Method: The development of this information system consisted of two main activities, namely: (1) identifying the key monitoring indicators, and 2) developing the information system through several specific steps, such as providing high-fidelity mockup, testing the usability from the high-fidelity mockup, developing the application based on usability test result, and evaluating the application using User Acceptance Test (UAT) form to check the functionality of the system to make sure that the target users can input the required information and get back usable result for further needs (n=5). Qualitative information based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was also obtained to understand both the perceived usefulness and ease of use of the system from user’s perspective. Result: This study found that the monitoring indicators were able to reflect the variations in the progress of activities conducted by the partner-schools in the NGTS Program and 100% of the system features were executed according to their functions. Respondents confirmed that the information system was easy to use and beneficial to them in reporting the activity progress of their schools as well as to the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Regional Center for Food and Nutrition (SEAMEO RECFON) in monitoring the NGTS program implementation.

Dietary diversity, one of the important assessments in infant and child feeding practice, is one of important determinants of stunting. This study is aimed to examine associations between dietary diversity with other factors with prevalence of stunting in Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency in 2019. A cross-sectional design study was performed in this study during April-June in 2019. A total of 149 children’s height aged 635 months was measured and defined based on WHO growth standards. Dietary diversity scores were collected from 24-hour food recall based on 7 food groups. Results showed that the prevalence of stunting in this study was 32.2% and 31.5% of them had low dietary diversity. There was association between dietary diversity and minimum acceptable diet with stunting (p-value = 0.033 and 0.013). Therefore, interventions should be taken by improving dietary divers...

One example is the emergence of various food delivery applications. This will affect the pattern of daily food consumption in the community. Therefore, this study determined the personal and socio-environmental factors that influence the frequency of online food ordering (OFO) behavior and also high-risk food consumption through online food delivery services (OFDS) among young adults in Depok City. MethodsThis research was a cross-sectional study conducted with 686 participants of young adults aged 20–39 years that lived in Depok City, West Java Province, Indonesia, for minimal the last six months. They were administered a questionnaire through Alchemer, formerly SurveyGizmo. Descriptive statistics were employed for all variables measured. A T-test and a Chi-square test were...

It is established that undetected and untreated dyslipidemia increases the risk of atherosclerosis that causes cardiovascular diseases and leads to death. The objective of this study was to identify the risk factors associated with dyslipidemia that can be used to determine the effective and evidence-based interventions. This study was conducted at a heavy equipment company located in Cakung, East Jakarta using cross sectional design and simple random sampling method with 93 men aged 25-55 years old. This study collected primary data consisted of their food intake based on the 24-hour Food Recall and Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) method, anthropometric measurements for body weight, height, and waist circumference, as well as secondary data of blood lipid profiles from the company's routine medical checkup. The result showed that 80,6% of respondents suffered from dyslipidemia. There were significant associations between carbohydrate intake (OR=10,

However, little is known about the SHS inside the house and the adverse birth outcomes. This study aims to assess the prevalence, level, and frequency of SHS exposure inside the house and investigate their associations with birth outcomes.MethodsWe use the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) 2017, a large-scale nationally representative survey. Women aged 15 to 49 years who had given birth in the last five years before the study and their husbands were interviewed (n=19,935). Three dependent variables included Low Birth Weight (LBW), size at birth, and birth weight.ResultsSeventy-eight percent of mothers exposed to SHS inside home, of whom 7.2% had LBW children. Compared to non-SHS exposure mothers, those exposed to SHS were younger, had first birth before 20 years old, married, lower educated, non-worker, lived in rural, gran...

As a result of stunting's intergenerational consequences, many strategies have been conducted by both government and non-government organizations to tackle this issue, including nutrition-specific and sensitive interventions, with Integrated Health Service Post (Posyandu) revitalization as one of the key measures to provide valid, reliable, and up-to-date data to establish the early detection and management of stunting. Unfortunately, this role is sub-optimally performed due to the limited competence of the health volunteers (cadres) that correlates with the suppressed parents' motivation to visit a Posyandu. Moreover, their difficulties are exaggerated by the weak reporting and supervising system. This study aimed to evaluate the cadres' knowledge and practice change after a sequence of training to revitalize the Posyandu's role. This quasiexperimental study involved treatment and control villages located in Babakan Madang Sub-District, Bogor District, from which 41 and 37 cadres participated, respectively: between August and November 2019. The treatment group received three consecutive months of structured training, which comprised different learning methods, namely, group discussions, role plays, games, and seminars about Posyandu and stunting management, maternal and child health, and nutritional assessment. The control group was only visited for observational activities. Changes in cadres' knowledge and practices were collected using structured quantitative questionnaires and analysed using the Wilcoxon test. Both groups shared a considerably similar practice of Posyandu management, but a significant improvement in cadres' knowledge was found in the intervention group after the training (p < 0.001) compared with the control group. Longer duration is needed to observe any behaviour change, as indicated by their practice of Posyandu management.
