The research used a sample of 30 tanker and ship crew members at the Indonesian national shipping company PT. Waruna Nusa Sentana. The data analysis method applies a path analysis model to test direct and indirect effects. The research results show that leadership style, logistics management, and crew performance partially influence Ship operational performance. Leadership style and logistics management are also proven to influence crew performance directly. The captain's leadership style and logistics management indirectly affect the Ship's operational performance through the performance of the Ship's Crew. Overall, the operating performance of tankers at the shipping company PT. Waruna Nusa Sentana is influenced by the captain's leadership style, ship logistics management, and crew performance, both directly and indirectly.

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of ship agency service quality and ma... more The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of ship agency service quality and management information systems to service user loyalty through internal control mediation at Tanjung Priok Port. Some of the problems found, among others, are still not optimal service quality and management information systems provided by the company to customers. In addition, internal control has not been carried out optimally and ship departure schedules are sometimes not as promised by the company. This research was conducted at PT Umbu Perdana Maritim as a new agency company located in the Tanjung Priok Port area. The research population is the customers of PT Umbu Perdana Maritim, for a sample of 60 active customers which is called a saturated sample. For data processing carried out in this study, using the path analysis method. The results showed that the quality of ship agency services did not have a direct effect on service user loyalty through internal control, and the management information system did not have a direct effect on service user loyalty through internal control.

The problems of the study are the low productivity of loading and unloading performance in the port, the lack of main facilities and supporting equipments could decrease the loading and unloading performance and unorganized service performance in the port. The research method used path analysis with Structural Equation Modeling using Smart PLS. The 152 samples were taken from Tanjung Priok Port service users. It is concluded that directly and indirectly there is a significant positive effect on the performance of the loading and unloading workforce and port facilities on terminal productivity and the impact on port operational performance in Tanjung Priok Port.

The low performance of flight safety at Wamena airport is suspected to be related to the lack of optimal implementation of safety risk management and the competence of airport staff that still needs to be improved. The study aimed to determine the effect of safety risk management and airport personnel competence on flight safety performance at Wamena airport in eastern Indonesia. Based on flight data in 2020, the large number of aircraft accidents that occurred during the las... more Based on flight data in 2020, the large number of aircraft accidents that occurred during the last five years was caused by human factors, so this is one of the basis of research. The study was conducted with a total of 547 cabin crew from national aviation companies at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Jakarta. The data was collected through instruments on the questionnaire whose results were changed based on the Likert scale and tested first before data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that safety attitudes mediate the relationship of proactive personality with safety behavior, which means that the safety attitude created by aviation companies indirectly has an impact on the relationship of proactive personality to safety behavior. Then the safety climate is able to moderate the relationship of proactive personality with safety behavior negatively, this means that the safety climate negatively influences proactive personality and safety behavior.

The number of aircraft movements at the airport at busy hours exceeds capacity, resulting in long queues. This study uses a quantitative approach and queuing theory with a single server multi-channel queuing system. Discussion of runway service performance at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, by calculating the Queuing System State Probalilities to determine the probability of n units (arrivals) in the system. Declines in a company's reputation requires improvements through the audit committee, institutional ownership and CSR. This research applies quantitative method and purposive sampling technique was used to obtain a total of 35 samples consisting of five companies within a seven-year observation period. Descriptive statistics and path analysis approach were used to analyze the data. The result of this research shows that there is no direct effect of the audit committee on CSR, there is positive direct effect of institutional ownerships on CSR, there is no direct effect of the audit committee on firm reputation, there is no direct effect of institutional ownerships The key finding of this research is, that companies can improve CSR and reputation company through the audit committee, what needs to be done is does not increase the number of audit committees. Company can improve company reputation through institutional ownership and CSR, it is necessary attempted is that CSR is an investment in the long term long.

This research aims to study the creation of corporate advantage in Indonesia’s domestic airlines through a market-driven strategy based on market attractiveness and resource capability. This study uses the method of explanatory survey, descriptive and verificative with data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS).
