Background: The study objective was to determine prevalence of congestive heart failure among hyp... more Background: The study objective was to determine prevalence of congestive heart failure among hypertensive patients attending selected health facilities in Kiambu County, Kenya so as to determine the disease burden in the region.Methods: This investigation carried out between 1 August to 31 August 2020 applied a cross sectional study design with both quantative and qualitative approaches. The study employed a variety of sampling approaches to pick the health care facilities where the research was conducted. The sample population was patients seen in the medical outpatient clinic every week and key informants. The inclusion criteria were hypertensive patients attending the MOPC in PCEA Kikuyu hospital and in Thika level 5 hospital and that gave informed consent excluding all critically ill hypertensive subjects and those that had mental disorders. Identifying changes and anticipating their penalty can help project teams allay these negative impacts. As a result, a change process model has been proposed to improve this modus operandi, the existence of such process is imperative in order to accomplish the contractual responsibility of cost, time and quality. The methodology involved extensive literature review of existing change order management model. The paper assess how the existing contract provision for change management combined with the utilization of BIM can reduce the impact of changes and manage change from project initiation to project closure. However, poor policy compliance in the Nigerian Building Industry has been linked amongst other things to the industry’s inability to deliver services effectively and efficiently and this has been detrimental to Nigeria’s economy. It creates employment and provides shelter and other infrastructural developments. However, issues of quality cost and time overrun are contending factors that leads to building failures, poor infrastructural developments, and insufficient service delivery amongst others. The aim of this study is examine the application ofLife Cycle Management (LCM) in transforming building industry in Nigeria. This can be achieved by investigating the factors influencing LCM in project delivery in the building industry in Nigeria. Data were collected from a population of 350 Architects, 352 Builders, 354 Engineers, 354 Quantity Surveyors, 350 Urban and Regional Planners and 350 Contractors.
