Metallic oxidation due to the environment results in a major loss of metal over a span of time. Therefore, a protective coating such as hydrophobic coating is highly desired to avoid moisture in order to provide longevity of the metal. Superhydrophobic surfaces can be produced by controlling the surface roughness of numerous materials and their surface chemistry. In this study, a facile, eco-friendly and low cost sol-gel method for producing superhydrophobic coating on aluminium metal substrates has been reported. The aluminium metal surface was initially roughened using abrasive paper of appropriate grade. Then etching of metal surface was performed using a mixture of de-ionized water, HCl and Acetic Acid respectively in the ratio 20:8:1. The etching time was varied to control the surface roughness of the substrate. Subsequently polystyrene/SiO2 superhydrophobic coating on aluminium metal substrate was produced. This phenomenon is referred to as Multipath Propagation, where signal attenuation varies on different paths. The propagation over different paths is caused by scattering, reflection, diffraction and refraction of the radio waves by stationary and moving objects, as well as the medium. The Delay spread can cause Inter Symbol Interference (ISI) when adjacent data symbols overlap and interfere with each other due to different delays on different propagation paths. For high data rate applications (especially in 4G & 5G Technologies) with very short symbol duration, the effect of ISI and the receiver complexity can increase significantly. When attempting to decode the signal, only part of a symbol for a signal path may be captured in a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) window due to multiple path delays. In this paper, a Time Tracking Loop is proposed for OFDM based broadcast systems. The proposed time tracking topology is a fast digital feedback loop which corrects the timing errors for OFDM based broadcast based systems, such as DVB-H and DVB-T, efficiently. The loop is implemented with VHDL code targeting the Xilinx EP3C25Q240C8N FPGA Chip and it gives effective signal to error ratio 35dB.

The stability with adequate cohesive energy of the systems plays an important role. Apart from stability, magnetic moment must be adequate to store the information along with the appropriate presence of conducting channels at Fermi energy to conduct. Recently we have established a bridge between the results obtained by density functional theory (DFT) with those from mean field theory in the case of monatomic chains of 3-d series of periodic table. We have found that in the systems with less than half filled band, the up spin channel contributes for conduction and in case of more than half filled band the down spin channel contributes in conduction, while other channel is responsible for maintaining the magnetic state. It has been observed that both the conditions of stabilized magnetic state and conduction are required for a good spintronic material. Th...

Th...

Network on chip (NOC) architecture is an approach to develop large and complex systems on a singl... more Network on chip (NOC) architecture is an approach to develop large and complex systems on a single chip. In this work 3D mesh topological structures has been implemented with enhanced TACIT Security in HDL environment. The architecture supports physical and architectural level design integration. Basic communication mechanism between resources is envisioned to be packet switched message passing through the switches. For the node identification in 3D networks 8 × 8 × 8 Mesh configuration is taken. A new Algorithm is proposed for secured data transmission among nodes. TACIT algorithm is used for data encryption and decryption and applicable for n bit block size and key. Design is implemented in Xilinx 14.2 VHDL software, and functional simulation was carried out in Modelsim 10.1 b, student edition. Hardware parameters such as size cost and timings are extracted from the design code.

This paper presents design a High Gain Small Size Microstrip Patch Antenna for X-Band application... more This paper presents design a High Gain Small Size Microstrip Patch Antenna for X-Band applications such as Moving target RADAR sensor, Motion detector, Microwave camera, Ground Penetration RADAR sensors, wall penetration scanners and many medical applications. Now we have to selected circular geometry of micro strip patch antenna because circular geometry overcomes edge effect of antenna. The proposed antenna is designed to operate for X-band at the centre frequency of 10 GHz. The proposed Circular patch antenna is compact and easy to body mount with a high efficiency. The compactness makes it a better choice as compare with other antenna in the X-band. The proposed antenna shows a very sharp return loss of -46 dB at 10 GHz having narrow pattern with a good gain of 4.7 dBi. This enables its use in high directional applications. The paper represents the designing steps, and the simulation result obtained. The software used here for this circular shaped microstrip antenna is IE3D. Var...
