Kepuasan pengguna merupakan salah satu aspek untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi. Sistem informas... more Kepuasan pengguna merupakan salah satu aspek untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi. Sistem informasi dikatakan baik, jika pengguna merasa puas terhadap sistem informasi yang diterapkan dalam suatu organisasi. End User Computing Satisfaction dan Delone and McLean Model of Information Systems, keduanya merupakan model evaluasi sistem informasi untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna terhadap kinerja Portal UAA (konten, akurasi, format, kemudahan penggunaan, ketepatan waktu, kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem dan kualitas layanan). Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini juga memodelkan kepuasan pengguna baru dengan memodifikasi End User Computing Satisfaction dan Delone and McLean Model of Information Systems. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data adalah analisis regresi berganda. Analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen.

Metode pengabdian yaitu dengan cara penyuluhan menggunakan ceramah dan Leaflet tentang penanganan pertama pada luka Bakar (Combustio). Peserta dalam kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah ibu-ibu dharma wanita Untirta yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Januari 2022. Materi edukasi yang diberikan yaitu pengertian luka bakar, jenis luka bakar, penatalaksanaan dan pencegahan luka bakar. Kemudian, tim pengabdian dari Prodi D3 Keperawatan FK Untirta melakukan edukasi terkait penangan luka bakar kepada para anggota dharma wanita Untirta. Luka bakar adalah hal yang sering terjadi dalam rumah tangga maupun kejadian besar diluar rumah. The non-uniform rational B-spline is a mathematical model commonly used in computer-aided design ... more The non-uniform rational B-spline is a mathematical model commonly used in computer-aided design and manufacturing. For a non-uniform rational B-spline surface, when a single weight approaches infinity, the surface tends to the corresponding control point. A natural question is that what happens if all of the weights approach infinity. In this article, we define the regular control surface, which is a kind of control structure of non-uniform rational B-spline surface, and prove that it is exactly the limiting position of the non-uniform rational B-spline surface when all of weights, multiplied by a certain one-parametric function with different values for each control point, go to infinity. It develops the geometric meaning of weights of non-uniform rational B-spline surface. Moreover, some examples are presented to show the application for the surface deformation by this property.

Latar Belakang :Kecemasan adalah satu perasaan subjektif yang dialam seseorang terutama oleh adanya pengalaman baru, termasuk pada pasien yang akan mengalami tindakan invasif seperti pembedahan. Kecemasan dapat dikurangi dengan tindakan fokus pada komunikasi efektif dokter-pasien bagi pasien dan keluarganya sebelum dilaksanakan tindakan operasi. Tujuan : untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi efektif dokter-pasien dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien preoperasi di Paviliun Dahlia Dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso. Metodologi Penelitian : jenis penelitian observational analitik dengan desain cross sectional, yang dilaksanakan di Paviliun Dahlia RSU dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso mulai tanggal 2 januari 2012 sampai dengan 31 januari 2012. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner tentang komunikasi efektif dokter-pasien, observasi dan wawancara untuk mengisi check list pada skala HARS sebagai alat ukur tingkat kecemasan pasien, sedangkan untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel digunakan uji Spearman. Hasil : Penelitian menghasilkan nilai approx sig pada spearman correlation = 0,000 lebih kecil dari p (0,05) yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara tingkat komunikasi dokter-pasien dan tingkat kecemasan. Kesimpulan : Komunikasi efektif dokter-pasien merupakan tindakan yang sangat penting, dimana semakin baik tingkat komunikasi dokter maka semakin menurun tingkat kecemasan pasien. This study used a qualitative approach, with descriptive-qualitative method.This research will be directed descriptive to find out CSR programs conducted by PT GCS, which has a direct impact to the community around the company. Then the survey was also carried out to communities around the company to see what the community regarding CSR PT GCS program, which includes welfare and community satisfaction, community participation in CSR programs, as well as the image of the company according to the community. Lethal infections are associated with cellular dysfunction as evidenced by a decrease in the rest... more Lethal infections are associated with cellular dysfunction as evidenced by a decrease in the resting transmembrane potential difference (Em) of skeletal muscle fibers. Endotoxin stimulation of macrophages evokes production of cachectin, a protein that has been implicated as a mediator of the lethal effects of endotoxemia. In the present study, rat skeletal muscle fiber Em decreased when incubated with recombinant human cachectin. The reduction of Em induced by cachectin occurred in a dose-related fashion and was inhibited by mAb against the monokine. Infusion of cachectin induced a decline of skeletal muscle Em in vivo, and suggests that cachectin may acutely mediate alterations of skeletal muscle membrane function after infection.
