The word preservation comes from the word "sustainable" which means to remain as it was before, not to change, to endure eternally. Meanwhile, preservation means the process, method, act of preserving, protecting from destruction and damage, preserving, conserving, managing natural resources that ensure their wise use and ensure the continuity of their supply while maintaining and improving the quality of their value and diversity. Environmental conservation is an effort to deal with problems that arise in an area. In this activity Kkn group 5, Group 5 held environmental conservation by applying the concept of reforestation by utilizing vacant land located on Jalan Kabun, Perum. This storage is done in the UPS battery itself, the capacity of each battery is different. Indirectly this UPS is also useful in order to avoid flickering when the electric current from the PLN goes out. This is done in order to avoid damage to the electronic device. In Angkasapura II Bandung as well, UPS is used to avoid flickering which causes damage and even crashes on the plane due to a communication failure between the Pilot and the AFL. Another obstacle is the cubicle control panel circuit. This happens because when there is a blackout from the PLN UPS, the active UPS does not back up this circuit, the bad thing that happens is that the electrical control at Angkasapura will stop because the cubicle control circuit does not receive electricity supply. Roads as a means of supporting the economy do not receive proper maintenance and repair. One of the problems is the limited budget and the inaccurate allocation of funds for priority road repairs. To solve the problem of road repairs, a system is needed to determine the priority order of the repaired roads first, thus optimizing the limited budget. The limited budget of funds from village infrastructure means that village officials must record which ones should be prioritized. In the village of Cilangkap, the village level records and reports on road repair problems or infrastructure are still using manual paper, making it vulnerable to document loss and budget misuse practices, so the author wants to create a system that can overcome these problems in the form of AHP Algorithm implementation to determine road infrastructure priorities in Cilangkap village. The method used is Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi mekanisme cluster Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM). ... more Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi mekanisme cluster Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM). Unsur-unsur Cluster didasarkan pada aktivitas sehari-hari yaitu memproduksi produk yang diinginkan oleh pasar. Hasil pengclusteran dan melakukan analisis diskriminan pada faktor penentu keberhasilan, didapatkan tiga cluster supply chain dan 2 indikator penentu keberhasilan cluster, yaitu harga bahan baku dan kualitas bahan baku. Dua indikator inilah yang akan diusulkan sebagai strategi pengembangan cluster. Pada cluster usaha sedang, IKM lebih mementingkan kualitas bahan baku walaupun harga bahan baku juga sama penting. Namun kepercayaan konsumen terhadap kualitas pada batik yang dihasilkan IKM di cluster usaha sedang menghasilkan nilai penjualan dan laba yang didapat juga besar.

This study proposed a model which is a modification from Theory Aceptance Model (TAM), that has benn proven be able to explain consumers behavior in adoption technology. And mostly in elder people who are close to rheumatic disorders which is one of the degenerative diseases. The objective of the activity is increasing knowledge of participants about rheumatic care. This activity was done at Monday, December 18, 2017. The education was done using poster and leaflets. The result of education showed an increase knowledge in elder people is about 70%. Recommended that elderly participants can perform rheumatic disease treatment by avoiding trigger factors and performing rheumatic exercises. Keywords: Rheumatism, Elderly, Care.

Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan dalam mengidentifikasi faktor determinan yaitu dengan pendekatan metode Analytical Hierarkhi Process (AHP) untuk membantu dalam mengetahui faktor-faktor determinan terhadap berkelanjutannya tata rias kecantikan di Kabupaten Garut. AHP merupakan suatu model pendukung keputusan yang dikembangkan oleh Thomas Saaty (1993). Sehingga hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan model Analytical Hierarkhi Process (AHP) dapat dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor determinan terhadap tata rias kecantikan di Kabupaten Garut, dengan memperhatikan faktor dari kepusan pelanggan.

We have studied the preparation of hybrid organic–inorganic polymers and the fabrication of distr... more We have studied the preparation of hybrid organic–inorganic polymers and the fabrication of distributed feedback grating using those hybrid polymers. The hybrid polymer precursors were prepared from ester-modified silicon alkoxide by using sol–gel technique. The gel precursor can be then polymerized into a solid film by photo-polymerization. The gratings were fabricated by interference laser technique by employing Lloyd's mirror configuration. The Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) image shows the formation of corrugated grating structure. Although the grating depth is relatively shallow compared to the thickness of the layer, the photo-pumped lasing action has been observed in those structures. In a film without grating structure, only Amplified Spontaneous Emission (ASE) was observed.

CSIRO Plant Industry has developed the GRAZPLAN family of decision support tools (DS tools) for c... more CSIRO Plant Industry has developed the GRAZPLAN family of decision support tools (DS tools) for consultants and farmers to improve the profitability and environmental sustainability of grazing enterprises. These tools are based on pasture and animal production models that have general application for simulating the biophysical processes of grazing systems in temperate southern Australia. The DS tools are designed to be easy to use and, apart from daily weather information, require minimal input of data. Where relevant, the models run continuously over a range of specified years, without further intervention by the user. The output generated can be linked to cost and price indices to enable estimation of production risk in financial as well as in biological terms. Adoption of GrazFeed, a tool to guide livestock nutrition, is widespread in the southern states where it is a keystone for the very successful PROGRAZE extension program sponsored by NSW Agriculture and Meat and Livestock Australia. GrazFeed's success is linked to the release of national feeding standards for ruminants, to the tactical nature of decisions about livestock nutrition and to a formal commitment by CSIRO, the developers, with NSW Agriculture, a major user. Adoption of another tool, GrassGro, which is used to analyse grazing enterprises for profit and sustainability, is slower. In this case the decision support is concerned with strategic planning where outcomes are probability-based and where the pasture model in GrassGro is not based on an agreed national standard. Confidence in the use of GrassGro increases where users are already familiar with GrazFeed, which contains an identical animal model. A key component of the commercial release of GrassGro is the provision of an intensive training course.
