The household-level food production strategy which is as old as human civilization and plant dome... more The household-level food production strategy which is as old as human civilization and plant domestication itself, now in the modern world we called it Kitchen garden, which shows the crucial importance to a large proportion of the population in the recent world history, which gives the promising future in the struggle against world hunger and malnutrition. Food production in and around the household is the most ancient form of cultivation. Despite mounting evidence that backyard gardens yield surprisingly significant nutritional and economic benefits to gardening households and societies, they have been ignored as a legitimate area of research. Understanding the present state of the art of garden research may be a key to elevating the household gardening food strategy to its rightful place in the study and improvement of agricultural system. In the present time only the developed countries of the world realize the important of Kitchen Garden with organic farming, which is good example for the developing and underdeveloped countries of the world. In Sikkim besides the geographical structure of the state, Sikkim able to developed the practice of Kitchen Garden with organic farming. While the economic development and growth of the country or state is depends on three basic sectors called Primary, secondary and tertiary sector, where the contribution of primary sector is maximum in developing and under-developed country. But still these types of country face a problem like food deficit. The occurrence of unnatural phenomenon of food deficit in the developing and under developed countries where the maximum number of rural people are directly depends on primary sector for their livelihood is a big Question mark in human world. The practice of micro and the macro Kitchen Garden is able to solve the problem of food deficit and also provide the source of income through sustainable development.

The decision to migrate, to chose distance and destination is mainly depend upon individuals migrant themselves. Though, very less will decided together by either family members or by the groups of migrants. In India after the post independence the Rural-Urban migration got momentum due to wide differ in economy, rapidly growth in transport & communication, education, over pressure on agriculture land, desire of urban life etc. (Gosal 1975). The traditional and orthodox society of rural area especially in India the illiterate people argued that women are the one who is totally responsible for this kind of disturbance. But in the present world the desire of parenthood forced the many more families who are not able to construct the child by biological means to invest in modern technological innovation to search alternatives for mention propose. In modern term Infertility has social impact, particularly for women, who, without children, are often highly marginalized. The past few decades witnessed massive revolution in technological sector like, I.T, BPO and Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) in health sector. The massive investment in health sector reflects the growth of Medical Tourism in India which is drawing attention of the world towards it. The result of these development India witnesses massive increase in flow of foreign tourist and NRIs for the purpose of availing various healthcare facilities especially in the case of surrogacy. In the context of surrogacy India appear as an important destination for the outsiders due to its cheap rates and legal relaxation. Many parents who want child come down to India with great dreams and hope for attaining the joy of parenthood through Assisted Reproductive Technology or the artificial method to obtain child called surrogacy. While in this paper researcher try to find out the economic importance of surrogacy and analyse the overall view in mention topic in India.
