Development of policies for the prevention of every nature of organized crime from the security i... more Development of policies for the prevention of every nature of organized crime from the security institutions of the Republic of Kosovo is an important element through which is aimed the coordination of works and prevention activities in order to respond to negative phenomena through taking precautions. Prevention means all activities that impact on halting and reducing crime as a social phenomenon, both quantitatively as well as qualitatively, through occasional initiatives (ad hoc). Advancing capacity to prevent crime is the need of the time and the challenge faced by the countries of the Western Balkans, especially Kosovo, because in this area there is still the old belief that only the police should be involved to prevent and fight trafficking of human beings. Nature and trends of trafficking of human beings have taken a direction in which the police as law enforcement agency cannot as such prevent these crime phenomena. Therefore, it is time imperative that in the field of crime prevention of human trafficking engage all relevant institutions with special emphasis on civil society and community in particular. To cope with the challenges of preventing and fighting trafficking of human beings, activities within state's territory are not sufficient, but it is vital that states align and coordinate activities at the regional level in real time, place and space identified for common actions. This paper aims to address this phenomenon not only in the case of Kosovo, but also in the Western Balkan region. The main thesis of this paper is the articulation of the problem in order to successfully prevent the phenomenon of trafficking of human beings through awareness of citizens, while from institutions is required opening of perspectives for new generations, for work and life, through economic development, fighting poverty, stimulating employment and preventing the migration in different countries. To successfully prevent crime, particularly trafficking in human beings, it is necessary that responsible institutions have sufficient human resources, specialized and equipped with technical tools and necessary technology, to have continuous specialized training and to deal with all phenomena of organized crime.

The object of the research in the paper is the treatment of corruption and strengthening the inte... more The object of the research in the paper is the treatment of corruption and strengthening the integrity of the Kosovo Police. The aim of the conducted research is not only to inform the public and the reader to understand the causes and the specific forms of corrupted behavior and abuse of official duty from the police officers, but to also inform them with damages that are caused to the values of police culture and ethics in general, as well as the measures to be taken. Growth and development of the Police with human resources and legal competencies, by a certain individual is often accompanied by abuse and deviation from the exercise of those powers during the exercise of official duty, and investigations conducted during 2015-2019 testify the involvement of police officers in criminal offenses with corrupt elements. This research is based on and implements a research and comparative approach and model related to the phenomenon of corruption in the Kosovo police for the period from 2015-2019. The case that is being studied aims to learn through the comparative method regarding the investigation and treatment of corruption in the police of Kosovo and Albania. In the final analysis of this paper from all the conclusions and recommendations it can be said that the ways of recognizing the existence of corrupt behaviors and identifying work in preventing, detecting and cracking down on this negative phenomenon by both the police themselves and the specialized oversight and control structures, avoids and reduces corruption.

Eviews 10 was used as a tool to analyze the data by applying the multivariate regression with ord... more Eviews 10 was used as a tool to analyze the data by applying the multivariate regression with ordinary least squares method. The result confirmed that FDI and LS are significant and positively contributed to the GDP growth of Cambodia with almost 100% confident interval or probability of 0.02%, and the ODA was evidently insignificant and also negatively impacted on the economic growth of Cambodia. The researcher also suggested for further researches in order to clarify the lapses of this study.

Korupcija, koja je opisana kao koristenje javne vlasti za pojedine namjene, je vrlo kompleksan pojam. The subject as per work, corruption, the challenge for Kosovo institutions, is broadly and actual... more The subject as per work, corruption, the challenge for Kosovo institutions, is broadly and actual theme that covers the theoretical and practical treatment. The corruption, which has been described as using the public power for certain purposes, is a very complex subject. Stands for the characteristics of many societies and states and for the last couple of years it has been understood as in great form present phenomenon within the countries in transition, within those which are undeveloped as well as with developed ones, and stands for an obstacle for democracy implementation. From a systematically point of view, corruption has caused, and it continues to do so, many concerns in all countries on Earth, and especially in Kosovo. In accordance to Transparency International report, corruption is one of the biggest challenges of contemporary world. The aim of the importance of studying of this problem through this subject is identifying the scope, structure and dynamics of this phenomenon; to analyse overall impact of general factors. In accordance to identification of corruption problems, local and international reports with of high level of this kind of criminal act, among other areas as well as per security issues, corruption has been seen as serious wound for our society. The justification of this work is logical consequence of corruption phenomenon in the Republic of Kosovo. The reason, consequences and the fight against the corruption is always the subject of numerous researches and conversation between researches, politicians and other actors dealing with this problem, not leaving aside the segment of civil society. These problems stand for the subject of study of this work from my point of view with the purpose of sharing the overall concern due to this phenomenon. During this study many different methodologies will be used, as well as the methodology of analyses of cases of corruption, method of comparative analyses, comparative methodology and statistical method of creation and fight against the corruption in Kosovo from 2012-2104. For fight and suppression of corruption, the society and institutions in Kosovo, among the prevention measures, would have to implement so far reached measures in criminalistics in accordance to contemporary trends in secure management. The final aim of this work is practical use of its results and statistics in society's efforts to prevent, to limit or to eliminate the corruption phenomenon in Kosovo.
