The objective is a picture of patient satisfaction with the standards for providing outpatient medical record services at the Batara Guru Belopa Luwu Regional General Hospital, South Sulawesi. Method, descriptive with a quantitative approach, the sample technique used is Simple Random Sampling with a sample size in this study of 200 respondents, data collection was carried out with a questionnaire. Hypertension is a condition caused by disruption in the bloodstream which can make it more diffic... more Hypertension is a condition caused by disruption in the bloodstream which can make it more difficult for oxygen and food substances (nutrients) from the blood to be delivered to the tissues in need. Hypertension is also known as a silent disease, which can lead to more dangerous and life-threatening complications. As a chronic condition, hypertension requires proper treatment not only pharmacologically but non-pharmacologically. One alternative in improving the circulatory system in the body is brisk walking exercise. The aim of this literature review was to find out the effect of brisk walking on blood pressure in hypertension patients. 10 articles were included, which were found from searching through three databases, namely Google Scholar, PubMed and Science Direct, for experimental studies published from 2017 to 2020. To fully understand and mitigate potential risks, the effects of such interactions between component failures and human errors (in addition to their independent effects) need to be considered early. Specifically, to facilitate risk-based design, severity of such failures need to be quantified early in the design process to determine overall risk and prioritize the most important hazards. However, existing risk assessment methods either quantify the risk of component failures or human errors in isolation or are only applicable during later design stages. Berdasarkan survei dalam pelaksanaan peminjaman berkas rekam medis di RSUD Haji Makassar penggunaan tracer, buku catatan belum maksimal penggunaannya dalam pengembalian berkas rekam medis rawat jalan sering tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan yaitu maksimal 1 jam sebelum jam kerja berakhir. The information is about service achievement targets, managerial strategic planning, efficiency and effectiveness of health services.This study aims to obtain information service data that will be utilized by a Management Information System (MIS) which includes computerization needs, information personnel, usage of computers and information system support. The research design is a descriptive survey which was conducted from July to August 2019 and data collection was performed by using questionnaires, observation and document review. Data collection with obesrvation using data analysis methods work load analysis. Based on the results of the effective working hours at RSIA Bahagia Makassar is 5.25 hours / day (18900 seconds) has been in accordance with the standard working hours of 5.25 hours / day (18900 seconds) and the completion time of all work in the iling section has been appropriate only only in the iling section there are no permanent personnel who handle the process in iling is still implemented by medical record personnel who also concurrently duty at the place of registration of patients. So the workforce in iling requires 1 person permanent personnel. The hospital should pay attention to the workforce and need to create the organizational structure of the medical record unit. With the organizational structure in the medical record unit it can clarify the responsibility, position, job description, thus it will form a permanent employee in the iling to maintain a workload within a certain time.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor pemberian imunisasi dasar lengkap antara pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tentang imunisasi. Penelitian Puskesmas Tamalate Makassar. This study aimed to analyze the completeness of medical records and the legal aspect of the use of medical records in health services. This research was carried out at Hajj General Hospital of Makassar. The study was conducted retrospectively with a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observation of medical record files and document review, as well as with a quantitative approach, from October to December 2020. 258 medical record files were reviewed, and informants included five implementing medical personnel and 10 implementing nurses, who were interviewed to examine opinions about the completeness and legality of ownership of medical record files.
