The application was presented as a mobile app. It had two objectives: 1) to evaluate the effectiveness of the mobile application and 2) to develop the mobile application. The sample group consisted of 36 people, including 10 tourists, 14 students, 9 general people, and 3 IT experts. Three experts validated the research instruments for content validity. All items in the IOC questionnaire received a score of no less than 0.5. Following validation, the research instruments were used to collect data. The data analysis revealed the following: The evaluation of the performance of the mobile application for promoting community-based innovative tourism in Ao Manao yielded positive results. The overall quality of the application was rated highly, with a mean score of 4.37 and a standard deviation of 0.58. A user manual was developed for the system.

It aimed to: 1) study the mobile application development process 2) design and develop a cultural tourism mobile application for Narathiwat Province 3) evaluate the efficiency of the mobile application. The research process began with a study of cultural tourism attractions in Narathiwat Province. The design was based on the system development life cycle (SDLC). The front-end tools used were Expo and React Native, which were JavaScript library frameworks. The back-end tools used were Laravel Framework, which was a PHP framework, and MySQLi database. The modules included a member system, a tour package system, a hotel booking system, a car rental system, a route tracking system, a payment system, and a data reporting system. The population and sample groups were obtained by purposive sampling, consisting of 5 experts, 17 tourists, 8 students, and 5 general people, for a total of 35 people. The research tools were then used to calculate the content validity of the questions by three experts. Following that, the research tools were implemented. The results of the evaluation of user satisfaction with the efficiency of the mobile application by five experts showed that the overall mean was at a high level (x̅ = 4.35, S.D. = .51). Similarly, the results of the evaluation of user satisfaction with the efficiency of the mobile application revealed that the overall mean was at a high level of satisfaction (x̅ = 4.3, S.D. = .58

In addition, there are other public transportations problems e.g., wasting of time waiting for the bus due to the unknown its location and uncertain of arrival time. Based on this issue, the researchers proposing solutions to the problems by developing an intelligent bus management system based on NB-IoT. The objectives of this research aim to study, research, design, and develop a smart bus management system using NB-IoT, and to examine its efficiency by researching related works and comparisons, analyze the development of smart bus management system. Researchers have discovered a synthetic smart bus management system and have developed the system based on NB-IoT which consist of 8 subsystems: 1) Smart Tracking System 2) Smart Gate Attendance 3) Smart Camera System 4) Smart Alert System 5) Smart Time Estimation 6) Smart Suggestions 7) Smart Accident Center and 8) Smart Report. These systems will run through an application on the user's mobile phone. This smart bus management system performance was assessed using NB-IoT. The evaluation found that the overall system performance was at a high level of efficiency. Therefore, it can be concluded that the developed prototype system can be applied in actual use.

Therefore, this research aims to study smart bus management system architecture (SBMSA) using mesh app and service architecture (MASA), to synthesize SBMSA using MASA, and to evaluate the suitability of SBMSA by studying and analyzing related research on smart bus management system (SBMS) models. The researcher discovers a synthesized model of SBMSA using MASA which consists of 3 modules: IoT stack, GPS tracking system, and smart bus management system. Module 1 IoT stack consists of 5 subsystems: sensors devices and actuators, IoT gateway, communications network, cloud data management, and mesh app. Module 2 GPS tracking system to receive signals via satellite to specify bus location and route in real-time. Module 3 SBMS consists of 8 subsystems: smart tracking, smart gate attendance, smart camera, smart alert, smart estimate time of arrival, smart suggestions, smart accident center, and smart report. The suitability evaluation of SBMSA using MASA was at the highest level. The findings of this research will lead to the development of SBMS and help to solve problems of public transportation in the future.
