The warehouse is a place to store goods in the form of raw materials, work-in-process goods and f... more The warehouse is a place to store goods in the form of raw materials, work-in-process goods and finished goods and a place that provides information about the status and condition of goods stored in the warehouse so that information can be easily accessed by interested people. This study aims to identify and analyze PT Krakatau Jasa Logistics' warehouse layout problems, provide cargo storage layout suggestions to maximize capacity using the dedicated storage method, and determine the warehouse layout that produces the largest warehouse utility value. A comparison of the current warehouse layout with the dedicated storage method was carried out to choose a warehouse layout by maximizing the free in the warehouse based on the greatest utilization. The results of the study show that the proposed layout has greater utility compared to the current layout, namely 81% and 19% for forklifts and trucks, where the proposed storage layout only has a little free space or has maximized cargo placement, but in the current warehouse, there is a warehouse utility that is equal to 36% where in the storage layout there is still a lot of empty space in the warehouse.

This study aims to provide a proposal on how to improve product quality and reduce the production... more This study aims to provide a proposal on how to improve product quality and reduce the production of 1 liter long jerry cans of natural and matte colors using the help of PT Maju Kaya Rejeki Six Sigma DMAIC and Kaizen. Where problems regarding the final product are still common, even the final product is considered to be quite a lot. Data collection in this research is done by direct observation by looking at the production process and final product results and conducting interviews with related departments. After the data is obtained and processed, it is found that product factors still occur frequently and are caused by humans, machines, methods, materials, and the environment. Therefore, what is offered to reduce this is to strengthen relations with employees, create new work procedures, make employees to work under pressure, always carry out maintenance and inspection of machines, check and maintain raw materials, make adjustments to machines or production equipment, separate and grouping similar raw materials, arranging the layout of raw materials.

It depends on innovation capabilities and technology capabilities of MSMEs, as well as an understanding of value-based selling.Purpose: This study examines whether innovation capabilities are able to improve MSME marketing performance mediated by technology capabilities and value-based selling.Methodology: A quantitative approach is used in this research with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) modeling. The questionnaire was distributed to 39 samples of MSMEs in Java, with purposive sampling..Findings: SEM model testing shows that innovation capabilities have a positive and significant effect on improving the marketing performance of MSMEs, both directly and indirectly. Distribution Center J&T Express Pasar Minggu membagi rute distribusi menjadi dua bagian agar mempermudah kegiatan aktivitas distribusinya. Namun, dalam kondisi sebenarnya keterlambatan pengiriman yang dialami masih menjadi satu masalah yang harus dihadapi. Oleh karena itu, untuk membantu menyelesaikan masalah tersebut peneliti melakukan penghitungan rute baru menggunakan metode algoritma Floyd Warhsall untuk pembentukan rute tersebut dan meghasilkan lintasan terpendek pada rute satu yaitu 11,95 km dan 11,2 km untuk rute dua.

The engine cooling system is needed to reach and maintain the ideal working temperature of the engine. The engine cooling system is equipped with a thermostat to regulate the flow of cooling water to reach and maintain the temperature. A malfunctioning thermostat will disrupt the cooling system process that led the engine can be overheated. This study aims to analyze the cooling system with and without a thermostat to achieve the ideal working temperature and evaluate the heat distribution on the engine cooling system in the Hyundai Arya diesel engine type D4BB. The research was conducted by various rotations of 800 rpm, 1500 rpm, and 2500 rpm, and the data was collected every 10 minutes. The cooling system without a thermostat can not reach the ideal working temperature of the engine within 10 minutes. Meanwhile, with a thermostat, the ideal working temperature of the engine can be achieved in 9 minutes with an average engine temperature of 86.0 ⁰C at 800 rpm, in 6 minutes with an average engine temperature of 83.5 ⁰C at 1500 rpm, and within 4 minutes with an average engine temperature of 81.7 ⁰C at 2500 rpm. The heat released by the cooling system without a thermostat is less than using a thermostat, with an average of 55.7%. The engine cooling system with a thermostat in the engine cooling system and precise engine temperature control will make the ideal working temperature of the engine more quickly achieved and can be maintained as long as the engine is operated.

Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis. Metode pengumpulan data menggunkaan analisis dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu tata kelola perusahaan yang baik adalah prosedur proses yang digunakan dalam lembaga penjaminan untuk setiap bisnis, yang merupakan keputusan dan pengelolaan perusahaan yang berpegang pada prinsip-prinsip yang akan dibeli, transparansi yang tinggi, tanggung jawab, kemandirian yang tinggi, adil dan berkelanjutan. Dalam hal ini, tujuan dari aplikasi adalah untuk menciptakan bagi semua pihak dalam kegiatan bisnis agar bisnis berjalan dengan baik, akuntabel dan menguntungkan dalam konteks ekonomi.

The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed a simple linear regression equation Y= 5.785 + 0.514X. This study identifies organizational enablers (OEs) for governance and governmentality in the rea... more This study identifies organizational enablers (OEs) for governance and governmentality in the realm of projects in project-based organizations (PBOs). We use a multiple case study design with six firms in Sweden and China to identify OEs. Institutional theory serves as theoretical perspective. Results show that OEs are interwoven, albeit with different strength, with the three pillars of institutional theory (regulative, normative and cultural-cognitive). OEs for project governance and governance of projects fall predominantly into the category of regulative and normative pillars, whereas OEs for governmentality belong mainly to the cultural-cognitive pillar. Collectively these OEs provide for an ambidexterity of flexibility and stability, which allows organizations to align their internal characteristics with their organizational context. Managerial and theoretical implications of the results are discussed.

This paper presents a critical content analysis of food resilience policies based on a supply cha... more This paper presents a critical content analysis of food resilience policies based on a supply chain and food logistics perspective in Indonesia. The dominant policy approach to improving people's food resilience, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. In-depth analysis was carried out on policy documents from 2012 to 2020. Content analysis techniques are used to analyze food resilience based on a food supply chain and logistics perspective, take the form of policy documents and track any changes in selected content across policy periods and their implications for governance and individualization of responsibilities. There are three pillars in food resilience, namely availability, affordability and stability. Indonesia is an archipelago country. The logistics distribution channel and the food supply chain have a very strategic role, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. This role is mainly in handling the outbreak and meeting domestic consumption needs, especially related to food. The distribution process is more towards online markets or digitization. The challenge for island nations is high logistics costs. In addition, logistical inefficiencies include duplication and repetition of documents, asymmetric information related to supply and demand, the absence of an integrated upstream to downstream logistics platform for all supply chain stakeholders and food logistics in Indonesia. The National Logistics System/ Sislognas Arrangement has been started from 2012 until now with the launch of the National Logistic Ecosystem/ NLE policy. This analysis is the first analysis of the content of food resilience policies based on the perspective of the supply chain and food logistics in Indonesia. This analysis is expected to provide new insights into food resilience policies from a food supply chain and logistics perspective.

This study used 100 respondents as the research sample by distributing questionnaires. Sampling is accidental sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlational research. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed a simple linear regression equation Y= 5.785 + 0.514X. This equation shows that the service quality variable has a positive effect on customer satisfaction at PT Pos Indonesia Kota Baru Branch, West Kalimantan. This study identifies organizational enablers (OEs) for governance and governmentality in the rea... more This study identifies organizational enablers (OEs) for governance and governmentality in the realm of projects in project-based organizations (PBOs). We use a multiple case study design with six firms in Sweden and China to identify OEs. Institutional theory serves as theoretical perspective. Results show that OEs are interwoven, albeit with different strength, with the three pillars of institutional theory (regulative, normative and cultural-cognitive). OEs for project governance and governance of projects fall predominantly into the category of regulative and normative pillars, whereas OEs for governmentality belong mainly to the cultural-cognitive pillar. Collectively these OEs provide for an ambidexterity of flexibility and stability, which allows organizations to align their internal characteristics with their organizational context. Managerial and theoretical implications of the results are discussed.

The dominant policy approach to improving people's food resilience, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. In-depth analysis was carried out on policy documents from 2012 to 2020. Content analysis techniques are used to analyze food resilience based on a food supply chain and logistics perspective, take the form of policy documents and track any changes in selected content across policy periods and their implications for governance and individualization of responsibilities. There are three pillars in food resilience, namely availability, affordability and stability. Indonesia is an archipelago country. The logistics distribution channel and the food supply chain have a very strategic role, especially during the Covid 19 pandemic. This role is mainly in handling the outbreak and meeting domestic consumption needs, especially related to food. The distribution process is more towards online markets or digitization. The challenge for island nations is high logistics costs. In addition, logistical inefficiencies include duplication and repetition of documents, asymmetric information related to supply and demand, the absence of an integrated upstream to downstream logistics platform for all supply chain stakeholders and food logistics in Indonesia. The National Logistics System/ Sislognas Arrangement has been started from 2012 until now with the launch of the National Logistic Ecosystem/ NLE policy. This analysis is the first analysis of the content of food resilience policies based on the perspective of the supply chain and food logistics in Indonesia. This analysis is expected to provide new insights into food resilience policies from a food supply chain and logistics perspective.
