Peran lembaga penjamin mutu sebagai promotor jaminan kualitas memberikan dampak positif terhadap efektivitas peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis upaya-upaya peningkatan kualitas pendidikan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis konten. Upaya peningkatan kualitas perguruan tinggi dilakukan dengan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) dan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Eksternal (SPME) yang dilakukan oleh Lembaga Penjamin Mutu. Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu bertujuan untuk peningkatan, inovasi, komunikasi, motivasi dan pengawasan atau kontrol. Penerapan manajemen mutu dilakukan dengan pendekatan Total Quality Managemen. Pendekatan TQM mengintegrasikan input, proses dan keluaran. TQM mengembangkan ukuran kinerja atau kualitas institusi seperti peringkat universitas, kepuasan mahasiswa, dan pekerjaan lulusan.

In this paper, three working fluids of deionized water, anhydrous ethanol and FC-72 were used to ... more In this paper, three working fluids of deionized water, anhydrous ethanol and FC-72 were used to study the transient variation of liquid film thickness on the bubble's periphery for the flow boiling in microchannels. The experiments showed that the liquid film declined rapidly under the coupled action of evaporation and shear force of vapor flow until it was dried out. A transition point existed on the curvature of liquid film thickness, and the liquid film thickness at the transition point (initial liquid film thickness) could be predicted by the Taylor flow, which was similar to the liquid film on the bubble's periphery in the adiabatic two-phase flow. Comparisons of the three working fluids showed that the reduction speed of the liquid film thickness depended on many thermophysical properties, including surface tension, liquid viscosity and latent heat. The heat flux also had evident influences on the liquid film behavior. An empirical model was proposed by considering evaporation of the liquid film and shear action on the vapor-liquid interface. The present correlation predicts the transient variation of film thickness within ±15% error and is applicable for all working fluids.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis problematika guru dalam mengimplementasikan K-13 melalui pendekatan saintifik dan penilaian autentik pada pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dan untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian yang baik serta menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bagian kurikulum dan guru PAI. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi dan triangulasi. This article aimed to describe the online learning phenomenon from the perspective of learning fa... more This article aimed to describe the online learning phenomenon from the perspective of learning facilities, curriculum, and students’ characters in schools and the correlation among those three variables. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The research subject was the fifth-grade class of an elementary school in Palembang, which consisted of 19 students’ parents, 8 teachers, and 47 students. The findings showed that almost half of the total number of students experienced limitations in online learning facilities, most elementary school teachers could not develop curriculum and online learning models, and the online learning phenomenon triggered a decline in the students’ characters.

This research is entitled "Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum: (PAI learning in SMA Negeri 1 T... more This research is entitled "Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum: (PAI learning in SMA Negeri 1 Tungkal Jaya)". This study was written to determine the learning process of PAI in SMA Negeri 1 Tungkal Jaya in the application of the 2013 curriculum. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach that was evaluative. In this research, theoretical and empirical studies are conducted, both studies are very important and necessary, both of which bridge the realization of the research. This research takes a case study in SMA Negeri 1 Tungkal Jaya with data collection tools: interviews, observations and documentation with phenomenological analysis with the stages of reduction, display and verification, through technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study suggest that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in PAI learning at SMA Negeri 1 Tungkal Jaya goes through several stages, namely: First: Planning stages, where teacher make PAI lesson plan that include annual programs, semester programs, syllabus and lesson plan (RPP) which includes KI-KD, subject matter, the time allocation. Second: Stages of the implementation of learning. Learning carried out by PAI teachers emphasizes practice more than just theory, because the approach used is the 2013 curriculum scientific approach. Third: Stages of evaluation and evaluation, the assessment carried out is the assessment of spiritual attitudes, social attitudes, knowledge and skills.

Second What is the skill of storytelling of students in the experimental class using hand puppet media. This research is a quantitative study, the data collection techniques in this study used the method of test observation and documentation, to analyze the data using the TSR test. The data of this study were collected from the number of students of class III Ibtidaiyah Indralaya Madrasah taken as much as 20% of the total number of santri namely as many as 132 students and obtained 50 respondents, starting from class III A and class III C Based on the results obtained from the field and calculations using the TSR Test, it can be concluded that: firstly the control skills of the students in the control class in the high categorized learning process were 3 santri (18.52%.) And the moderate categorized values were 8 santri (59.26%) As for the low categorized values as many as 16 santri (22.22%) as for the two experimental students' storytelling skills in the learning process it was categorized as high as 5 santri (21.7%) and medium ones as many as 14 santri (60.8%) and categorized low as many as 4 santri (17.39%),. To find out how the difference is using the rXY formula. from the results of the XY count, it proves that the results of r count are greater than r table both at the significant level of 5% and 1% (20.1 <4.69> 2.68). Through need analaysis, any some positive response and perception from the alumni of magister regarding the plan to open the study program in PhD degree. Most alumni consider it very urgent to open the Islamic studies program. Some of the weaknesses and challenges faced by graduate program can be overcome given the factors of experience and adequate carrying capacity. Some aspects related to input, process, facilities, and resources owned by this program need to be improved in terms of existence and academic services. This study was written to determine the learning process of PAI in SMA Negeri 1 Tungkal Jaya in the application of the 2013 curriculum. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach that was evaluative. In this research, theoretical and empirical studies are conducted, both studies are very important and necessary, both of which bridge the realization of the research. This research takes a case study in SMA Negeri 1 Tungkal Jaya with data collection tools: interviews, observations and documentation with phenomenological analysis with the stages of reduction, display and verification, through technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study suggest that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in PAI learning at SMA Negeri 1 Tungkal Jaya goes through several stages, namely: First: Planning stages, where teacher make PAI lesson plan that include annual programs, semester programs, syllabus and lesson plan (RPP) which includes KI-KD, subject matter, the time allocation. Second: Stages of the implementation of learning. Learning carried out by PAI teachers emphasizes practice more than just theory, because the approach used is the 2013 curriculum scientific approach. Third: Stages of evaluation and evaluation, the assessment carried out is the assessment of spiritual attitudes, social attitudes, knowledge and skills.

What is seen from the first problem What is the skill of storytelling of the control class santri that does not use puppet media. Second What is the skill of storytelling of students in the experimental class using hand puppet media. This research is a quantitative study, the data collection techniques in this study used the method of test observation and documentation, to analyze the data using the TSR test. The data of this study were collected from the number of students of class III Ibtidaiyah Indralaya Madrasah taken as much as 20% of the total number of santri namely as many as 132 students and obtained 50 respondents, starting from class III A and class III C Based on the results obtained from the field and calculations using the TSR Test, it can be concluded that: firstly the control skills of the students in the control class in the high categorized learning process were 3 santri (18.52%.) And the moderate categorized values were 8 santri (59.26%) As for the low categorized values as many as 16 santri (22.22%) as for the two experimental students' storytelling skills in the learning process it was categorized as high as 5 santri (21.7%) and medium ones as many as 14 santri (60.8%) and categorized low as many as 4 santri (17.39%),. To find out how the difference is using the rXY formula. from the results of the XY count, it proves that the results of r count are greater than r table both at the significant level of 5% and 1% (20.1 <4.69> 2.68).
