From the results it appears that the germination capacity is increased significantly as as result... more From the results it appears that the germination capacity is increased significantly as as result of the two treatments. The treatment soaking seeds in boiling water for 15 seconds had the best results, but these were not significantly different from the other treatment, soaking the seeds 24 hours in room-temperature water. There was, however, a difference between the response of the V.pubescens seeds to the two treatments in terms of germination rate. The different from the control treatment, whereas the difference between the control and soaking seeds in boiling water results in a very significant difference. In summary, the two treatments appear to have the same effect on the increment of the germination capacity of V.pubescens seeds. Both treatments also have a positive effect on the rate with which seeds germinate, but soaking the seeds in boiling water has a greater effect than soaking seeds in room-temperature water. Subjecting V. pubescens to any of these treatments significantly increaces the success rate of germination and the speed with which the seeds germinate. The decision of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 132 PM is a re... more The decision of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 132 PM is a regulation that regulates the operation of the terminal covering 3 things, namely planning, operation, and supervision. The Type A Gambut Barakat Terminal which has been completed in 2014 is intended for AKAP to operate in this type A terminal. Before this type A Gambut Barakat terminal was built AKAP operates in type B terminal km 6 Banjarmasin City. In this study type A Gambut Barakat terminal was chosen as the object of research in looking at the implementation of the operation policy. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative case study. The speakers in this study were 4 people, namely KORSATPEL Terminal type A Gambut Barakat km 17, the Chief of UPTD terminal type B km 6 Banjarmasin, the City Transport entrepreneurs, and Organda km 6 General Director. The focus of this research was the accompanying instruments implementation, namely the interests that are affected, the types of benefits obtained, the degree of change to be achieved, the location of decision making, program implementers, resources, power, interests and strategies of actors, characteristics of the ruling institution, compliance and responsiveness. As well as factors that become obstacles in the implementation of the operation of the type A terminal. Data analysis techniques carried out by researchers are by collecting data obtained from interviews, direct observation, and literature. From the findings of the data and research analysis, the implementation of the policy on the operation of the type A Gambut Barakat terminal is still not effective. Constraints faced in the implementation include the unavailability of AKAP moving from the type B km 6 terminal in South Kalimantan province to the type A Gambut Barakat terminal, less assertive action from the policy implementor, and AKAP feels that it does not benefit but instead loses when moving to the type A Gambut Barakat terminal.

In this study, researchers focused on the performance of village officials. The research uses a qualitative approach, with methods descriptive. Performed three data collection techniques, namely; observations, interviews, and documentation. The analysis used Miles and interactive modelsHuberman, among others; data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal conclusion, and data verification. Research result describes; five dimensions examined, 4 (four) dimensions did not function properly such as the dimensions of responsibility, service quality, productivity, and accountability while the dimensions responsiveness works pretty well. Based on these findings it is recommended improvements such as training or courses for village officials and the provision of media as a tool to account for the management of village funds so performance Uut Murung Subdistrict government, Murung Raya Regency is expected to be more optimal than before.

This article aims to apply the model of community involvement in the sister city's flood prevention cooperation plan in Samarinda city, East of Kalimantan, emphasizing the active citizen participation (citizen diplomacy). The analysis of community involvement with the bottom-up model in sister city cooperation starts with the identification of flooding problems in three samples of Saramarinda urban villages presenting its performance and outcomes. This approach is new in solving the Samarinda flood problem, which so far has tended to be centralized and ineffective.

This article aims to provide a description of how the performance of employees at the Department ... more This article aims to provide a description of how the performance of employees at the Department of Capital planting and One-Stop Barito Utara; performance of employees that are intended to focus on the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). A qualitative approach was used to describe the findings in the research. Data collection techniques include; observation, interviews and documentation. Miles and Huberman model was selected to perform the reduction, data presentation and overall conclusion of research findings. The results showed that there are still problems brought by not being disciplined in carrying out tasks within the terms of working hours, late entry, lack of focus on the job. This will have an impact on achieving the proposed task by augmenting the efforts to improve the quality of employees. Improved performance is also achieved by the addition of HR guidance, strict monitoring, warning and more intensive evaluation of the employee who made a mistake, offense or violate the rules in carrying out the task/job.

The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative data collection through in-depth interviews, documentation and recording of information (from documents, records, books and regulations) as well as observations (through interviews and documentation). The data analysis technique used is the interactive data analysis Miles and Huberman. Based on the study results, the establishment of the Regional Regulation of the Indigenous Murung Kingdom affected by several factors, both being supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors include the lack of support from the executive and legislative branches. While the limiting factor is not the enactment of the Draft Law on Indigenous People National inconsistency problem and miscoordination are some of the obstacles that arise in the preparation of a law, no unit of the regional organization (SOPD) that specifically take care of the indigenous in the area and lack of communication among stakeholders concerning indigenous issues.

This research was conducted to determine the spread Kempas area in IUPHHK PT. Wanasokan Hasilindo Ketapang West Kalimantan. The method used is the analysis of vegetation in a way checkered line with the size of sample plots for vegetation is 20mx20m tree level. The number of sampling plots were made 50 plots or 2 hectars are. Sample plots laid out in two (2) location of the observation that the observation area located 25 sample plots. In the first line that starts from the edge of the river, Kempas at the seedling types were dominant in the first type, the saplings and small trees Kempas was ranked eleventh while the tree is on the order of three. In the second pathway that is placed on a ridge, the type Kempas at the seedling was ranked two dominant types, the stake is on the order of eight, the pole is on the order of five, while the tree is on the order Kempas three dominant types.

The Law No. 12 year 2011 on the Establishment of Legislation stated that the regulation of distri... more The Law No. 12 year 2011 on the Establishment of Legislation stated that the regulation of district / city legislation is established by the Board of Representatives pf the District / City represented by a mutual consent Regent / Mayor. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative data collection through in-depth interviews, documentation and recording of information (from documents, records, books and regulations) as well as observations (through interviews and documentation). The data analysis technique used is the interactive data analysis Miles and Huberman. Based on the study results, the establishment of the Regional Regulation of the Indigenous Murung Kingdom affected by several factors, both being supporting and inhibiting factors. The supporting factors include the lack of support from the executive and legislative branches. While the limiting factor is not the enactment of the Draft Law on Indigenous People National inconsistency problem and miscoordination are some of the obstacles that arise in the preparation of a law, no unit of the regional organization (SOPD) that specifically take care of the indigenous in the area and lack of communication among stakeholders concerning indigenous issues.

The purpose of this study to determine aspects of ethnobotany of medicinal plant use and knowledge of medicinal plants by local people Semoncol Hamlet . While the benefits of this research can be used as preliminary information on the community didusun Semoncol in utilizing and conserving medicinal plants . This study aims to determine the level of species diversity of vegetation and to determine the types of stands that have the potential as a producer of seed. The method used is a double plot method by means of laying in a systematic sample plot sampling. The dokument is taken from tree species, diameter and height were found on the growth rate at the level of the pole and tree level in 49 plots of observation. This research was conducted to determine the spread Kempas area in IUPHHK PT. Wanasokan Hasilindo Ketapang West Kalimantan. The method used is the analysis of vegetation in a way checkered line with the size of sample plots for vegetation is 20mx20m tree level. The number of sampling plots were made 50 plots or 2 hectars are. Sample plots laid out in two (2) location of the observation that the observation area located 25 sample plots. In the first line that starts from the edge of the river, Kempas at the seedling types were dominant in the first type, the saplings and small trees Kempas was ranked eleventh while the tree is on the order of three. In the second pathway that is placed on a ridge, the type Kempas at the seedling was ranked two dominant types, the stake is on the order of eight, the pole is on the order of five, while the tree is on the order Kempas three dominant types.
