A CP multi band stub loaded antenna is designed and studied using Ansoft HFSS V 14.0 designer on the substrate of 3.5 relative permittivity, height of 0.8 mm and delta factor of 0.004. For Quad frequency band, three stubs, which works as monopole, included in the design. The antenna consists of a rectangular slot with the area of 48 X 18 mm 2 , a T-shaped feed patch, an inverted T-shaped stub, and two E-shaped. Each stub is responsible for the individual frequency band. The simulated results like return loss, VSWR, radiation pattern, peak gain and efficiency are presented. The methodology of using the design for all the frequency bands are mentioned in the paper. At last the parametric study on different methods to ...

In the conventional Si/III-V based electronics, the structure is based on semiconductor junction & transistor. Although they have high conductivity, but lacking of optical transparency. However, the basic building material for transparent electronics which is to be transparent and in visible range is true challenge. Therefore to understand and implement such technology there are two scientific goals, to give a material which are optically transparent and electrically conductive and to implement an invisible circuitry. Development of such invisible transparent electronics needs expertise together from pure and applied science, material science, chemistry, physics & electronic science. Its application includes in our daily life electronic devices, new source of energy, and other advanced materials.

The antenna consists of a rectangular slot with an area of 48 × 18 mm2. To provide different band of frequency, a T-shaped feed patch and an inverted T-shaped stub is used. The tri band is studied and designed using computer simulation with the aid of Ansoft HFSS design. The simulated result show that the antenna can be designed to cover the frequency band 1.52 to 1.6 GHz for the GPS System, and wide band of 3.06 - 3.99 GHz and 4.9 - 5.7 GHz for the dual band of WiMAX application. The proposed antenna is fabricated on a 0.8 mm thick substrate with a relative permittivity of 4.4. The paper includes the simulated results of return loss, VSWR and radiation patterns at all resonant frequencies.

The 4G wireless communication systems have been deployed or are soon to be deployed in all over world . However, with an growth of wireless services and mobile devices, there are still some challenges that cannot be accommodated even by fourth generation, such as high energy consumption and the spectrum crisis. Wireless network designers have been facing the continuously increasing demand for high data rates and mobility required by new wireless applications and therefore have started research on fifth generation wireless systems that are expected to be deployed beyond 2020. In this paper, we propose a potential cellular architecture that outdoor scenarios, separates indoor and discuss technologies for 5G wireless communication networks, such as Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO). The focus of the present article is on advanced techniques for higher spectral efficiency and improved coverage for cell edge users. New applications with a ...
