The study sample consisted of 61 creative entrepreneurs enrolled in business incubators and centers. Results revealed that the impact of COVID-19 on the incubated creative and entrepreneurship projects was high. In the factor analysis, three factors were extracted that explained the impacts of the COVID-19 on the incubated entrepreneurial projects: "Pandemic impact factor", "Incubator readiness factor", and "Entrepreneur readiness factor". Moreover, the results of the study indicated that the most severe impacts of the pandemic were in the period 17 March 2020 to 17-9-2020.

Their creativity, innovation, invention and leadership measure the progress and development of nations. Creative thinking is one of the finest and highest skills and abilities that should be acquired by students in all different academic levels. The main objective of this study is to disclose the extent of practicing creative thinking and its relationship to academic achievement among students of the Jordan University of Science and Technology. The study was conducted on a sample of 1159 male and female students, who were chosen randomly. The study involved the following main question: To what extent are students of Jordan University of Science and Technology practicing creative thinking? It also contained three hypotheses: 1) There is a significant difference of practicing creative thinking among the students of Jordan University of Science and Technology due to gender; 2) There is a significant difference of practicing creative thinking among students of Jordan University of Science and Technology due to academic year; 3) There is a significant correlation between practicing creative thinking among students of Jordan University of Science and Technology and academic achievement. The results of the study indicated that students of Jordan University of Science and Technology are practicing creative thinking at a moderate level reaching 2.96 at Likert scale. Moreover, it revealed that there is a statistically significant difference in the level of practicing creative thinking due to gender favoring male students. A close relationship between the level of practicing creative thing and academic achievement was found, where 20% of the research sample having high academic achievement showed moderate level of practicing creative thinking.

The study sample consisted of 349 male and female participants. It used a descriptive analysis, the MacKenzie scale for multiple intelligences, which consisted of 9 dimensions and 10 paragraphs per dimension. According to its findings, the average range for all domains of multiple intelligences was 3.70. This value implied that the average students’ responses were accepted. It showed there was not any statistically significant differences at ∝≥0.05 in the students’ results which could be attributed to gender and academic year. Also, there were not statistically significant differences at ∝≥0.05 in the students’ results for the musical and existential dimension attributed to achievement and there were statistically significant differences for the other dimensions.

Materials and Methods: MMSCs were isolated from the fat of 5 healthy donors. The cells were grown in culture up to passage four, then treated with dexamethasone for 3 hours, washed off the preparations, and incubated in a serum-free medium for 48 hours. Some of the cells were not treated with dexamethasone. Supernatants from cell cultures were concentrated by ultrafiltration, standardized by the content of galectin-1, sterilized, and added to MNCs from peripheral blood of 8 healthy donors. MNCs were isolated in a Ficoll density gradient according to a standard protocol. The expression of phospho-NF-κB p65 and Ki-67 in MNCs under the influence of MMSC secretomes in isotypic and negative controls was determined on a flow cytomete...

In the early stages of RCC, it is possible to use partial or total surgical nephrectomy, but in metastases development, the range of efficient treatment methods is dramatically limited. Appearance of targeted drugs like PD-1 and CTLA-4 receptors and their ligands’ inhibitors in clinical practice has significantly increased the total survival rate of patients with renal cell carcinoma. Emergence of adoptive cell therapy has opened new possibilities and prospects in RCC treatment. Previously activated in vitro cells are used there, which provides antineoplastic activity. For example, it could be antigen-specific cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL), lymphokine-activated natural killers (LAK-NK-cells) and tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs). In this review, the authors specified th...

The in vitro processes of human adipose-derived MMSCs (hAMMSCs) morphology, motility, cell division, and secretion were studied by means of Cell-IQ v2 MLF (CM Technologies Oy, Finland) integrated phase-contrast microscopic platform for a continuous real-time Environmental Research, Engineering and Management 2018/74/3 surveillance imaging of living cells. 70 μL suspension (5×10 4 viable karyocytes) of the cells was applied into the centre of the wells of 12-well plastic plates, and cells were allowed to adhere in a moist chamber for 120 min. Non-adherent cells were washed, and the wells were carefully filled with 1.5 mL of a nutrient medium DMEM/ F12 (1 : 1) without osteogenic additions. Cells were cultured for 14 days at 100% humidity in a 5% carbon dioxide atmosphere at 37°C until a monolayer formation. Digital images of cell culture growth were captured every 45 min. The cells were positively stained with alizarin red (osteoblasts), alcian blue (chondrocytes), or oil red (adipocytes). More than 95% of attached cells expressed CD73, CD90, and CD105 markers, mainly. Thus, the cells corresponded to the morphological criteria of MMSCs. The Cell-IQ system allowed establishing 182 μm/h linear velocity of free (until the cell contacts) motility of spindle or fibroblast-like cells. Maximum number of cells achieved 136 cells per field of view; 13-24% of cells divided each 1-3 h until a monolayer was formed. Chemokine cooperation between hAMMSCs and poor macrophages intermixture was proposed. Cell-IQ could be useful for in vitro real-time imaging of cell subpopulations and/or their response to biodegradable scaffolds and/or (micro)environmental factors.

The study was conducted on (691) students and (207) teachers in King Abdullah II Schools for excellence and the Jubilee School in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The study was able to identify the main dimensions of the characteristics of the teachers who taught talented and gifted students. The results of factor analysis for the students revealed that seven factors accumulated around the study variables, the cumulative interpreted value of these factors is (53,107 %) and regarding the teachers the study revealed nine factors accumulated around the study variables, the cumulative interpreted value of these factors is (64.661%). The T-test results show that there are significant diffrences between the students and teachers regarding their perspective toward the characteristics of the teachers of the gifted and talented students in favour of teachers in all dimensions. The findings also revealed that there are no significant diffrences in estimating the features due to gender variable in any dimensions of the features. Multiple regression analysis results showed that (0.502%) of the shift in student's academic achievement could be explained by the variables (personal, personal emotional, cognitive, educational personal, educational, emotional personal educational, emotional) and the rest percentage assigned to other variables. In addition, multiple regression analysis results revealed that 11 characterstics have a strong impact and ability to interpret the shift in student academic achievement. The study concluded recommendations concerning reviewing preparation programs of rehabilitating and training teachers of gifted and talented students which are presented to them before and during the service by combning n them the set of properties revealed from the results of the study, which will contribute to meet the needs of gifted and talented students and their teachers.
