In diverse organisational contexts, leaders are required to exhibit efficiency in their work performance while executing their duties and responsibilities, while also demonstrating attentiveness towards the general running of the organisation. Therefore, it is imperative for individuals to possess a comprehensive understanding of the attributes associated with good leadership. The key attributes associated with effective leadership encompass honesty and integrity, confidence, skills and abilities, commitment and passion, accountability, delegation and empowerment, creativity and innovation, empathy, resilience, emotional intelligence, humility, transparency, vision and purpose, teamwork, and instructional strategies. It is imperative for leaders to possess a comprehensive understanding of these attributes. However, in addition to these factors, individuals must possess self-confidence and cultivate optimistic perspectives towards both themselves and different facets of the organisation. The cultivation of positive well-being plays a crucial role in facilitating the implementation of these attributes in a structured and effective manner. Hence, it can be asserted that those occupying leadership roles must possess a comprehensive set of these attributes and effectively implement them.

In order to enable international researchers and practitioners comprehend the philosophical shift taking place in classroom applications in China, there is a dearth of research on the international quality of early childhood education. The primary goal of this article is to report the findings of an exploratory study utilising the Chinese translation of the Early Childhood Environment Rating Scales-Revised in public kindergarten settings in order to draw conclusions about how to improve the training of future educators.

1.The study involves an intervention in the physical integrity of subjects,
2.The study deviates from the principle of informed consent (ethical review is not required if the research is based on public documents, registries or archived data).
3.The subjects are children under the age of 15, and the study is not part of the normal activities of a school or an institution of early childhood education and care, and the data are collected without parental consent and without providing the parents or guardians the opportunity to prevent the child from taking part in the study.
4.The study exposes research subjects to exceptionally strong stimuli and evaluating possible harm requires special expertise (for example, studies containing violence or pornography).
5.The study may cause long-term mental harm (trauma, depression, sleeplessness) beyond the risks encountered in normal life.
6.The study can signify a security risk to subjects (for example, studies concerning domestic violence).

It can simply be illustrated by the facts that in one of the study, the research design may reflect the entire research process which includes the initial stage (conceptualization) till the last stage (literature review), as well as research methods, questions, and inferences etc. On the other side, in an other type of study, research design refers only to the methodology of a study which specifically includes the process of data collection and analysis. It is however, noticeable that there is a visible and viable variation within and between methodologies in how research design is defined, illustrated and presented throughout the research. An effective conceptual framework helps clarify the study problem, direct the choice of data gathering methods, and give context for data interpretation. Also, researchers can gain a deeper grasp of the research problem by employing data analysis methodologies suited to mixed-method assessment designs, which allow them to combine and analyse qualitative and quantitative data. The success of such methods, however, hinges not only on their inherent merits but also on the researcher's ability to effectively employ them.

The research is only ethically sound if the methods employed are. So even if a research project could generate very important findings which might be employed to benefit thousands of people, if the methods proposed to generate those findings were not ethically sound, the research could not be ethically approved.

In Ethical Research, the researchers must submit their research plan to ethical review if a study contains any of the following features:

1.The study involves an intervention in the physical integrity of subjects,
2.The study deviates from the principle of informed consent (ethical review is not required if the research is based on public documents, registries or archived data).
3.The subjects are children under the age of 15, and the study is not part of the normal activities of a school or an institution of early childhood education and care, and the data are collected without parental consent and without providing the parents or guardians the opportunity to prevent the child from taking part in the study.
4.The study exposes research subjects to exceptionally strong stimuli and evaluating possible harm requires special expertise (for example, studies containing violence or pornography).
5.The study may cause long-term mental harm (trauma, depression, sleeplessness) beyond the risks encountered in normal life.
6.The study can signify a security risk to subjects (for example, studies concerning domestic violence).

It can simply be illustrated by the facts that in one of the study, the research design may reflect the entire research process which includes the initial stage (conceptualization) till the last stage (literature review), as well as research methods, questions, and inferences etc. On the other side, in an other type of study, research design refers only to the methodology of a study which specifically includes the process of data collection and analysis. It is however, noticeable that there is a visible and viable variation within and between methodologies in how research design is defined, illustrated and presented throughout the research. This variation plays a vital role in the research but it does not affect the role of research design in promoting a continuous and regular study of innovative ideas .
