Tujuan penelitian ini merumuskan model percepatan peningkatan kinerja UMKM dengan bauran orientas... more Tujuan penelitian ini merumuskan model percepatan peningkatan kinerja UMKM dengan bauran orientasi strategi, dan lingkungan makro.Bauran orientasi strategi terdiri dari orientasi pelanggan, pesaing dan inovasi. Variabel lingkungan makro terdiri dari demografi, ekonomi dan nilai budaya. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu UMKM makanan di Jawa tengah. Sampel 750 dipilih dengan teknik convenience sampling, Analisis Cros tab digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable demografi, ekonomi, budaya pada variabel anteseden orientasi pelanggan, dimensi orientasi strategi dan kinerja organisasi. Analisis Struktural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh variable anteseden pada orirentasi pelanggan, dimensi orientasi strategi pada kinerja, Peran variable perubahan memoderasi orientasi pelanggan dan pesaing pada orientasi inovasi, peran variable keunggulan bersaing memediasi orientasi pelanggan, inovasi dan pesaing pada kinerja. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of customer, competitor, innovation, ent... more The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of customer, competitor, innovation, entrepreneurship and Change Orientation Strategy (COS) on OP. This research gives contribution in developing science, especially the science of marketing management, by elaborating factors affecting the OP, so there will be clarity of how to improve OP. This research takes the population of managers of food MSMEs in Surakarta. It uses a method of convenience sampling, and determines 500 samples. The method of analysis applied is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). This research results show that Customer Orientation Strategy (CuOS) and CA influence positively and significantly on OP. The Competitor Orientation Strategy (CoOS) and IOS do not influence OP. The Entrepreneurship Orientation Strategy (EOS) and COS has negative and insignificant effects on OP. CA has positive and significant impacts on OP and mediates the influence of CuOS and IOS on OP but does not mediate CoOS.

The mixed strategic orientations of demography, economy and cultural values are used to design this model. The mixed strategic orientations consist of customer, competitor and innovation orientations. Demographic variables consist of age, experience and education. Economic variables consist of government, price, income and growth. Cultural value variables consist of Javanese, Chinese and Padang cultural values. Customer orientation variables have an antecedent variable that consist of entrepreneurship, reward and learning. The change orientation variable moderates the customer and competitor orientations to the innovation orientation. Variable of competitive advantage mediates customer and competitor orientations on MSMEs’ performance. The population of this study consists of food MSMEs in Central Java.
