Hem kitle iletişim araçlarında hem de akademik toplulukta, liderlerin etik ve etik dışı davranışl... more Hem kitle iletişim araçlarında hem de akademik toplulukta, liderlerin etik ve etik dışı davranışlarına ilgi artmıştır Bu araştırmanın amacı; ortaöğretim kurumlarında görev yapan okul yöneticilerin sıfatlara dayalı kişilik tiplerinin (SDKT) etik liderlik performanslarına etkisinin ölçülmesidir. Çalışma grubunun seçiminde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden, maksimum çeşitlilik yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini 113 orta öğretim kurumu yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Bacanlı ve.diğ. (2009) tarafından geliştirilen “Sıfatlara Dayalı Kişilik Ölçeği” ve Yılmaz (2006) tarafından geliştirilen “Etik Liderlik Ölçek”leri kullanılmıştır. The purpose of this study is to determine if the organizational image of Uludag University change... more The purpose of this study is to determine if the organizational image of Uludag University changes according to the gender, title, service length and age of the teaching staff based on the opinions of the staff working at Education Faculty. In this case study both quantitative and qualitative data were obtained. The population of the study was 168 teaching staff working in the spring semester of the 2012-2013 academic year. The quantitavie instrument was composed of two sections, included the Personal Information Form that was prepared to collect personal data and second section included 68 items aiming to determine the university's organizational image perception. t-test and ANOVA test were used for the data analysis. The qualitative data was obtained through a form composed of 5 open-ended questions and analysed by descriptive analysis. According to the teaching staff members the organizational image level of the university was "middle". While recognition, one of the sub-dimensions of the organizational image belonging to the university, was perceived by the teaching staff members at the highest level,this was followed by the images of social responsibility, organizational culture, provided services, view and physical infrastructure respectively.

Employees who think that their performance will decrease and their effort will be lost, their work is not important and meaningful, prefer to hide in the crowd and socially loaf. It is crucial to reveal the exact nature of this relationship in terms of employee productivity, cooperation, competitiveness and inexhaustibility. Organizational commitment and social loafing are thought to have an important efficiency-, performance- and job satisfaction-related impact on the work outcomes of research assistants. The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between the organizational commitment a... more The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the English teachers in terms of demographic variables. The sample of the study consists of 120 English teachers working in public schools within the borders of Yıldırım district of Bursa. The data of the study was collected by using personal information form, 'Organizational Commitment Scale' and 'Job Satisfaction Scale'. Respectively; frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, Mann Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis t test and Anova test were used to analyze the data. In this study, Multiple Regression Analysis was applied to determine whether organizational commitment has an effect on job satisfaction. When the results of the research were considered within the scope of organizational commitment and job satisfaction, no significant difference was found in terms of gender, professional seniority and working time in the current school. However, there is a significant difference in terms of school type variable in favor of English teachers working in primary schools. The reason that the general and internal satisfaction of primary school teachers is higher than other teachers is that they have less hours of course load and that they work with small age groups. In addition, it is seen that the most basic task of English language teachers at primary school level is to make the students love the lesson, to raise awareness about the foreign language, and to have less anxiety such as exams and academic success. In addition, a positive and significant relationship was found between organizational commitment levels and job satisfaction of English teachers. The findings of the research were discussed and discussed in the other studies.

Edmodo also reinforces classroom activities. Another benefit of Edmodo is that it allows teachers to create online classes. Teachers post assignments, lecture notes, exams, competitions, and also evaluate students and communicate with them via Edmodo. E-Learning makes it possible to learn about information and communication technologies. Applications such as Edmodo Classroom 2.0 makes it possible to learn even outside the classroom. These applications are viewed as solutions to insufficient class hours and issues that are experienced within the class. Bursa ilinde 2020-2021 egitim yilinda gorev yapmakta olan 470 ogretmene “Dijital Okuryazarlik Olcegi” uygulanmistir. Yari yapilandirilmis gorusme formlari icin icerik analizi yapilmistir. Kruskal Wallis H testi ile elde edilen bulgularin sonucunda ogretmenlerin eTwinning calismalarinda aktiflik sureleri, mesleki kurslara katilimi, kalite etiketi alma durumlarina gore dijital okuryazarligin tutum, teknik, bilissel ve sosyal boyutlarinda anlamli bir farklilik oldugu gorulmustur. In the study, the stages an organization is expected to perform during a strategic planning were explained in the order of implementation. The purpose of the study is to explain what strategic planning is and to give the steps of the planning process.
Arastirmanin amaci, “Sagligi Gelistiren Okullar Projesi” (SGOP) kapsaminda yer alan ve projede ye... more Arastirmanin amaci, “Sagligi Gelistiren Okullar Projesi” (SGOP) kapsaminda yer alan ve projede yer almayan okullardaki ogrencilerin, okullarinda saglik alaninda yurutulen uygulamalar ile ilgili goruslerinin karsilastirilmasidir. Bu betimsel tarama calismasinda, orneklemi Ankara, Bursa, Usak, Zonguldak illerinde bulunan ve SGOP ‘ne dâhil olan 6 okuldaki 1270 ogrenci ile bu illerde bulunan fakat projede yer almayan 6 okulun 1196 ogrencisi olusturmaktadir. Ogrencilerin goruslerini belirlemek icin “Sagligi Gelistiren Okullar Olcegi” uygulanmistir. Verilerin hesaplanmasinda Mann Withney-U testi kullanilmistir. Veriler % ile ortaya konulmus, ogrencilerin yeterlik duzeyleri ile ilgili gorusleri aritmetik ortalama kullanilarak hesaplanmistir. Arastirma sonunda SGOP kapsaminda yer alan ve almayan okullarda bulunan ogrencilerin okullarinda saglik ile ilgili yurutulen uygulamalarin yeterligi ile ilgili gorusleri arasinda anlamli farkliliklar oldugu saptanmistir.

Bu betimsel tarama calismasinda, orneklemi Ankara, Bursa, Usak, Zonguldak illerinde bulunan ve SGOP ‘ne dâhil olan 6 okuldaki 1270 ogrenci ile bu illerde bulunan fakat projede yer almayan 6 okulun 1196 ogrencisi olusturmaktadir. Ogrencilerin goruslerini belirlemek icin “Sagligi Gelistiren Okullar Olcegi” uygulanmistir. Verilerin hesaplanmasinda Mann Withney-U testi kullanilmistir. Veriler % ile ortaya konulmus, ogrencilerin yeterlik duzeyleri ile ilgili gorusleri aritmetik ortalama kullanilarak hesaplanmistir. Arastirma sonunda SGOP kapsaminda yer alan ve almayan okullarda bulunan ogrencilerin okullarinda saglik ile ilgili yurutulen uygulamalarin yeterligi ile ilgili gorusleri arasinda anlamli farkliliklar oldugu saptanmistir.
