It is inefficient and requires a lot of upkeep. The food supply chain has numerous actors, making it difficult for consumers to safeguard their rights when purchasing food with quality issues. Due to the numerous organizations involved in the food supply chain, food safety monitoring and traceability have become challenging. The supply chain’s major organizations have control and administrative authority over the data under the current food traceability system, which is overly centralized for traceability information. The safety and dependability of food may be ensured by using the food traceability system to track food information. We can witness a series of detailed insights into food from the manufacturing source to the consumption terminal. A blockchain-based food tracking system is created as a solution to these issues. On the Ether...

However, despite of these properties, there are problems with the synthetic excipients such as the possibility of causing toxicity, inflammation, autoimmune responses, lack of intrinsic bioactivity and biocompatibility, expensive procedures for synthesis, and water solubility. However, starch as an excipient can overcome all these problems in one go. It is inexpensive, there is no toxicity or immune response, and it is biocompatible in nature. It is very less used as an excipient because of its high digestibility and swelling index, high glycemic index, paste clarity, film-forming property, crystalline properties, etc. All these properties of starch ...

This crop has a narrow genetic base due to the formation of gene pool barriers during interspecific hybridization within and across species. Mutagenesis may be seen as a novel and alternative breeding technique for the production of new diversity. For the identification of new alleles, the creation of mutants followed by selection in subsequent generations would be necessary. Induction of mutation in lentil cv. Moitree by gamma rays therefore produced high variation for the majority of quantitative measures examined. Henceforth, principal component analysis (PCA) and path coefficient analysis were conducted to identify and exclude redundant mutant genotypes with similar traits as the success of breeding is dependent on understanding the relationship between morpho-agronomic traits and seed yield. As shown by the findings of this research, the total quantity of pods per mutant plant should be given considerable priority. The identified mutant genotypes, such as lines 24, 43, 28, 33, and 10, may be used as parents in future breeding or released directly following trials.

Zn... more ZnO nanoparticles were hybridized with carbon dots (Cdots) and the hybrids were characterized. ZnO(100) and ZnO(20) with particle sizes of 94 and 20 nm, respectively, were synthesized by calcination and polyol solvent methods, respectively. The morphology, size and crystallinity of ZnO nanoparticles were not varied by the addition of Cdots. The spectroscopic results indicated the successful attachment of Cdots to ZnO nanoparticles. The specific surface area of ZnO(20) was larger than ZnO(100) and increased with the hybridization of Cdots. When the amount of ethylenediamine against citric acid between raw materials of Cdots was increased, the existence of nitrogen in Cdots became recognized. The band gap increased with decreasing particle size, and the addition of Cdots decreased the band gap of ZnO. Thus, these results suggest that the hybrids of ZnO with Cdots may exert the performance on photocatalysis and photovoltaic electrochemistry.
