Nucleotide sequence polymorphisms among R gene alleles influence the process of co-evolutionary i... more Nucleotide sequence polymorphisms among R gene alleles influence the process of co-evolutionary interaction between host and pathogen by shaping the response of host plants towards invading pathogens. Here, we present the DNA sequence polymorphisms and di-versities present among natural alleles of three rice bacterial blight resistance genes, Xa21, Xa26 and xa5. The diversity was examined across different wild relatives and cultivars of Oryza species. Functional significance of selected alleles was evaluated through semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction and real time PCR. The great-est nucleotide diversity and singleton variable sites (SVS) were present in Xa26 (π = 0.01958; SVS = 182) followed by xa5 and Xa21 alleles. The highest frequency of single nu-cleotide polymorphisms were observed in Xa21 alleles and least in xa5. It is implemented using various algorithms which reiterate over the same data repeatedly to analyze the pattern of data. The techniques of data mining are no far behind and are widely used to extract data from large databases to discover some patterns making decisions. This paper presents the Naive Bayes improved K-Nearest Neighbor method (NBKNN) for Fraud Detection of Credit Card. Experimental results illustrate that both classifiers work differently for the same dataset. The purpose is to enhance the accuracy and enhance the flexibility of the algorithm.

Limited power point tracking refers to the control of power output from a photovoltaic array at a level below the maximum power point. The limited power point tracking exhibits advantages over maximum power point tracking(MPPT) both in terms of economy and system security. The previously reported LPPT methods, however, exhibit more oscillations at low power levels or require additional mode changing action under power scarcity and may malfunction under the rapidly varying environmental conditions. To avoid these difficulties, two novel LPPT control schemes are proposed. Both the schemes are carefully designed with minimum deviation from the traditional MPPT control so as to ensure easy implementation. Each of the controllers proposed has its own merit. Maintenance of sewage system is a cumbersome task which has to be carried out in regular basis si... more Maintenance of sewage system is a cumbersome task which has to be carried out in regular basis since it is inevitable. Domestic practices will produce some organic waste like leftover food, wet waste etc.which are released into drains. This wastes will release some of the hazardous gases like CH4, CO and H2S. The paper implements an idea of detecting sewage gases which are harmful, hence prevents the people working in sewage systems from gas poisoning. The developed system is aimed to alert the sewage workers by using an Arduino Mega, gas sensors and GSM Module. The system monitors sewage gases continuously and when the content of hazardous gas hits the set threshold value the Arduino sends an SMS alert to the registered number. For the people present nearby the values are displayed on LCD display. The system also has an ultrasonic sensor to measure the depth of sewer. The threshold and Alert message are set by coding the Arduino Mega.

It can result in various complications physialogically with undesirable metabolic conditions. The main objective of this study is to assess the level of satisfaction attained after medication in comorbidities (either having diabetes only or having hypertension only or having Hypertension and Diabetes) and also focussed on creating awareness in patients who do not follow the medication. A prospective cross sectional study was conducted at tertiary care hospital, Khammam, Telangana. 200 patients were approached and were interviewed with their consent. The purpose of the same was to collect the information on socio demographics, medication that is followed, and behavioural characteristics. This paper presents the experimental work carried out in order to evaluate the mechanical propert... more This paper presents the experimental work carried out in order to evaluate the mechanical properties of roller compacted concrete mixtures in which a chemical admixture like super plasticizer is added in different dosages. The dosage percentages namely 0.5%, 0.75% and 1% by weight of cement have been added to RCC. Tests we performed to determine workability when RCC is in fresh state and mechanical properties when RCC is in hardened state. Workability like compaction factor test, vee bee test and slump test were conducted. Strength tests like compression strength, modulus of rupture and split tensile strength at 3days, 7days and 28days. Experimental investigation revealed that significant increases in strengths were observed in RCC with increase in super plasticizer dosage addition. Also workability of concrete was increased with increase in SP dosage.
