Di Indonesia peranan rokok sebagai sumber pemasukan devisa bagi negara saat ini masih besar. Kementerian Keuangan juga mencatat bahwa penerimaan dari sektor bea dan cukai, pajak daerah dan PPB dari tembakau dan rokok sebesar Rp 8,1 triliun pada dua bulan awal tahun 2016. Penelitian ini bertujiuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh variabel Profitabilitas (ROA) , variabel Leverage (DAR), terhadap variabel Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) melalui variabel Kebijkan Deviden (DPR). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode jalur ( Path Analisis ). Dengan menggunaka n software SPSS IMB 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa setiap variabel memiliki kontribusi valid, dikarenakan mempunyai nilai correlasi dibawah 0,05. Dan semua variabel memiliki kontribusi reliabel dengan masing-masing nilai Cronbach's Alpha lebih dari 0.6. Pada hasil uji Path Analisis diketahui bahwa Pengaruh Langsung valiabel Profitabilitas (ROA) terhadap variable Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 0,457, dan variabel Leverage (DAR) mempunyai pengaruh negative terhadap variabel Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) sebesar –0,268. Dan pengaruh variabel Kebijakan Deviden (DPR) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) sebesar 0,695. Sedangkan Pengeruh Tidak Langsung dari variabel Profitabilitas (ROA) mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap variable Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) melalui variable Kebijakan Deviden (DPR) sebesar 0,317 dengan total pengatuh sebesar 0,774. Dan variabel Leverage (DAR) mempunyai pengaruh negative terhadap variabel Nilai Perusahaan (PBV) melalui Kebijakan Deviden (DPR) sebesar -0,243 denga total pengaruh sebesar -0,594

This research is based on the main problem, namely the worldwide pandemic outbreak caused by Seve... more This research is based on the main problem, namely the worldwide pandemic outbreak caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) aka COVID-19. As the virus began to spread globally on earth, the World Health Organization (WHO) announced on 30 January 2020 that COVID-19 was a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). The PeduliLindungi (Contact Tracing) application relies on the support of the community to share location data with the server when traveling or to public places where there are crowds of people (train stations, malls) so that tracing the history of contact records with sufferers of COVID-19 can be done with the help of a computer. The study was used to examine the effect of System Quality (X1) Information Quality (X2) Service Quality (X3) as the independent variable and Net Benefit as the Dependent variable (Y2) through User Satisfaction (Y1). Data processing includes analysis of reliability, validity, normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. This research uses quantitative analysis through the use of the Path Analysis Method which is intended to determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Respondents were Postgraduate students at the Merdeka University Malang class of 2020 and 2021. The research was carried out by distributing a questionnaire via the Google form via Whatsapp with a Lickert scale. The research studied the direct and indirect relationship between System Quality (X1) Information Quality (X2) Service Quality (X3) as an independent variable and Net Benefit as a Bound variable (Y2) through User Satisfaction (Y1). From the results of the regression analysis, the coefficient that links the dependent and independent variables is obtained.

This study is a quantitative study using secondary data from 240 observational datasets. Purposive sampling selection with company criteria in the LQ-45 index is used as a selection method consecutively from 2017 to 2020. The method of data analysis was panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. The best estimation model used is the Fixed Effect model. We find that intellectual capital predicts the firm value. We also investigated that value-added capital employed and structural capital value added had a significant effect on firm value. In contrast, value-added human capital had no effect on firm value. We prove that profitability moderates the relationship between intellectual capital and firm value. The sample in this study was 67 respondents as employees who worked at PT Kemajuan Industrindo. This study is using a path analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of the personnel information system affects user satisfaction, this means that the implementation of a staffing information system that is getting better and developing will have an impact on the satisfaction of information system users. Internet facilities can mediate between the implementation of staffing information systems to the satisfaction of information system users, this means that with the implementation of information systems implanted in internet facilities getting better and the development of internet facilities, it will have an impact on information system user satisfaction. And The implementation of staffing information systems to user satisfaction mediated by internet facilities has a dominant influence on the satisfaction of information system users.

The research population is 12 Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. A total of 11 Islamic commercial banks are the samples of this study. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques and linear regression to confirm the structural equation model and compare the paths between Return on Assets and Return On Equity. The quantitative approach was chosen to explain the effect of the research variables. We are collecting data using secondary data. The results of this study are the development of the Capital Adequacy Ratio and the ratio of Financing to Deposit Ratio will be followed by the development of the ratio of Return on Assets and the ratio of Return On Equity At Islamic Banks in Indonesia during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period.

The analysis uses multiple regression with the dependent variable underpricing stock prices at the time of the IPO, while the independent variables are ROA, ROE, DER, DAR and CR. The population in this study were companies that haved underpricing during the 2015-2019 period, while the sample used was 30 companies with the largest underpricing difference. The results showed that the variables ROA, ROE and CR had a significant effect on underpricing, while the variables DER and DAR had no effect on underpricing stock prices at the time of the IPO. This means that to invest more investors consider the return and company liquidity. Debt owned by the company is not a consideration for investors to invest.

With the enactment of Law no. 21 Year 2011 concerning FSA wherein Financing Agency can expand its business to finance Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), this is an opportunity for Mlijo traders to be able to raise capital effort from Formal Financial Institutions. Financing model for SMEs by Financing Institutions is out put of Research Phase I. While in this Phase II study focused on the preparation of credit access guidelines for SMEs. The purpose of this study is to develop of credit access guidelines for SMEs which is a continuation of previous research results. Specific targets to be achieved is 1) Ease of SMEs to access credit to finance. 2) Make it easy for SMEs to find and prepare all the necessary credit requirements. 3) Ease for SMEs to determine the number of credits taken and the number of installments to be paid. The research method using descriptive research method and policy research. The unit of analysis is 1) These financial institutions in Malang 2) Mlijo traders in Malang and 3) the FSA in Malang. Rising stock prices give a sign that the value of the company is good. This study was conducted to examine the effect of profitability and growth opportunity on capital structure and its implications on the value of the company in pharmaceutical companies that have conducted an IPO before 2013. The sample selection is done by purposive sampling method. So we get a sample of 8 pharmaceutical companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed; partially, profitability has a negative effect (significant) and Growth Opportunity has no effect on capital structure. Partially, profitability has a positive (significant) effect, Growth Opportunity has no influence and capital structure has no influence on the firm's value. The capital structure in this study only mediates the effect of profitability on firm value.

The independents variable in this study is capital structure, company growth, and profitability. The dependent variable in this study is the firm’s value.The type of this research is an empirical study and used the secondary data which were obtained by the documentation technique. This study observed coal mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2019. The sample was obtained by the purposive sampling method. The analysis data used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis.The result of this analysis states that capital structure, company growth, and profitability affect a firm’s value simultaneously. The most dominant variable is profitability, while company growth and capital structure are not the dominant variables on firm value.

The background of the issuance of this law : a) there is still treasure the community both in the country and foreign who have not yet fully reported in the Annual Tax Income, b) to increase state revenues and economic growth as well as awareness and compliance community in the implementation of tax obligations. Although the government wants tax amnesty to secure tax revenue, but in general they wants it for the repatriation of capital. The goal is to increase the liquidity is getting tighter, so eventually bank deposits can be cheaper, bank lending rates fell and investment will increase. In addition, the quality of economic growth will increase by decreasing of unemployment, inequality, and poverty. To obtain a Tax Amnesty, the tax payer must disclose truthfully how the property owned which have not paid or partially paid taxes in the Letter of Statement and pay the ransom that provisions stipulated in the Act, and not subject to administrative sanctions taxation and criminal sanctions in the area of taxation. The ransom money to be paid in full to the state treasury through the Bank Perception (Bank elected to hold funds Tax Amnesty). Institution Tax Amnesty container fund is 19 Banks, 19 securities firms, and 18 of the Investment Manager. Tax payers who intend to bring funds owned to Indonesian territory, at least to invest of 3 years commencing from the funds transferred by the tax payer to the Special Account through the Bank Perception. Investment instruments include in the form of government securities of the Republic of Indonesia, the bonds of State BUMN, bond financing institution owned by the government, financial investments in the Bank's perception, bonds private companies whose trade is supervised by the Financial Services Authority, infrastructure investment through government cooperation with corporate, investment real sector based on the priorities set by the Government; and/or other forms of investment constituted under the provisions of the legislation.
