The author shared his opinion on the development of tourism in order to increase the tourist'... more The author shared his opinion on the development of tourism in order to increase the tourist's attraction. He purposed the shift of services from the former one, which based on serving the basic physiological and psychological needs to the development of the quality of life. The self developed service providers and people in the community would share their knowledge and experiences about the beautiful arts and culture as well as the Thai way of living, which conserves and goes along very well with the surrounding environment to the tourists.

This quasi-experimental research is aimed at studying the effect of a self-control program based ... more This quasi-experimental research is aimed at studying the effect of a self-control program based on future orientation on grade 9 overweight school girls. Subjects were 32 overweight school girls. They were randomly put equally into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group participated in a twelve-session program based on the Transtheoretical Model (TTM) of stages of change designed by the experimenter aimed to convince the subjects to be concerned about their future physical and mental health and to keep their weight (WT) and body mass index (BMI) in a normal range by choosing food consumption and doing exercise. Each session lasted for a 50-60 minute period. The control group participated in other activities not related to those performed by the experimental group. The purpose of this correlational research was to find the predictive ability of quality of life ... more The purpose of this correlational research was to find the predictive ability of quality of life in school, automatic negative thought, and anger management on depression of adolescents in upper-secondary school students in the Bangkok area under management of the Office of the Basic Education Commission: (OBEC) in Bangkok area 1 in the academic year of 2017. Four hundred subjects were obtained by a stratified random sampling method. Data collection was done using 1) personal information, 2) the quality of life in school questionnaire, 3) children's and adolescents' automatic thought scale, 4) the anger management questionnaire, and 5) Health -Related Self Report: HRSR -The Diagnostic Screening Test for Depression in Thai Population. Data was analyzed in terms of percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression-forward. It was found that there were two independent variables which co-predicted the changes of depression score by 32....
