Short channel effect parameters like Drain induced barrier lowering (DIBL), Threshold Voltage Roll-off (TVRO), Subthreshold Swing (SS), on current and off current ratio (Ion/Ioff) for the CG structure of n-channel gate-all-around JLNW transistor are analyzed. Depletion of carriers in the device layer of cylindrical gate-all-around JLNWT are more effective in comparison with tri-gate, double gate, rectangular gate-all-around JLNWT. In quintessence, the Cylindrical gate-all-around JLNW transistor exhibits better transfer characteristics with a high Ion/Ioff ratio, SS is near about to the 60mV/decade which is ideal and highly reduced DIBL. Moreover, the Cylindrical gate-all-around JLNW transistor has better control over the carriers which flow through the device layer. In short, a Cylindrical gate-all-around JLNW transistor established as a promising candidate having benefits of reduced short channel effects and low power operation at nanoscale technology.

The fast growth in the massive volume of data created by connected devices in the health paradigm brings up new opportunities for data sharing to improve the quality of service for developing applications. Traditional AI approaches frequently need centralized data gathering and model training within a single company, which is a significant flaw owing to the lack of privacy and security of raw data transfer through mobile networks. The leakage of sensitive data can result in substantial consequences for the providers, in addition to financial loss. For that, we first build a blockchain-enabled safe data sharing architecture for distributed multiple parties in this paper. Then, by adding suggested privacy-preserved federated learning, we turn the data-sharing problem into a machine-learning challenge. Recommendations are based on the user’s previous search values, and data privacy is protected by providing the data model rather than the raw figures. Finally, we include federated learning into the permissioned blockchain consensus process, allowing the consensus computing effort to be used for federated training. According to numerical findings generated from data sets, the suggested data sharing method delivers good accuracy, high efficiency, and increased security.

In this scenario, a transistor architecture based solar cell can overcome the limitation of surface recombination due to the absence of tunnel junction interfaces. The objective of this study is to enhance the efficiency of three-terminal heterojunction bipolar transistor architecture based solar cells (3T-HBTSC) and to move further towards green solar cells using kesterite materials. In this study, the performance parameters of 3T-HBTSC are thoroughly investigated to report the optimum size of anti-reflection (AR) layers and nanoparticles considering three configurations, (i) a single layer anti-reflection (AR) coating, (ii) double layer anti-reflection coating and (iii) plasmonic nanoparticle based 3T-HBTSC. The reflectivity of AR coatings and light trapping principles of plasmonic nanoparticles are the prime techniques upon which we relied to improve solar cell efficiency. We have found that the performance of double-layer anti-reflection coating (DLARC) configuration exceeds the record of the existing HBTSC with open circuit voltage of 736 mV, short circuit current density of 39.86 mA/cm2, efficiency of 22.41% and 76.41% fill factor.

The design phase of an openhole gravel pack treatment spans drilling of the reservoir section, wellbore preparation, sand screen installation, gravel placement, and well flowback. This paper discusses several ultra-deepwater wells of India, where openhole gravel packs were performed by integrating drilling, wellbore cleanout, wellbore displacement and gravel pack methodologies to achieve a holistic approach towards openhole gravel pack completions. The reservoir sections were drilled with streaks of shale and dolomite sections, the liner shoe often landing in shale, exposing a shaly rat hole. Next, the wells were displaced to dedicated production screen testing (PST) mud prior to running in screens. Screens were then placed across the openhole with memory gauges to capture downhole events during the gravel pack. The displacement pills train was engi...
