The design used was a Randomized Block Design (RAK). The treatment tested was the concentration of POC Bio-Inoculum which consisted of 6 levels which were: without POC 0 ml/l water, 2.5 ml/l, 5 ml/l, 7.5 ml/l, 10 ml/l and 12.5 ml/l. Based on the observations that (1) The concentration of POC Bio-Inoculum Plus affected the number of tillers, number of tubers, plant wet weight, dry weight of shallots, (2) Treatment of POC Bio-Inoculum Plus concentration of 7.5 ml/l gave the best effect on the number of tubers per clump (8.55 bulbs), fresh weight of bulbs per clump (40.25 g), fresh weight of bulbs per plot (1.168 g), dry weight of bulbs per clump (38.45 g), and dry tubers per plot (903.25 g).

Shallots of the Rote cultivar (Allium ascalonicum L) is one of the local horticultural
crop commodities of East Nusa Tenggara which is Besides functioning as a cooking
spice, shallots are also beneficial for health, namely as traditional medicine. POC
Bio-Inoculum Plus contains nutrients and microbes that can be utilized by plants at
the right concentration. This study aims to determine the effect of giving various
concentrations of POC Bio-Inoculum Plus on the yield of Rote Cultivated Shallots.
The design used was a Randomized Block Design (RAK). The treatment tested was
the concentration of POC Bio-Inoculum which consisted of 6 levels, namely
without POC 0 ml/l water, 2.5 ml/l, 5 ml/l, 7.5 ml/l, 10 ml/l and 12.5 ml/l.
Parameters observed were growth speed (plants), number of tillers (tubers), number
of tubers per clump (tubers), fresh weight of tubers per clump (g), fresh weight of
tubers per plot (g), dry tuber weight per clump (g), and dry tuber weight per plot
(g). The results showed that the administration of POC Bio-Inoculum Plus 7.5 ml/l
on growth observations was significantly different from the average number of
tillers (6.90 bulbs) and the average number of tubers in the cluster (7.85 bulbs). The
concentration of 7.5 ml/l was very significantly different and gave the highest
average fresh weight of tubers per clump (40.25 g), fresh weight of tubers per plot
(1.168 g), dry weight of bulbs per clump (38.45 g), and weight of tubers per cluster
(38.45 g). dry tubers per plot (903.25 g).
