It is an obvious reason for the underlying conflicts, lacking the balance and harmony of a relationship, which lead couples through a decision making process to end up their marriage. In all cultures, divorce has not been welcome. Reviewing statistics and studies on its causes that strived to find solutions for its reduction, indicates the significance of divorce and the traces of its negative effects left on various aspects of the human society. Divorce, either directly or indirectly, affects the mental health of couples, children, relatives and friends. The lack of comprehensive and inclusive studies on this issue urged us to set the aim of this study to identify the consequences of divorce.

Current study designed for identifying some social determinant factors and their relationship with nutritional pa! ern in cardiovascular patients a" er hospital discharge. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted on 385 cardiovascular discharged patients from an university specialized heart educational hospital. Patients were included by simple sampling methods. Data collected via interview and a preset questionnaire with two diff erent sections; demographic and nutrition evaluation section one. Collected data was analyzed by SPSS 20 software. Results: The results showed a signifi cant relationship between nutritional pa! erns and age, location, job, marital and educational status. There was no signifi cant relationship between nutritional pa! ern and sex, income, and housekeeping status. Conclusion: Some social factors are eff ective on nutritional pa! ern in patients with cardiovascular diseases that they can be used in diff erent fi elds for investment, including nursing education and management services.

Background & Aims: Group quarrel is a social pathology phenomenon that disrupts the ruling order ... more Background & Aims: Group quarrel is a social pathology phenomenon that disrupts the ruling order of society and dealing with it always has been a concern for social order and security. So, determining the social, economic and cultural effects of Group quarrel tendency among citizens is necessary. The main objective of this research was to examine the impact of factors affecting tend to conflict among male citizens referring to forensic center in Urmia. Materials & Methods: The data is obtained through survey-based study and using questionnaire technique of sample of 85 people which were selected through simple random sampling. The information gathered and analyzed using spss version 16 software. In addition to descriptive statistical methods in the statistical analysis, methods such as mean, percentage, variance and analysis of variance and regression were used. Results: Results showed that 50% of people has a history of conflict and 43% of people do not have any satisfaction of their lives and most of the samples have been selected "the lack of an intimate relationship between family members" from the ones listed in the "Suggested factors affecting the tendency to quarrel". It was found that apart from previous conflict history and dissatisfaction with life, no significant correlation has been found between the results of the investigation and factors affecting the tendency to quarrel among men (P =0.05). Conclusion: identify the types of situations and problems affecting the tendency to quarrel among the male citizens referred to forensic center in Urmia, in 2014 will led to further researches on how to prevent and reduce the problems. The data can be used to identify problems that should be considered more in these patients and can be used in health care improvement and awareness of people about the different aspects of this problem and its negative impact on the current state and future of community, the use of health service delivery and training platform to understand and alleviate the problems and eventually the spread of prevention culture and facilities and also family counseling for training families to anticipate and deal with these problems.

Background & Aims: Nowadays, in most parts of the world, cardiovascular diseases such as myocardi... more Background & Aims: Nowadays, in most parts of the world, cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction are among the most widespread chronic diseases and anxiety and depression are common symptoms of the disease. However, according to the studies, spiritual health can play an important role in confronting and coping with the stress resulted from illness. For this reason, the study for examining the relationship between spiritual health, anxiety and depression in acute myocardial infarction was carried out. Materials & Methods: In a descriptive correlational study, 67 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were hospitalized at Seyyedolshhda hospital in University of Medical Sciences were selected by simple sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect data that consisted of three parts: the first part was demographic information; the second part included spiritual health scale Palutzian & Ellison; and the third section was the hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS). The data were analyzed using of SPSS 16. Results: In this study, 46 patients (70.8%) were male and 19 were female. In addition, 23 patients (37.7 percent) in addition to heart disease had another chronic disease, respectively. In terms of mental health, a total of 16 (23.9%) of the participants in this study had lower levels of depression or anxiety and 36 (53.7%) of the participants had a major depressive or anxiety disorder, borderline and finally, 15 (22.4%) of the participants had a higher level of depression or anxiety disorders. In terms of spirituality, a total of 35 (52.2%) of the participants had a mean spiritual level and 32 (48.3) of the participants had a high spiritual level and none of them had a lower spiritual level. There was a significant relationship between spirituality and level of depression and anxiety, gender and level of education and occupation. Conclusion: The results showed that there is a reverse relationship between spiritual health and level of anxiety and depression. Spirituality-based care programs can be a good method to reduce anxiety and depression of the patients.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between perceived risks of customers in... more The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between perceived risks of customers in electronic payment method and e-commerce in the Agricultural Bank of West Azerbaijan. For this purpose, the perception of risk clients is considered according to Peter and Tarpi theory (2007) in five dimensions as (physical risk, performance risk, psychological sociological risk, financial risk and the risk of wasting time) and the electronic commerce was operationally definite in 10 indexes based on the theory of Vladislav& et al (2010). Research population consists of customers with Mehr account in Agricultural Bank of West Azerbaijan which is 33600 persons. A sample size of 384 was selected based on Cochran formula. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire consisted of 15 questions about customers' risk perceptions and 10 questions of e-business. The validity and reliability, and ensuring were placed in the sample.Statistical analysis of collected data is done by using statistical descriptive method and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test is used for normality of statistical society, also the correlation coefficient is used to investigate the correlation, and finally multivariate and one-variable regression models were used to test values of hypothesis. The results suggest the relationship between perceived risk of customers in electronic payment method, physical risk, performance risk, psycho sociological risk, financial risk and the risk of wasting time with e-commerce in the Agricultural Bank of West Azerbaijan. The aim of the study is to find the path of information and the errors in Hospital information system. Materials & Methods: this study is done by the analytics method in which the hospital information system of Urmia Shahid Motahari Education center was analyzed, in doing so the technical errors also the human errors in the path of information from deferens parts of the hospital in the HIS system were found by using a prepared cheek list. Finely the algorithm of errors or in other words, the path in which there was a high technical and human error were reported. Background & Aims: As a major problem, addiction endangers life of people and makes families conf... more Background & Aims: As a major problem, addiction endangers life of people and makes families confront various problems such as violence against women. Materials and Methods: 300 women who had experienced violence (39 of them had addicted husbands) were investigated. The researchers collected data by a questionnaire about physical, sexual, economic and verbal-mental violence. Results: The rate of physical, sexual and economic violence among women with addicted husbands was 92.3% (36 women), 79.5% (31women) and 76.9% (30 women) respectively. This rate among women with non-addicted was 88.9% (232 women), 71.6% (187women) and 88.9% (232 women). The rate of physical (P=0.042) and economic violence (P= 0.036) against women with addicted husbands was higher. However, there wasn’t a significant relationship between husbands’ addiction and sexual violence. The aim of the study is to find the path of information and the errors in Hospital information system. Materials & Methods: this study is done by the analytics method in which the hospital information system of Urmia Shahid Motahari Education center was analyzed, in doing so the technical errors also the human errors in the path of information from deferens parts of the hospital in the HIS system were found by using a prepared cheek list. Finely the algorithm of errors or in other words, the path in which there was a high technical and human error were reported. Results: the finding show us that there is a great gap between the human errors and the education level of operators (P=0/000). Current study designed for identifying some social determinant factors and their relationship with nutritional pa! ern in cardiovascular patients a" er hospital discharge. This cross-sectional study was conducted on 385 cardiovascular discharged patients from an university specialized heart educational hospital. Patients were included by simple sampling methods. Data collected via interview and a preset questionnaire with two diff erent sections; demographic and nutrition evaluation section one. Collected data was analyzed by SPSS 20 software. Background & Aims: As a major problem, addiction endangers life of people and makes families conf... more Background & Aims: As a major problem, addiction endangers life of people and makes families confront various problems such as violence against women. Materials and Methods: 300 women who had experienced violence (39 of them had addicted husbands) were investigated. The researchers collected data by a questionnaire about physical, sexual, economic and verbal-mental violence. Results: The rate of physical, sexual and economic violence among women with addicted husbands was 92.3% (36 women), 79.5% (31women) and 76.9% (30 women) respectively. This rate among women with non-addicted was 88.9% (232 women), 71.6% (187women) and 88.9% (232 women). The rate of physical (P=0.042) and economic violence (P= 0.036) against women with addicted husbands was higher. However, there wasn’t a significant relationship between husbands’ addiction and sexual violence.
