This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and ear... more This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and earnings per Share (EPS) on Stock Price. The data used in this study are associative Quantitative data. The type of data used in this study is secondary data obtained from financial statements published in the financial statements and annual reports of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange through the official website of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero Tbk for the 2012-2021 period, and www.idx.co.id, www.idn.financial.com. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and hypothesis tests, namely f test, t test and coefficient of determination test (R2) with Eviews 10 tools. The results showed that simultaneously (F test) all variables ROA, ROE and EPS had a significant effect on stock prices as evidenced by the prob (F-statistical) value of 0.000031 < 0.05. And the partial sacra (t test) of the ROA variable has a significant effect on the stock price as evidenced by a significance value smaller than 0.05, namely 0.0004 < 0.05 and the ROE variable has a significant effect on the stock price with a significance value of 0.0002 < 0.05 as well as the EPS variable showing a significant effect on the stock price with a significance result of 0.0189 < 0.05.

The Covid-19 pandemic caused all business sectors to have a downtrend impact, as did the Unilever company, whose share price fell quite deeply during the pandemic. Using an Independent T-test sample, this study will examine differences in Unilever stock performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The test result shows that there is a significant difference in Unilevers stock performance before and during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The fifteen villages in Sungai Ambawang Subdistrict must have village officials who can work according to the demands of the job and must complete each worker on time with perfect completion of work. This study aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of village officials in the Sungai Ambawang District. The population in this study was village apparatus, amounting to 75 people. In taking the sample, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique, where the sampling technique was determined by determining certain criteria. So the respondents who meet the criteria and can be used as samples amounted to 33 people. Data analysis using SPSS version 26 software, validity test, and reliability test. Then the conclusion is drawn using a simple linear regression statistical test and partially analyze the effect t-testt). Based on the results of the partial regression, statistically tcount 0.741 < from ttable 1.69552 and sig. 0.464 < from 0,05. This means that the work motivation variable has no significant effect on the performance of village officials. The value of R Square is 0.017. This means that the influence of the work motivation of village officials in Sungai Ambawang District on performance is 1.7% and the remaining 98.3% is influenced by other factors not observed in this study.

Pendanaan untuk kegiatan qardh, murabahah, dan ta’awun bersumber dari Titipan Modal dan Titipan Sedekah dari para shahibul maal (dosen dan masyarakat) yang merupakan implementasi dari pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). Komunitas Mantri Sehat sudah melayani sebanyak 16 pengguna manfaat (debitur) untuk kegiatan qardh, 11 transaksi murabahah secara angsuran, serta kegiatan ta’awun sepanjang Januari-Juni 2022 yang dilaksanakan setiap pekan. The purpose of this research is to compile an optimal portfolio of Shariah stocks listed on JII in order to generate higher returns using the single index model method. The study used 17 companies sampled with purposive sampling techniques, data used is monthly stock price, IHSG and BI rate. Based on the results of obtained by 5 companies included in the optimal portfolio, PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk with a proportion of funds of 59.93%, PT Vale Indonesia Tbk with a proportion of funds of 16.16%, PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk by using two ratios as analysis tools, namely CR and ROE. The author chooses to conduct research at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk because it is the largest consumer food company compared to its peers in Indonesia. This research was conducted to see the effect of CR and ROE simultaneously, partially and dominantly on PER using quantitative descriptive methods. The results showed that the data used were normal using the normal probability test plot. If using multiple linear regression test, the CR has a unidirectional relationship, while the ROE is not in the same direction as the PER. This research was conducted because the development of West Kalimantan HDI, when compared to other provinces in Kalimantan, still occupies the lowest position. This research was a quantitative descriptive and used secondary data, the West Kalimantan Financial Report and inflation data.
