Research is a well-planned, systematic and cautious endeavour. It is a process, a way, a method, a means of finding out something new, or getting better understanding of something that we know already. A better understanding will take us nearer to reality and lead to better, wider and more forms of applicability of the phenomenon being researched. The philosophy of inclusion is a paradigm shift and a move from segregation through mainstreaming... more The philosophy of inclusion is a paradigm shift and a move from segregation through mainstreaming and integration to inclusion. Inclusive education means education of all students, where all students are equal participants in the learning process. This right is upheld by the Indian Constitution. The philosophy of inclusion is a paradigm shift and a move from segregation through mainstreaming and integration to inclusion. Thus the journey of inclusion indicates a process rather than an event; the process reflecting occurrence of significant changes brought about by new ways of thinking, new ways of operating in the classroom, and adapting to the constantly changing thinking attitude and social conditions. Integration was used to denote the physical placement of students with disabilities into mainstream schools, without any change in the schools where the students were admitted, 'Inclusion' on the other hand is a much broader concept. It reflects on human rights and social justice.

Students in the current trend are bound to use the modern materials such as the video tutorials for learning purpose for almost anything say as from changing the vehicle tires till dancing. Significantly, the millennium has contributed to 92% of the videos online. Researches have proved that the usage of these short clip videos allows more efficiency in thinking and recall process. The visual and the audio combination in the videos have allowed for most of the users for the process of information in natural way. As an outcome, the educational institutions are facing the rising in demand for quality lectures in video formats and online courses that can be accessed inside the campus. Indeed, most of the students are creating self-videos on education.
