Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires. In this study the determination of the sample was carried out using the probability sampling method with a stratified random sampling procedure, which means taking a sample with regard to strata or levels in the population of Kediri Community Health Center employees as many as 46 people. Data analysis technique that will be used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. This study aims to determine the quality of public services at the Department of Population and C... more This study aims to determine the quality of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Dompu Regency. The variable in this study is the single variable of Public Service Quality. The population of this study were residents of Dompu Regency aged 17 years and over who received services at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Dompu Regency. The sample was determined by the Incidental Sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents who provided services at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Dompu Regency. Data were analyzed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the quality of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Dompu Regency is 70% higher than the average ideal value (accepted), in other words Ho, namely the quality of public services at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Dompu Regency is lower 70 % (rejected). (2) To determine the significance of the effect of non-financial compensation for work motivation. (3) To determine the significance of financial compensation effect on job satisfaction. (4) To determine the significance of non-financial compensation effect on job satisfaction. (5) To determine the significance of the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction. This type of research used in this research is associative or causal (causal). Data collection method used in this research is census method on 128 Employee Dikpora East Lombok. Data collection tool using a questionnaire and analyzed using path analysis (path Analysis) with the help of the program Amos 21 for windows. The results showed (1) Compensation Financial has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (2) Compensation Nonfinancial has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. (3) Financial compensation has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Financial compensation has a significant impact on job satisfaction when through work motivation (4) Compensation Nonfinancial have a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction. Compensation Nonfinancial have a significant impact on job satisfaction through work motivation. (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction.

This type of study is associative research. Technique data collection using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Population in this study were all employees as many as 60 employees. Sampling technique using probability sampling. The research variables consisted of 3 (three) variables independent namely compensation (X1), work environment (X2), and job satisfaction (X3) and the dependent variable, namely turnover intention (Y). The data were obtained by distributing 60 questionnaires to the respondents who were at Hotel The Chandi Boutique Resorts & Spa. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara sebanyak 954, sampel diambil dengan menggunakan random sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan 91 kuesioner pada karyawan PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan path analysis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. The subjects in this study were all employees of the Utan Health Center in Sumbawa Regency. This study used a sample of 60 employees, consisting of 15 male employees and 45 female employees. The sampling technique in this study uses Disproportionate stratified random sampling and to test the hypothesis MANOVA analysis tools are used with a significance level of 5%. The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant difference in the work motivation of male employees and female employees at Puskesmas Utan, Kabupaten Sumbawa, where the significance value is 0.002 <0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the job satisfaction variable showed that there was no significant difference between male employees and female employees at the Puskesmas, Kabupaten Sumbawa, where the significance value was 0.138> 0.05.Keywords:Analysis Differences ...
