Abstrak−Karyawan merupakan yang bekerja dalam rangka proses pembelajaran secara nyata dilapangan ... more Abstrak−Karyawan merupakan yang bekerja dalam rangka proses pembelajaran secara nyata dilapangan pekerjaan untuk mengasah kemampuan dan kualitas diri dalam mencapai kematangan pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan di dunia pendidikan, Karyawan juga biasa disebut dengan karyawan sementara yang memiliki jangka waktu singkat dalam perizinan bekerjanya disebuah perusahaan, tidak jarang sebuah perusahaan mengangkat seorang Karyawanlangsung menjadi pekerja tetap karena dianggap mampu meminimalisir waktu dalam proses penyeleksian karyawan baru yang dibutuhkan untuk mengisi posisi karyawan yang diperlukan oleh sebuah perusahaan, beberapa perusahaan juga banyak menjalin kerja sama dengan sebuah perguruan tinggi untuk dalam menerima peserta didiknya untuk dapat bekerja diperusahaan yang di inginkan. Dalam menentukan Karyawan untuk menjadi seorang karyawan tetap perusahaan tentunya perlu penilaian dan pertimbangan yang matang seperti yang dilakukan dalam proses penyeleksian karyawan lainnya, untuk menghilangka pemilihan secara subjektif dan tidak adil serta dapat meningkatkan kualitas penilaian perusahaan terhadap targer Karyawan yang akan di angkat menjadi karyawan tetap perlu dibangun sebuah sistem pengambil keputusan. Hal ini banyak diterapkan oleh perusahaan terkemuka lainnya. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam mengetahui penilaian Karyawan untuk tetpilih menjadi karyawan tetap sebuah perusahaan menggunakan metode kombinasi dengan menerapkan bobot penilaian data menggunakan metode ROC dan metode perangkingan metode MOORA, hasil yang didapatkan adalah seberas 0,365 point tertinggi dari perolehan nilai yang didapat dari 10 karyawan magang, nilai tertinggi tersebut merupakan data yang direkomendasikan sistem sebagai Karyawanyang memiliki potensi terbaik menjadi karyawan tetap perusahaan.

Selection of the best teacher is one of the problems in a decision making according to semi-struc... more Selection of the best teacher is one of the problems in a decision making according to semi-structured criteria. In this research, the decision support system explains how the process of selecting alternative teachers who have the best performance in elementary schools applies the MABAC method and weights it using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method. The use of this method can solve the problem of determining the best teacher that occurs in elementary schools. The final result of completing the method will produce the highest ranking value which will be determined to be the highest alternative. The data used in this study were 10 alternative teacher data using 5 criteria, resulting in 1 highest ranking of the 10 alternatives obtained by alternative 1 named Servin Manullang with a value of 0.6086 as a recommendation for the teacher with the best performance

Perusahaan tersebut merupakan salah satu pihak yang berkepentingan terhadap BBM. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada penelitian ini adalah sering terjadinya kehabisan stok BBM dan pengolahan data persediaan BBM dalam perusahaan tersebut selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual dan prosesnya terjadi dua kali, yaitu dimana proses pencatatan dan perhitungan data BBM yang keluar dan data BBM yang masuk masih dilakukan dengan cara dicatat dalam kartu stok, kemudian dibackup kedalam aplikasi Microsoft Excel, sehingga cenderung membuat kinerjanya menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Tanaman inimembutuhkan kelembaban tanah yaitu 70% - 80% dan suhu udara yaitu 24° - 28°Csehingga dibutuhkan pemantauan kelembaban tanah dan suhu udara secara langsung setiap hari untuk menjaga kelembaban tanah dan suhu udara agar tetap pada yang dibutuhkan, jika kelembaban tanah suhu udara tidak sesuai maka tanaman ini tidak dapat tumbuh dengan baik atau bisa menyebabkan terjadi gagal panen. This study discusses efforts to increase the competence of human resources for managing SMEs that... more This study discusses efforts to increase the competence of human resources for managing SMEs that are sustainable and profitable. We answered that by collecting several data and information from literature sources in the form of scientific publications, including academic books and websites that discuss issues of MSMEs and HR. Our review efforts have been carried out by coding the data, evaluating and drawing relevant conclusions to answer the problem with high point validity based on the study and reporting and discussion, so we can conclude that efforts to increase human resources for digital-based MHM managers that are sustainable and profitable require strong will from managers. MSMEs to prepare programs that can increase MSME resources. Thus the language of hope for this finding is an essential input.

Online information systems with the Single Sign-On (SSO) model are currently widely used by many ... more Online information systems with the Single Sign-On (SSO) model are currently widely used by many companies. Single Sign-On (SSO) is an independent authentication model. This system runs on the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) protocol. Sending data or information without security is at risk of eavesdropping on information by the authorities. This study aims to compare the combination of Message-Digest and Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithms to improve data security by modifying dynamic keys. The test results show that in each execution the user name and password with the MD5 algorithm are always the same while in the AES algorithm the results are always different so it is safe from replay attacks. So that the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm can secure data through the Single-Sign-On authentication process with high-security accuracy.

With the many service programs and empowerment of the people conducted in DTPeduli Bekasi encourage each employee to provide the best performance of each employee. However, in the development of performance appraisal is done less than the maximum because there is no system support. Results from research Employee performance assessment on DTPeduli Bekasi with some aspects of the criteria using Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (FSAW) model has been running well and can generate weighting assessment criteria and information clear and fast compared to the calculation manually so that Branch Head DTPeduli Bekasi can use it as a tool for decision making appropriate in decision making employee performance appraisal in DTPeduli Bekasi.

Introduction: Hypertension, including poorly controlled blood pressure, is the major global healt... more Introduction: Hypertension, including poorly controlled blood pressure, is the major global health problem that affects one billion people worldwide. Limited studies have been conducted on prevalence of uncontrolled hypertension and associated factors among adult hypertensive patients in Ethiopia. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of uncontrolled hypertension and associated factors among adult hypertensive patients at Jimma University Teaching and Specialized Hospital. Methods: Institution-based cross-sectional study was conducted at the chronic illness clinic of Jimma University Specialized and Teaching hospital from March 09 to April 13, 2016. A total of 345 hypertensive patients were selected using systematic sampling technique. Data were collected using structured questionnaire through face-to-face exit interview and chart review. Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20.0 software. The bivariate and multivariable analysis was done to identify factors of uncontrolled hypertension. Results: More than half, 52.7%, of the patients had uncontrolled hypertension. Lack of awareness of hypertension-related complications (adjusted odds ratio [AOR]=2.140, 95% confidence interval [CI]=1.272-3.600, p=0.004), nonadherent to smoking abstinence (AOR=3.935, 95% CI=1.065-14.535, p=0.004), nonadherent to alcohol abstinence (AOR=2.477, 95% CI=1.074-5.711, p=033), Khat (Catha edulis) chewing (AOR=2.518, 95% CI=1.250-5.073, p=0.010), overweight (AOR=2.241, 95% CI=1.239-4.053, p=0.008), middle age (AOR=7.893, 95% CI=1.860-33.493, p=0.008), and old age (AOR=9.944, 95% CI=2.523-39.188, p=0.001 were significant predictors of uncontrolled hypertension. Conclusion: The prevalence of uncontrolled hypertension was high at Jimma University Teaching and Specialized hospital among patients with hypertension. Unhealthy lifestyles were major factors. Continuous health education on lifestyle practices and hypertension-related complications in each follow-up visit through nurses, physicians, and pharmacists are very essential to avert the problem.

Based on the study and discussion results, we have obtained results, including efforts to increase digital health evaluation and the provision of comprehensive health services, which are believed to increase the effectiveness of accessibility, convenience, efficiency, and personalized services for every community. Experts say these strategies are technological innovations in health services that involve a digital-based service system. People who seek treatment can benefit from the cost-effectiveness of spending and other dangers that often occur before digital-based health innovations occur.

The purpose of this research is to know the difference between Student Learning Result between Using Mobile Media Learning application with Conventional Learning. Using a Quasi-Experimental Design. The sampling technique used is Cluster Purposive Sampling. Samples were divided into two groups: experimental groups taught using media mobile learning apps, and control groups taught using conventional learning. The test result data were tested using the Shapiro-Wilk test to know the data normality, F test for data homogeneity, and t-test to know the difference of learning result value with significant level (α = 0.05). Based on the data analysis result, a normality test result with the Shapiro-Wilk test obtained the value of both groups of samples is the normal distribution and the result of the F test is homogeneous. T-test result obtained by probability = 1.830 with α = 0.05 so probability value <α = 0.05 which means H0 is rejected, hence there is the difference of result of student learning between using application of Mobile learning media with conventional learning.

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an independent authentication model. This system runs on the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) protocol. Sending data or information without security is at risk of eavesdropping on information by the authorities. This study aims to compare the combination of Message-Digest and Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithms to improve data security by modifying dynamic keys. The test results show that in each execution the user name and password with the MD5 algorithm are always the same while in the AES algorithm the results are always different so it is safe from replay attacks. So that the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm can secure data through the Single-Sign-On authentication process with high-security accuracy.

In the process, even an agency or company has a standard to measure the success of work. With the many service programs and empowerment of the people conducted in DTPeduli Bekasi encourage each employee to provide the best performance of each employee. However, in the development of performance appraisal is done less than the maximum because there is no system support. Results from research Employee performance assessment on DTPeduli Bekasi with some aspects of the criteria using Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting (FSAW) model has been running well and can generate weighting assessment criteria and information clear and fast compared to the calculation manually so that Branch Head DTPeduli Bekasi can use it as a tool for decision making appropriate in decision making employee performance appraisal in DTPeduli Bekasi.

Introduction: Hypertension, including poorly controlled blood pressure, is the major global healt... more Introduction: Hypertension, including poorly controlled blood pressure, is the major global health problem that affects one billion people worldwide. Limited studies have been conducted on prevalence of uncontrolled hypertension and associated factors among adult hypertensive patients in Ethiopia. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of uncontrolled hypertension and associated factors among adult hypertensive patients at Jimma University Teaching and Specialized Hospital. Methods: Institution-based cross-sectional study was conducted at the chronic illness clinic of Jimma University Specialized and Teaching hospital from March 09 to April 13, 2016. A total of 345 hypertensive patients were selected using systematic sampling technique. Data were collected using structured questionnaire through face-to-face exit interview and chart review. Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20.0 software. The bivariate and multivariable analysis was done to identify factors of uncontrolled hypertension. Results: More than half, 52.7%, of the patients had uncontrolled hypertension. Lack of awareness of hypertension-related complications (adjusted odds ratio [AOR]=2.140, 95% confidence interval [CI]=1.272-3.600, p=0.004), nonadherent to smoking abstinence (AOR=3.935, 95% CI=1.065-14.535, p=0.004), nonadherent to alcohol abstinence (AOR=2.477, 95% CI=1.074-5.711, p=033), Khat (Catha edulis) chewing (AOR=2.518, 95% CI=1.250-5.073, p=0.010), overweight (AOR=2.241, 95% CI=1.239-4.053, p=0.008), middle age (AOR=7.893, 95% CI=1.860-33.493, p=0.008), and old age (AOR=9.944, 95% CI=2.523-39.188, p=0.001 were significant predictors of uncontrolled hypertension. Conclusion: The prevalence of uncontrolled hypertension was high at Jimma University Teaching and Specialized hospital among patients with hypertension. Unhealthy lifestyles were major factors. Continuous health education on lifestyle practices and hypertension-related complications in each follow-up visit through nurses, physicians, and pharmacists are very essential to avert the problem.

We examine it with a phenomenological approach, and finally, we find very valid results to answer the problem. Based on the study and discussion results, we have obtained results, including efforts to increase digital health evaluation and the provision of comprehensive health services, which are believed to increase the effectiveness of accessibility, convenience, efficiency, and personalized services for every community. Experts say these strategies are technological innovations in health services that involve a digital-based service system. People who seek treatment can benefit from the cost-effectiveness of spending and other dangers that often occur before digital-based health innovations occur.

The purpose of this research is to know the difference between Student Learning Result between Using Mobile Media Learning application with Conventional Learning. Using a Quasi-Experimental Design. The sampling technique used is Cluster Purposive Sampling. Samples were divided into two groups: experimental groups taught using media mobile learning apps, and control groups taught using conventional learning. The test result data were tested using the Shapiro-Wilk test to know the data normality, F test for data homogeneity, and t-test to know the difference of learning result value with significant level (α = 0.05). Based on the data analysis result, a normality test result with the Shapiro-Wilk test obtained the value of both groups of samples is the normal distribution and the result of the F test is homogeneous. T-test result obtained by probability = 1.830 with α = 0.05 so probability value <α = 0.05 which means H0 is rejected, hence there is the difference of result of student learning between using application of Mobile learning media with conventional learning.
