This study aims to look at differences in students' perceptions about the use of mobile-based pra... more This study aims to look at differences in students' perceptions about the use of mobile-based practicums. This type of research is a mixed method, involving 117 students with 59 students in the physics education study program and 58 students in the chemistry education study program. Data collection uses an interview and perception questionnaire about mobile-based practicum guides using a Likert scale of 5, for data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of an independent sample t-test. Based on the results of data analysis from the perception questionnaire produced for the basic physics practicum guide based on mobile learning, it can be concluded that the basic physics practicum guide based on mobile learning has a positive response, which was given by physics education study program students and Chemistry study program students with the perception results of educational study programs physics included in the frequency category 38 and the percentage are 64.4%. And for the perception of chemistry study programs, it is also included in the good category contained at frequency 28 with a percentage of 48.3%. There are differences in the two classes, and physics education students have a dominant category better than chemistry education students as shown by the t-test conducted. Therefore, it is recommended to use technology in the learning media to be taught, because it has various advantages in using it.

This type of research is quantitative using a correlational design with the instrument used is a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were 156 students from SMAN 6 Batang Hari. Quantitative data analysis techniques use descriptive and inferential statistics. The description for attitude is categorized as sufficient. While for the learning environment that is categorized good. The relationship between students' attitudes and learning environment towards physics is in the strong category with a pearson correlation of 0.719. The study used quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. The instruments used were perception questionnaires and interview sheets. The results of the perceptions of students in the biology education study program are categorized as good with a percentage of 58.62% and in the mathematics education study program it is categorized as good with a percentage of 50%. From the data, it is known that the basic learning practice guide II based on mobile learning can support the learning process and practicum. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat persepsi mahasiswa pada penuntun praktikum Fisika Dasar II berbasis mobile learning. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket persepsi dan lembar wawancara. Hasil persepsi mahasiswa pada program studi pendidikan biologi dikategorikan baik dengan persentase sebesar 58.62% dan pada program studi pendidikan matematika dikategorikan baik dengan persentase sebesar 50%. Purpose of the study: This study aims to determine the differences in the mastery of science proc... more Purpose of the study: This study aims to determine the differences in the mastery of science process skills in experiment group students and control group students in basic physics practicum I in equilibrium material in physics education and biology education study programs. And to find out the description of the mastery of science process skills in the experiment and control group students in biology and physics education study programs. Methodology: This research is a quantitative research type quasy experiment with a static group comparison design. To determine the experiment class and the control class, both classes will be given a pre-test first. In the comparison group, researchers did not randomly select two groups to be given treatment with a posttest without a pre-test. The results of the mastery of students' science process skills will be analyzed by descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Main Findings: The results of this study show that there are differences in the mastery of science process skills between students using Science Process Skills-based practicum guide books inquiry models with students who use conventional practicum guidebooks in each study program. Based on statistical parameters, SPS mastery in the experiment class is better than in the control class. Applications of this study: This research can be used as input for the Physics Education Study Program at the Universitas Jambi to consider the use of SPS-based practicum guides. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this study aims to know the description and assessment of the mastery of SPS in the experiment group students and the control group students in the basic physics practicum in equilibrium material in biology education and physics education study programs in the use of science process skills-based practicum guides with inquiry models.

Pada era modern saat ini maka dapat memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai media untuk pembelajaran dan penilaian. Sejalan dengan revolusi 4.0 yang mana hampir semua telah memanfaatkan teknologi. Dengan itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan persepsi mahasiswa dengan keterampilan proses sains dasar mahasiswa pada materi cermin cekung dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam pembelajarannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian asosiatif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Hasil data yang telah dianalisis menghasilkan bahwa pada keterampilan proses sains dasar mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan e-module materi cermin cekung menghasilkan persentase 41.2 % dengan kategori sangat baik dan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan e-module materi cermin cekung adalah sebesar 61.8 % dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan maka dapat dikatakan bahwa hubungan pada keterampilan proses sains dasar mahasiswa dengan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan emodule materi cermin cekung adalah sangat kuat dengan pearson correlation 0.958 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.000.

This study aims to determine the mastery of science process skills of students of Physics Education in Universitas Jambi, both students who use the printed Guidebook and students who use the e-module as guide in practicum activities by reviewing eight aspects of integrated science process skills. This study uses a quantitative approach with experimental research methods, namely true experimental. In the study sample used was a student of Physics Education were divided into two groups, 35 students for experiment class and 30 students for control class. Assessment instruments used were observation sheet science process skills with a score of skills used in the form of Likert scale. Based on the analysis score mastery of integrated science process skills of students in the experimental class, operationally defining variables have the highest percentage of 51.4% to the category of very good, whereas in the control class, analyzing aspects of investigations has the highest percentage of 53.3% with a good category.
