores and effectively makes product selections through these websites. The research aims to investigate the influence of web quality, e-trust, and halal labeling on the purchase intention of the Muslim community in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. The research methodology adopted in this study involves a descriptive research design, anchored within a quantitative paradigm. The population for this study consists of the Muslim community in Kanazawa City, Japan. A sample of 32 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. The empirical findings of this study indicate that web quality, e-trust, and halal labeling have a significant impact on the purchase intention of the Muslim community in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. The coefficient of determination reveals that the combined influence of web quality, e-trust, and halal labeling significantly affects the purchase intention of the Muslim community in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.

The population in this study is all users of the Gojek application service in the city of Padang, the exact number of which is unknown with a sample size of 246 people. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The data analysis used is SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of this research, the results obtained are summarized as follows: 1) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards using the Gojek application. 2) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use the Gojek application. 3) Attitude towards using has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use the Gojek application. 4) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use the Gojek application with attitude towards using as an intervening variable.

Technological developments are changing society's transaction patterns, both individual and corpo... more Technological developments are changing society's transaction patterns, both individual and corporate. Technology also has an important role with the emergence of new innovations in the financial sector which periodically replace the role of cash as a transaction tool with digital financial transactions. Digital financial transactions are increasingly in demand in the financial sector and have high potential to replace cash and become the most effective way to complete transactions quickly. Currently, the use of e-wallets based on non-cash transactions is growing due to the ease and practicality of transactions (starting from simple, time efficient, lots of promos offered, no need to go to the bank, and safe) offered by digital wallet service providers. This research aims to look at determining factors of e-wallet use behavioral intention: application and extension of the UTAUT model. The objects of this research were e-wallet service users in the city of Padang with a sample of 210 people. The sampling technique uses a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The independent variables in this research are effort expectancy, perceived enjoyment, performance expectancy, then the dependent variable behavioral intention and the mediating variable satisfaction. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results found that effort expectancy has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. Performance expectancy Negative has no significant effect on behavioral intention. Effort expectancy has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Perceived enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Performance expectancy Positive has no significant effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. Perceived enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on effort expectancy. Perceived enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on performance expectancy. Effort expectancy has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention with satisfaction as an intervening variable. One of them is using mobile banking services. This Mobile Banking service is to answer the needs of society in the digital era to carry out a number of financial transactions for customers who want convenience. Where the use of technology in banking refers to the theory of technology acceptance model (Technology Acceptance Model or TAM) which is a model of acceptance of information technology systems that will be used by customers in the form of using mobile banking applications. This study aims to determine the role of attitude in mediating the effect of perceived usefulness on intention to use Nagari Mobile Banking (Case Study on Customers of Bank Nagari Main Branch). The population is all customers using Nagari Mobile Banking banking services at Bank Nagari Main Branch with a total sample of 100 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Data analysis using SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berbelanja pada minimarket yang ada di kota Padang dengan frekuensi lebih dari satu kali. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, yaitu siapa saja konsumen di tiga minimarket di kota Padang yang kebetulan bertemu peneliti, sedangkan setiap pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 150 orang. Teknik untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Customer Service tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2) Store design dan display tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 3) Communication mix tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 4) Location berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 5) Merchandise assortments tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 6) Pricing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan penelitian secara simultan Retailing mix berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh political marketing mix terhadap kepuasan konstituen pada partai politik di Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen pemasaran jasa. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey deskriptif dan survey eksplanatori . Tipe penyelidikan adalah tipe kausalitas dan cakupan waktu bersifat cross sectional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah convinience sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 400 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan Path Analysis . Unit observasi pada penelitian ini adalah partai politik yang memiliki perwakilan di DPRD tingkat 1 Sumatera Barat dan unit analisisnya adalah konstituen yang memiliki hak suara dan pernah memilih minimal dua kali pemilu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut konstituen partai politik belum melaksanakan kegiatan marketing mix dengan baik. Konstituen mengatakan mereka kurang puas dengan partai politik. Marketing mix berperan menciptakan kepuasan konstituen pada partai politik. Marketing mix juga berpengaruh siknifikan terhadap kepuasan pada partai politik.

The population in this study is all customers who use savings at Bank BRI Branch Office Khatib Sulaiman. The number of samples used is 100 respondents. Sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques used in testing the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the use of SPSS program. The results showed that: 1) Quality of service partially has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty in saving Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Office cab. The population in this study were all consumers who shop online at Bukalapak online store in Padang City in 2019 with unknown numbers. The total sample used in this study was 138 people. The sampling method used in this research is nonprobability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis in this research used partial least square (PLS). The results obtained from this study indicate that OCR has a significant and positive effect on consumer trust in Bukalapak online stores. OCR and consumer trust have a significant and positive effect on Bukalapak's online purchase intentions, respectively. Then, OCR has a significant and positive effect on their online purchase intentions through consumer trust of Bukalapak online stores in Padang City.

merupakan salah satu nagari yang terletak di Kecamatan Baso Kabupaten Agam Sumatera Barat. Di dae... more merupakan salah satu nagari yang terletak di Kecamatan Baso Kabupaten Agam Sumatera Barat. Di daerah ini banyak tumbuh usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM). Keberadaan UMKM di daerah tersebut memegang peran penting bagi pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat disamping juga mampu menyerap tenaga kerja sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan penghasilan masyarakat sekitarnya. Namun demikian banyak diantara pelaku UMKM yang mengelola usahanya tanpa memiliki dasar pengetahuan maupun keterampilan yang cukup. Tidak jarang usaha tersebut hanya dijalankan dengan mengandalkan insting dan pengalaman saja. Hal inilah salah satu yang menjadi penyebab sulitnya UMKM untuk berkembang. Salah satu usaha rumah tangga yang berada di Nagari Persiapan Pemekaran Sungai Cubadak adalah Usaha Produk Galamai INDRI. Usaha kecil berskala rumah tangga ini didirikan pada awal tahun 2009. Meskipun telah berusia lebih kurang 10 tahun, namun UMKM ini sulit untuk berkembang. Disamping menghadapi persaingan yang ketat diantara sesama UMKM penghasil produk Galamai, usaha ini juga menghadapi permasalahan internal. Permasalahan yang paling utama adalah 1) minimnya modal usaha, 2) minimnya pengetahuan pengusaha tentang manajemen bisnis yang baik, 3) masih mengandalkan pembukuan secara manual dan sederhana, 4) Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pemasaran produk, belum ada inovasi produk dan masalah kemasan, 5) proses produksi masih dilakukan secara tradisional, 6) produk belum memiliki hak paten. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan solusi bagi Usaha Galamai Indri bagaimana mengembangkan usahanya dan bagaimana meningkatkan daya saing produk.Pemecahan masalah yang disarankan adalah : a) Meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan bisnis, pemasaran produk, dan membuat kemasan, b) Memperluas daerah pemasaran, c) modernisasi proses produksi, d) pelatihan membuat laporan keuangan yang sederhana. Metode pengabdian : pelatihan dan pendampingan.Hasil pengabdian ini : pengetahuan tentang pengembangan usaha meningkat, pengelolaan keuangan lebih baik, produksi meningkat, daerah pemasaran semakin luas. Luaran yang diinginkan adalah menerbitkan jurnal ilmiah.

Given the limited availability of halal product distribution centers in countries with minority Muslim populations, recourse to online shopping platforms has emerged as a prominent avenue. It is noteworthy that these halal centers are predominantly concentrated in major urban areas such as Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. To acquire halal products, the Muslim community visits halal online stores and effectively makes product selections through these websites. The research aims to investigate the influence of web quality, e-trust, and halal labeling on the purchase intention of the Muslim community in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. The research methodology adopted in this study involves a descriptive research design, anchored within a quantitative paradigm. The population for this study consists of the Muslim community in Kanazawa City, Japan. A sample of 32 respondents was selected using purposive sampling. The empirical findings of this study indicate that web quality, e-trust, and halal labeling have a significant impact on the purchase intention of the Muslim community in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. The coefficient of determination reveals that the combined influence of web quality, e-trust, and halal labeling significantly affects the purchase intention of the Muslim community in Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan.

The population in this study is all users of the Gojek application service in the city of Padang, the exact number of which is unknown with a sample size of 246 people. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The data analysis used is SEM-Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of this research, the results obtained are summarized as follows: 1) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on attitude towards using the Gojek application. 2) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use the Gojek application. 3) Attitude towards using has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use the Gojek application. 4) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use the Gojek application with attitude towards using as an intervening variable.

Technology also has an important role with the emergence of new innovations in the financial sector which periodically replace the role of cash as a transaction tool with digital financial transactions. Digital financial transactions are increasingly in demand in the financial sector and have high potential to replace cash and become the most effective way to complete transactions quickly. Currently, the use of e-wallets based on non-cash transactions is growing due to the ease and practicality of transactions (starting from simple, time efficient, lots of promos offered, no need to go to the bank, and safe) offered by digital wallet service providers. This research aims to look at determining factors of e-wallet use behavioral intention: application and extension of the UTAUT model. The objects of this research were e-wallet service users in the city of Padang with a sample of 210 people. The sampling technique uses a nonprobability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The independent variables in this research are effort expectancy, perceived enjoyment, performance expectancy, then the dependent variable behavioral intention and the mediating variable satisfaction. The analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results found that effort expectancy has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. Performance expectancy Negative has no significant effect on behavioral intention. Effort expectancy has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Perceived enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Performance expectancy Positive has no significant effect on satisfaction. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. Perceived enjoyment has a positive and significant effect on effort expectancy. This Mobile Banking service is to answer the needs of society in the digital era to carry out a number of financial transactions for customers who want convenience. Where the use of technology in banking refers to the theory of technology acceptance model (Technology Acceptance Model or TAM) which is a model of acceptance of information technology systems that will be used by customers in the form of using mobile banking applications. This study aims to determine the role of attitude in mediating the effect of perceived usefulness on intention to use Nagari Mobile Banking (Case Study on Customers of Bank Nagari Main Branch). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berbelanja pada minimarket yang ada di kota Padang dengan frekuensi lebih dari satu kali. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, yaitu siapa saja konsumen di tiga minimarket di kota Padang yang kebetulan bertemu peneliti, sedangkan setiap pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 150 orang. Teknik untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Customer Service tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 2) Store design dan display tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 3) Communication mix tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 4) Location berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 5) Merchandise assortments tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, 6) Pricing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan penelitian secara simultan Retailing mix berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh political marketing mix terhadap kepuasan konstituen pada partai politik di Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ilmu ekonomi khususnya manajemen pemasaran jasa. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey deskriptif dan survey eksplanatori . Tipe penyelidikan adalah tipe kausalitas dan cakupan waktu bersifat cross sectional. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah convinience sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 400 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan Path Analysis . Unit observasi pada penelitian ini adalah partai politik yang memiliki perwakilan di DPRD tingkat 1 Sumatera Barat dan unit analisisnya adalah konstituen yang memiliki hak suara dan pernah memilih minimal dua kali pemilu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menurut konstituen partai politik belum melaksanakan kegiatan marketing mix dengan baik. Konstituen mengatakan mereka kurang puas dengan partai politik. Marketing mix berperan menciptakan kepuasan konstituen pada partai politik. Marketing mix juga berpengaruh siknifikan terhadap kepuasan pada partai politik.

The population in this study is all customers who use savings at Bank BRI Branch Office Khatib Sulaiman. The number of samples used is 100 respondents. Sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques used in testing the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the use of SPSS program. The results showed that: 1) Quality of service partially has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty in saving Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Office cab. Khatib Sulaiman, 2) Partial trust has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty in saving Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Office cab. The population in this study were all consumers who shop online at Bukalapak online store in Padang City in 2019 with unknown numbers. The total sample used in this study was 138 people. The sampling method used in this research is nonprobability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis in this research used partial least square (PLS). The results obtained from this study indicate that OCR has a significant and positive effect on consumer trust in Bukalapak online stores. OCR and consumer trust have a significant and positive effect on Bukalapak's online purchase intentions, respectively. Then, OCR has a significant and positive effect on their online purchase intentions through consumer trust of Bukalapak online stores in Padang City.

Di daerah ini banyak tumbuh usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM). Keberadaan UMKM di daerah tersebut memegang peran penting bagi pembangunan ekonomi masyarakat disamping juga mampu menyerap tenaga kerja sehingga berdampak pada peningkatan penghasilan masyarakat sekitarnya. Namun demikian banyak diantara pelaku UMKM yang mengelola usahanya tanpa memiliki dasar pengetahuan maupun keterampilan yang cukup. Tidak jarang usaha tersebut hanya dijalankan dengan mengandalkan insting dan pengalaman saja. Hal inilah salah satu yang menjadi penyebab sulitnya UMKM untuk berkembang. Salah satu usaha rumah tangga yang berada di Nagari Persiapan Pemekaran Sungai Cubadak adalah Usaha Produk Galamai INDRI. Usaha kecil berskala rumah tangga ini didirikan pada awal tahun 2009. Meskipun telah berusia lebih kurang 10 tahun, namun UMKM ini sulit untuk berkembang. Disamping menghadapi persaingan yang ketat diantara sesama UMKM penghasil produk Galamai, usaha ini juga menghadapi permasalahan internal. Permasalahan yang paling utama adalah 1) minimnya modal usaha, 2) minimnya pengetahuan pengusaha tentang manajemen bisnis yang baik, 3) masih mengandalkan pembukuan secara manual dan sederhana, 4) Kurangnya pengetahuan tentang pemasaran produk, belum ada inovasi produk dan masalah kemasan, 5) proses produksi masih dilakukan secara tradisional, 6) produk belum memiliki hak paten. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan solusi bagi Usaha Galamai Indri bagaimana mengembangkan usahanya dan bagaimana meningkatkan daya saing produk.Pemecahan masalah yang disarankan adalah : a) Meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pengelolaan bisnis, pemasaran produk, dan membuat kemasan, b) Memperluas daerah pemasaran, c) modernisasi proses produksi, d) pelatihan membuat laporan keuangan yang sederhana. Metode pengabdian : pelatihan dan pendampingan.Hasil pengabdian ini : pengetahuan tentang pengembangan usaha meningkat, pengelolaan keuangan lebih baik, produksi meningkat, daerah pemasaran semakin luas. Luaran yang diinginkan adalah menerbitkan jurnal ilmiah.

study was to determine whether the Quality of Service (Perceived Service Quality), Perceived Value, Customer
Satisfaction and Image effect on Customer Loyalty.
Methodology: The data used in this research is primary and secondary data. In this study population are
customers of Bank Nagari with a sample of 133 respondents.
The method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, test-f and determinant coefficient (R²). Hypothesis
testing using the F test showed that the variables consist of Quality of Service (Perceived Service Quality),
Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction and Image is jointly proved positive and significant impact on Customer
Loyalty.
Findings: Then through T Test found that the variable Customer Satisfaction and Image a significant effect on
Customer Loyalty, while the variable Quality of Service (Perceived Service Quality) and Perceived Value does
not affect the customer loyalty. The Coefficient of determination R Square (R²) of 0,324 showed that the
percentage contribution of Service Quality variables (Perceived Service Quality), Perceived Value, Customer
Satisfaction and Image 0,324 or 32.4% while the remaining 67.6% is explained by variabel other than the four
variables used in this study. Contribution: Bank village so that you know exactly what is actually needed by the
customer so that the Bank Nagari can apply the right strategy for the creation of customer loyalty
