Jumlah kelompok usia 10-19 tahun di Indonesia menurut Sensus Penduduk 2010 sebanyak 43,5 juta atau sekitar 18% dari jumlah penduduk. Perlu adanya pengertian dan bimbingan serta dukungan dari sekitarnya agar mereka dapat tumbuh dan berkembang menjadi manusia dewasa yang sehat baik fisik, mental maupun psikososial. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah agar peserta memahami kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan diskusi. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah Larangan pada bulan Februari 2022. Kegiatan dihadiri 60 remaja putra dan putri. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut meliputi kegiatan penyuluhan tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi tanya jawab dengan peserta penyuluhan dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi yaitu pemberian kuesioner tentang pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi.Hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan didapatkan lebih dari 90% peserta mengalami peningk...

The purpose of this activity is to provide a platform for pregnant women in Selokerto Village, Sempor District, Kebumen Regency so that they can improve their health and prepare for normal births through prenatal yoga classes for pregnant women. The method used in this service is lectures and prenatal yoga exercises with gymball. Data was collected by using a cadre knowledge questionnaire about prenatal yoga. The number of respondents in this activity amounted to 20 health cadres. Evaluation of activities was carried out using pre-test and post-test. The level of pre-test knowledge of health cadres about prenatal yoga is mostly in the sufficient category, which is 50%, while the post-test knowledge level of health cadres is mostly in the good category, which is 80%. According Kasdu (2002), several factors, namely age at first menstruation, stress, use of contraceptive methods, family status (such as marital status, number of children and child-bearing age last), family history, occupation, income, smoking, and drinking alcohol. According Kasdu (2002), the younger a first menstruation, the older or the longer he is entering the age of menopause. Objective: Describing the influence of menarche age to menopause age in postmenopausal women in the village of Babakan-Jingkang-Ajibarang-Banyumas in 2012. Methods: This study is an analytical survey with a retrospective approache. The sample used is total sampling, and the respondents of this study were 76 postmenopausal women with simple regretion linear analise. Results: The result showed that the average age of menarche is 14 years old and the average age of menopause is 49 years old. The Sign. value based on the calculated value of 0.001 is α = 0.05 so that it can be concluded that the Sign. Value is <0.05. Hence, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The correlation value (Rxy) is 0.373 less than 0.5. So, it can be concluded that the influence of menarche age to menopause age in menopausal women is categorized weak.With regretion modle y = 57,760 – 0,643x (y=age menopause and x = age menarche). Conclusion: There is an influence of menarche age to menopause age in menopausal women. Suggestion: Health forces are expected to provide health education and comprehensive services to the human life cycle especially women, because they suffer two important things which are the specificity of women namely menarche and menopause. According Kasdu (2002), several factors, namely age at first menstruation, stress, use of contraceptive methods, family status (such as marital status, number of children and child-bearing age last), family history, occupation, income, smoking, and drinking alcohol. According Kasdu (2002), the younger a first menstruation, the older or the longer he is entering the age of menopause. Objective: Describing the influence of menarche age to menopause age in postmenopausal women in the village of Babakan-Jingkang-Ajibarang-Banyumas in 2012. Methods: This study is an analytical survey with a retrospective approache. The sample used is total sampling, and the respondents of this study were 76 postmenopausal women with simple regretion linear analise. Results: The result showed that the average age of menarche is 14 years old and the average age of menopause is 49 years old. The Sign. value based on the calculated value of 0.001 is α = 0.05 so that it can be concluded that the Sign. Value is <0.05. Hence, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The correlation value (Rxy) is 0.373 less than 0.5. So, it can be concluded that the influence of menarche age to menopause age in menopausal women is categorized weak.With regretion modle y = 57,760 – 0,643x (y=age menopause and x = age menarche). Conclusion: There is an influence of menarche age to menopause age in menopausal women. Suggestion: Health forces are expected to provide health education and comprehensive services to the human life cycle especially women, because they suffer two important things which are the specificity of women namely menarche and menopause.
