Some of the key features of OR/SM include: (a) interactive checking of model syntax and semantics; (b) automatic gen-eration of relational database tables for model data; (c) automatic generation of several reference documents; (d) automatic and interactive links to SAS, a powerful and widely used commercial statistical analysis software system and optimization solver; and (e) an interactive link to QS (Quantitative Systems) - a commercial software package for solving a wide range of operations management models.

For locationaware WSN applications, it is essential to ensure that sensors can determine their location, even in the presence of malicious adversaries. In this paper we address the problem of enabling sensors of WSN to determine their location in an un-trusted environment. Since localization schemes based on distance estimation are expensive for the resource constrained sensors, we propose a rangeindependent localization algorithm called SeRLoc. SeRLoc is distributed algorithm and does not require any communication among sensors. In addition, we show that SeRLoc is robust against severe WSN attacks, such as the wormhole attack, the sybil attack and compromised sensors. To the best of our knowledge, ours is the first work that provides a security-aware range-independent localization scheme for WSN. We present a threat analysis and comparison of the performance of SeRLoc with state-of-the-art range-independent localization schemes.

The receptor encoded by the human C-MET oncogene is expressed in hepatocytes, epithelial cells and solid tumors

Monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) have been used to investigate the distribution of the c-Met protein in human normal and neoplastic tissues. By immunofluorescence microscopy homogeneous expression was detected in normal hepatocytes as well as in epithelial cells lining the stomach, the small and the large intestine. Positive staining was also found in epithelial cells of the endometrium and ovary, and in basal keratinocytes of esophagus and skin. By Northern blot analysis, high levels of c-met messenger RNA were detected in specimens of liver, gastro-intestinal tract and kidney. c-met-specific mRNA was also found in thyroid, pancreas and placenta, in which organs c-Met protein was barely detectable by immunofluorescence. The antibodies revealed expression of c-MET protein in hepatomas (11/14), carcinomas of colon and rectum (19/21), stomach (11/22), kidney (16/19), ovary (9/17) and skin (7/17). Carcinomas of the lung (13/20), thyroid (11/13) and pancreas (5/7) were also positive. In these last cases (lung, thyroid and pancreas) tumor cells were homogeneously stained by the antibodies, whereas in their normal counterparts staining was barely detectable. These data suggest that the receptor encoded by c-MET plays a physiological role in epithelial cell growth and that its expression is altered in human carcinomas.

Medium change after the activation showed that L-arginine was the only amino acid essential for this synthesis. D-Arginine would not substitute for L-arginine. Other analogues that could replace L-arginine were L-homoarginine, L-arginine methyl ester, Larginamide, and the peptide L-arginyl-L-aspartate. L-Argininic acid, L-agmatine, L-ornithine, urea, L-citrulline, and ammonia were among the nonprecursors, while L-canavanine inhibited this L-arginine-derived NO /NOsynthesis. When morpholine was added to the culture medium of the activated RAW 264.7 macrophages, N-nitrosation took place, generating Nnitrosomorpholine. GC/MS experiments using L-[guanido-
