In this study, a new strain of Coelastrum sp. was isolated from cattle manure leachate. The isolated microalgae were then cultivated in wastewater. Effects of different sCOD concentrations (600, 750, 900, 1050 mg L) and light intensities (1000, 2300, 4600, 6900 and 10000 Lux) on biomass production, CO consumption rate and nutrient removal from wastewater were investigated. The results showed that maximum cell growth and CO consumption rate were 2.71 g L and 53.12 mg L day, respectively, which were obtained in the wastewater with 750 mg L sCOD and under the light intensity of 6900 Lux. The microalgae were able to completely consume all CO after incubation period of 4 days. The highest sCOD, total Kjeldahl nitrogen (TKN), nitrate and total phosphorous (TP) removal at such conditions were 53.45, 91.18, 87.51 and 100%, respectively. The lipid content of ...

The population is all elementary school principals of Qom city that they were 363 people. Sample was calculated a 123 persons. Measurement tools is Philosophic-Mindedness assessment questionnaire derived from the theory of Philip J. Smith, contains 60 questions that measure triple dimensions of inclusiveness, reflect and the flexibility. Validity and reliability of instrument was confirmed in previous studies and in this study with the number 0.79 was verified. Results: Philosophic-Mindedness training cause to increase the managers' philosophical thinking. The Philosophic-Mindedness average and its dimensions in men is more than women's. There is a significant different between Philosophic-Mindedness average and its dimensions in two experimental and control groups. There is a significant different between Philosophic-Mindedness average and its dimensions in two men and women groups. The age, marital status, history, education and gender variables in regression equation capable to explain 15% of the variance changes of comprehensiveness dimension, 21% of the variance changes of meditation dimension, 26% of the variance changes of flexibility dimension and 19% of the variance changes of the Philosophic- Mindedness.

The research method is qualitative and in a documentary manner. This research is considered as an applied research in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the study is written literature on bilingualism. The tool used is snapping. Fiches are written letters for collecting the necessary information from written sources, visual and audio materials, and computer software and virtualization. The method of data collection is to refer to literary and library resources for the benefit of the experts and experts, and the content of the texts related to teaching and learning. The findings of this study showed that bilingual education in the world is based on 9 general models including: 1. Transition 2. Consolidation 3. Submission 4. Contraction 5. Prestige 6. Brief introduction. Branding. 8. Content-based language learning and 9. Multi-language learning. Among these, 3 The first method is the most widely used method in the world. Viewing the rank of all bilingual education models shows that the content-based language teaching method has the highest rank and then the growth method is located and is in the third place of the multilingual approach. The ranking of the following methods are, in turn, a two-way method, a maintenance method, a prestige method, a dip method, a transitional method, and at the end of the revitalization method.
