This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee performance at PT. Bumimulia Ind... more This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee performance at PT. Bumimulia Indah Lestari Cilegon Banten. The independent variables Social security and work motivation are the factors that are analyzed partially and simultaneously on the Dependent Variable of Employee Performance at the company. The number of samples in this study was 70 employees is a saturated sample. The analysis technique in this research uses a validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test, and R2 test. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method that is a measurement of object data by processing data using SPPS V.25.0 software. The results showed that (1) Social security variables partially did not have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT Bumimulia Indah Lestari, as evidenced by the t-value of 1,458 < t-table 1,668 with a sig value of 0.150> 0.05. This workshop is done to established entrepreneurships among housewives in Sukamaju Village, Cikeusal District. We hope that the big numbers of housewives potency at this place can increase the salary for the household and support the needs of the household itself. This workshop produced soap called, Milan Soap and Tofu snacks with variant taste. This workshop also increase the economic level of the people in this place by producing soaps from house oil waste and tofu snacks from tofu waste and develop knowledge about entrepreneurships, accounting and marketing.

Survey dan observasi yang telah kami lakukan di lapangan bahwa kebanyakan produksi melinjo hanya sekitar emping dan ceplis. Pada kesempatan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini, kami menggagaskan sesuatu yang lebih kreatif dari sebelumnya dengan membuat biskuit dari bahan baku melinjo, biskuit tersebut menjadi isi dari kurma yang kemudian dilapisi coklat leleh. kami namakan produk ini “kurcok melinjo” khas Parumasan. Pembuatan produk ini kami targetkan bagi para ibu-ibu rumah tangga di kampung Parumasan yang memiliki potensi ibu rumah tangga yang besar dan diharapkan dapat membantu para kepala rumah tangga dalam menopang perekonomian keluarga. Selain itu tujuan pembinaan wirausaha mandiri bagi ibu rumah tangga ini adalah untuk meningkatkan perekonomian mereka pada khususnya dan peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat pada umumnya.

In learning, lecturers are required to implement innovations in the field of technology. One of the implementations of education technology is the implementation of evaluation by using Kahoot. Kahoot is a game-based learning platform. By implementing this learning evaluation, we expect students' achievement and motivation in learning to improve. The research method of this research is simple qualitative descriptive using a questionnaire that were distributed to the first semester Informatics Engineering students as the object of this research. From the questionnaire the results showed that 82.2% of students stated that Kahoot was able to increase their learning motivation. Other results is the increasing of students’ scores in this evaluations and the obstacle found in implementing this evaluation is the umstable connections or internet ...

The method used is descriptive study. The sample of this research are 7 classes of second semester in University of Serang Raya. The tool for data collecting was a written text that students wrote in two kinds of text, Hortatory and Analytical Exposition in a side by side form (2 columns) and a quiz in a google forms. It is hope that by analysing the students’ writing, they are able to comprehend and differentiate the structure and the content of Hortatory and Analytical Exposition
