Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kritis kecerdasan emosional dalam memediasi p... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kritis kecerdasan emosional dalam memediasi pengaruh pengetahuan manajemen terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Di era globalisasi dan persaingan yang semakin ketat, kewirausahaan menjadi salah satu aspek penting dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk menjadi individu yang sukses dan inovatif dalam dunia bisnis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei kepada mahasiswa dari berbagai jurusan di beberapa perguruan tinggi. Instrumen survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang tingkat pengetahuan manajemen, tingkat kecerdasan emosional, dan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara pengetahuan manajemen mahasiswa dengan minat berwirausaha. Selain itu, kecerdasan emosional juga memiliki hubungan positif dengan minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Penemuan penting lainnya adalah bahwa kecerdasan emosional berperan sebagai variabel mediasi dalam hubungan antara pengetahuan manajemen dengan minat berwirausaha. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat kecerdasan emosional mahasiswa, semakin kuat hubungan antara pengetahuan manajemen dengan minat berwirausaha mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pentingnya mengembangkan pengetahuan manajemen dan kecerdasan emosional pada mahasiswa untuk merangsang minat mereka dalam berwirausaha. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya perguruan tinggi dan institusi pendidikan lainnya untuk memperkuat kurikulum dan program pembelajaran yang fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan manajemen dan kecerdasan emosional mahasiswa guna mendorong inisiatif dan semangat kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, diharapkan para mahasiswa akan lebih siap dan berdaya saing dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia bisnis masa depan.

The wastage of using lights often occurs due to the difficulty of the occupants of the house in controlling the lighting, especially when they have to leave the house due to various activities. Lighting needs to be controlled to turn on or not when you want to travel for a long time. In addition, lighting needs to be controlled to significantly reduce the service life of the lamp because it is on continuously. This remote light control system can make it easier for users to cut electricity usage. An electric light controller designed using SMS (Short Message Service) based on the Arduino Uno Microcontroller. This system only applies if the condition of the AC voltage originating from the local PLN is ON. System control is managed using the Atmega328 Arduino Uno Microcontroller. The language used for programming is C/Arduino language, and this tool works on GSM communication systems, especially SMS services. The result of designing this tool is that the user can control (ON/OFF) the lights without being limited by time and place as long as the cellular network is reachable.

The current selection of the best practical work students at PBI does not yet use a decision support system approach. This problem is solved by building a Decision Support System using Multi-Objective Optimization based on Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. The criteria used in this DSS consist of discipline, teamwork, skills, quality of work, and attendance. As for the results of data processing from this study, the three best alternative data were obtained, namely alternative Vivi (A6) as the 1st best Practical Work Students with a score of Yi = 36.5954, Hafiz (A1) as the 2nd best Practical Work Students with a score of Yi = 34.5339, Cahaya (A3) as the 3rd best PKL student with a score of Yi = 33.4767. Through this decision support system that has been built, the selection of the best practical work students can be made quickly and effectively.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu pesat termasuk internet membawa dampak yang besar bagi segala aspek, tidak terkecuali perkembangan dunia bisnis dan pemasaran. Hal ini tidak aneh mengingat jumlah pengguna internet yang terus tumbuh pesat dapat menjadi sebuah pasar yang potensial untuk dimasuki para pebisnis. Di lain pihak, praktik e-commerce dan e-bisnis ternyata mempunyai banyak keuntungan baik bagi perusahaan atau pun konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya program periklanan, pemasaran melaui E-mail dan Kepercayaan konsumen terhadap pemrosesan informasi serta pengaruhnya terhadap Keputusan Pembelian produk-produk yang dijual di Toko Online. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode uji validitas dan relibilitas, uji normalitas, uji penyimpangan asumsi klasik seperti uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji regresi linier berganda seperti uji t, uji f dan uji korelasi berganda dan determinasi, Analisis model persamaan struktural (structural equestion metode). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah variabel program periklanan menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh yang besar terhadap variabel pemprosesan informasi dengan nilai 0,001 dan variabel pemprosesan informasi mempunyai pengaruh langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai 0,001. Mengindikasikan bahwa variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan secara positif pada tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%.

Assistance in the form of non-cash food assistance is one of the efforts provided by the government to reduce the burden of spending on the poor. In the selection of the recipients of non-cash food assistance in the village of Nagori Bayu Bagasan, they still did not use a decision support system approach so that the recipients of the non-cash food assistance were not on target. To overcome this, a Decision Support System was designed using the SAW method to assist the selection of recipients of non-cash food aid assistance. This Decision Support System is designed with 5 criteria, namely employment, income, dependents, homeownership, and housing conditions. Through the application of the SAW method, the selection of the best non-cash food aid recipients is obtained from the results carried out by ranking (ranking). The results of the SPK SAW method in this study were obtained that, 5 samples of people who were eligible to receive non-cash food assistance were with priority values, including 85.5; 77.5; 72; 71; 67.

Similar to tourism in the Sigapiton area, the tourism sector acts as the most important element that can improve the regional economy and the local community. The results of preliminary research in the Sigapiton village tourism object, the government has established a home stay for the local area which is to improve the local economy. The purpose of this study is to explain tourism apologies by developing tourism strategies in the community-based sigapiton village and groups in the village. This research method used is descriptive research type with a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques used are data reduction and presentation. These results indicate, there are several factors that become the basis for determining the development of tourism in the area of sigapiton namely the mindset (perspective). Community involvement as a tourism business actor that has a large benefit in tourism activities is intended for the community itself.

The solution is to make a decision support system for the selection of prominent class XI IPA students in determining rankings. The method used is the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Performance by Similarity to Ideal Solution) algorithm by using several criteria, namely: Mid Test Score, Final Exam Score, Extracurricular, Personality, and Attitude. The results of student data processing using the decision support system obtained weights of 1, 0.57188272655161, and 0.56259472567445 for rank 1 to rank 3. The implementation of this Decision Support System is beneficial and makes it easier for the school and the homeroom teacher to determine ranking for the selection of prominent class students.

Improving service quality can retain consumers and increase satisfaction. This study aims to examine and explain the magnitude of the effect of service recovery on customer satisfaction levels. The object of this research is Panin Bank KCU Pematangsiantar. This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 97 customers using a purposive side. The collecting data method is using a questionnaire. The analysis technique uses a simple linear regression analysis model. Data are testing for validity test, reliability test, normality test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the SPSS test showed that there was an effect of service recovery of 58.8% on satisfaction, and the remaining 41.7% influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
