The aim of this research is to increase the IPA achievement in V grade SDN 05 TaratakBakureh with problem base learning. Problem base learning is the strategy use the reality as the context for the students to be more critic, and have more skill in problem solving. This is action research. The research did in SDN 05 TaratakBakureh, with the subject is the V grade students which are 27 persons. This research did in 2 cycles. Background of this research is how the ability to write short stories grade 10 Semen Padang senio... more Background of this research is how the ability to write short stories grade 10 Semen Padang senior high school students using modeling techniques. The problem posed by the following research question : how the ability to write short stories grade 10 Semen Padang senior high school students in terms of characterizations , events and background on stories . This research aims to determine the ability to write short stories grade 10 Semen Padang senior high school students using modeling techniques. This type of research is descriptive quantitative method. I have chosen research sites in Semen Padang senior high school. Data were collected by using the performance tests in writing short stories. Outcomes studied were rated based formula has been set and the results in total. Analyzed using five levels, namely excellent, good, enough, less, and less so. As for the informants in this study consists of the principal , vice-principal , a part of the curriculum , 3 teachers of Indonesian, and 34 people of all grade 10 Semen Padang senior high school students, through a modeling technique like RPP, observation and interview . Data were tested using student test performance, the data were analyzed with the modeling technique consists of collecting data and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis showed that the ability to write short stories grade 10 Semen Padang high school students by using modeling techniques in terms of characterizations, events, and background are on average 70% in the range of 66-755. The conclusion that can be drawn in this research is that the ability to write short stories grade 10 Semen Padang high school students by using the modeling techniques are more than enough qualifications. From the conclusions obtained, it is suggested that the teacher Indonesian and Indonesian Literature in Semen Padang senior high school to further enhance the students' ability to write a short story with emphasis on providing training.

Ability Reading Comprehension Seventh Grade Students of SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie West Pas... more Ability Reading Comprehension Seventh Grade Students of SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie West Pasaman Regency with Questions Answering. This research is quantitative descriptive method. The study population was all students in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie by the number of students 141 people. Sample this reseach was 30 people on the number of students, is the class VII2, because it represents a sample taken using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is objective test with answer technical questions. Based on the data analysis and discussion described in chapter IV some conclusions can be drawn, namely: (1) reading comprehension class VII student of SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie West Pasaman with the technical of questions answering for the content of reading comprehension indicators classified as More Than Enough (LDC) with a mean of 74.5 rounded to 74 contained in the range of 65-75 %. (2) reading comprehension class VII student of SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie West Pasaman with the technical the questions answering for appropriateness indicator reading the contents classified as Good (B) with a mean of 79.6 rounded to 79 contained in the range of 76-85 %. (3) the ability of reading comprehension class VII student of SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie West Pasaman with the technical of answering questions for both indicators classified as Good (B) with a mean of 77 contained in the range of 76-85 %. Relevant to this, the researchers put forward several suggestions, which are as follows: First, that students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie more reading so that it can increase knowledge. Second, in order to subject teachers Indonesian language and literature at SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie further improve the learning techniques of variation in reading comprehension.

This research is motivated by the learning process has not run as expected. I have not been using... more This research is motivated by the learning process has not run as expected. I have not been using methods appropriate to the material in the learning process, do not provide hands on experience to the students, still use the lecture method. This study aims to improve the reading ability of intensive Indonesian in fourth grade Elementary School District 05 Taratak Bukareh Pauh Duo using DRTA strategy. DRTA strategy is a strategy that focuses on student involvement in predicting and proving predictions when they read the text. This research is a classroom action research. This study is located at SDN 05 Taratak Bukareh, fourth grade students study subjects who were 21 people. The research was conducted in two cycles. The findings showed that the use of strategies to improve literacy DRTA intensive. The improvement can be seen from the average student learning outcomes cycle I was 64. Students who complete 10 people and 11 people who did not complete the learning outcomes of students completeness percentage reaches 64%. On Cycle II reached 72 students who completed 17 people and 4 incomplete. While the percentage of completeness student learning outcomes in second cycle students is 72%. Based on the findings of the above study concluded that, DRTA strategies can improve the ability of intensive reading in the fourth grade at SDN 05 Taratak Bukareh, and can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes. The design of this research is Descriptive Quantitative Research, where the research have to use numbering within collecting the data, analysing the data and the result of the data. The expected result of this research are (1) the students’ are able to determine the fact and opinion in Editorial by using Inquiry technique in qualification more than ‘enough’ (73,55) with a value stretch 66-75%. (2) the students’ are able to determine the fact and opinion by using Inquiry technique in ‘good’ qualification (85-79) with a value stretch 76-85%. Second, students understand and appreciate the difficulty of reading poetry. Third, no teachers using media, such as videos of poetry readings. This study aims to describe the ability to read poetry class VII student of Junior High School Negeri 2 Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok. This research is quantitative and qualitative descriptive method. The study population was all students in class VII Junior High School Negeri 2 Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok., totaling 185 students. The sample was numbered VII B class (30 students). Sampling technique, which aims sample (purposive sample). This research instrument is the use of performance tests conducted by a choice of three poetry titles that have been previously determined . Based on the analysis of data, it can be seen that a qualifying acquisition of the average value of the ability to read poetry class VII B Junior High School Negeri 2 Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok, viewed from the aspect of rhythm is more than enough qualifications to the acquisition value of the average 72 %, judging from aspect of the volume is in good qualification with an average acquisition value of 87 %. Aspect of this volume include the category obtained the highest level of mastery students. An examination of the expression is the value of qualified enough to gain an average of 57 % and kinesik seen from the aspect of the content of the poem is in accordance with the qualifying acquisition is less with an average value of 43 %. Generally located on more than enough qualifications to the acquisition of the average value of 2.075/30 = 69 % with a range ( 66-75 %). Therefore, it is expected to Indonesian language and literature teachers to improve their learning and reading poetry teacher should use instructional media when reading poetry, such as video displays poetry readings , in order to motivate students to read. Students are also expected to continue to practice reading poetry, so the ability to read a poem using rhythm, volume, expression, and kinesik is in perfect qualifications.

Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana peningkatan aktivitas bertanya, mengerjakan tes, dan berani tampil ke depan kelas dalam pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan pendekatan Tematik di Kelas I SDN 15 Sangir Kabupaten Solok Selatan? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas bertanya siswa, mengerjakan tes, dan berani tampil ke depan kelas dalam pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan model pendekatan Tematik di kelas I SDN 15 Sangir Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan secara partisipan, penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I yang berjumlah 11 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi proses belajar siswa, lembar observasi aktivitas guru, hasil tes siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis lembar observasi aktivitas siswa diperoleh rata-rata persentase pada siklus I untuk indikator siswa dalam bertanya mencapai 22,65%, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 72,7%. Sedangkan indikator siswa dalam mengerjakan tes pada siklus I mencapai 40,8% meningkat menjadi 77,2% pada siklus II. Indikator siswa berani ke depan kelas pada siklus I mencapai 36,3% meningkat menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan pendekatan Tematik dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini, penulis menyarankan agar guru dapat menggunakan pendekatan tematik untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Aktivitas, IPS, Pendekatan Tematik

The problem posed by the following research question : how the ability to write short stories grade 10 Semen Padang senior high school students in terms of characterizations , events and background on stories . This research aims to determine the ability to write short stories grade 10 Semen Padang senior high school students using modeling techniques. This type of research is descriptive quantitative method. I have chosen research sites in Semen Padang senior high school. Data were collected by using the performance tests in writing short stories. Outcomes studied were rated based formula has been set and the results in total. Analyzed using five levels, namely excellent, good, enough, less, and less so. As for the informants in this study consists of the principal , vice-principal , a part of the curriculum , 3 teachers of Indonesian, and 34 people of all grade 10 Semen Padang senior high school students, through a modeling technique like RPP, observation and interview . Data were tested using student test performance, the data were analyzed with the modeling technique consists of collecting data and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis showed that the ability to write short stories grade 10 Semen Padang high school students by using modeling techniques in terms of characterizations, events, and background are on average 70% in the range of 66-755. The conclusion that can be drawn in this research is that the ability to write short stories grade 10 Semen Padang high school students by using the modeling techniques are more than enough qualifications. From the conclusions obtained, it is suggested that the teacher Indonesian and Indonesian Literature in Semen Padang senior high school to further enhance the students' ability to write a short story with emphasis on providing training.

This research is quantitative descriptive method. The study population was all students in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie by the number of students 141 people. Sample this reseach was 30 people on the number of students, is the class VII2, because it represents a sample taken using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is objective test with answer technical questions. Based on the data analysis and discussion described in chapter IV some conclusions can be drawn, namely: (1) reading comprehension class VII student of SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie West Pasaman with the technical of questions answering for the content of reading comprehension indicators classified as More Than Enough (LDC) with a mean of 74.5 rounded to 74 contained in the range of 65-75 %. (2) reading comprehension class VII student of SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie West Pasaman with the technical the questions answering for appropriateness indicator reading the contents classified as Good (B) with a mean of 79.6 rounded to 79 contained in the range of 76-85 %. (3) the ability of reading comprehension class VII student of SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie West Pasaman with the technical of answering questions for both indicators classified as Good (B) with a mean of 77 contained in the range of 76-85 %. Relevant to this, the researchers put forward several suggestions, which are as follows: First, that students of class VII SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie more reading so that it can increase knowledge. Second, in order to subject teachers Indonesian language and literature at SMP Negeri 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisie further improve the learning techniques of variation in reading comprehension.

I have not been using methods appropriate to the material in the learning process, do not provide hands on experience to the students, still use the lecture method. This study aims to improve the reading ability of intensive Indonesian in fourth grade Elementary School District 05 Taratak Bukareh Pauh Duo using DRTA strategy. DRTA strategy is a strategy that focuses on student involvement in predicting and proving predictions when they read the text. This research is a classroom action research. This study is located at SDN 05 Taratak Bukareh, fourth grade students study subjects who were 21 people. The research was conducted in two cycles. The findings showed that the use of strategies to improve literacy DRTA intensive. The improvement can be seen from the average student learning outcomes cycle I was 64. Students who complete 10 people and 11 people who did not complete the learning outcomes of students completeness percentage reaches 64%. On Cycle II reached 72 students who completed 17 people and 4 incomplete. While the percentage of completeness student learning outcomes in second cycle students is 72%. Based on the findings of the above study concluded that, DRTA strategies can improve the ability of intensive reading in the fourth grade at SDN 05 Taratak Bukareh, and can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes. Second, students understand and appreciate the difficulty of reading poetry. Third, no teachers using media, such as videos of poetry readings. This study aims to describe the ability to read poetry class VII student of Junior High School Negeri 2 Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok. This research is quantitative and qualitative descriptive method. The study population was all students in class VII Junior High School Negeri 2 Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok., totaling 185 students. The sample was numbered VII B class (30 students). Sampling technique, which aims sample (purposive sample). This research instrument is the use of performance tests conducted by a choice of three poetry titles that have been previously determined . Based on the analysis of data, it can be seen that a qualifying acquisition of the average value of the ability to read poetry class VII B Junior High School Negeri 2 Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok, viewed from the aspect of rhythm is more than enough qualifications to the acquisition value of the average 72 %, judging from aspect of the volume is in good qualification with an average acquisition value of 87 %. Aspect of this volume include the category obtained the highest level of mastery students. An examination of the expression is the value of qualified enough to gain an average of 57 % and kinesik seen from the aspect of the content of the poem is in accordance with the qualifying acquisition is less with an average value of 43 %. Generally located on more than enough qualifications to the acquisition of the average value of 2.075/30 = 69 % with a range ( 66-75 %). Therefore, it is expected to Indonesian language and literature teachers to improve their learning and reading poetry teacher should use instructional media when reading poetry, such as video displays poetry readings , in order to motivate students to read. Students are also expected to continue to practice reading poetry, so the ability to read a poem using rhythm, volume, expression, and kinesik is in perfect qualifications.

Rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana peningkatan aktivitas bertanya, mengerjakan tes, dan berani tampil ke depan kelas dalam pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan pendekatan Tematik di Kelas I SDN 15 Sangir Kabupaten Solok Selatan? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan aktivitas bertanya siswa, mengerjakan tes, dan berani tampil ke depan kelas dalam pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan model pendekatan Tematik di kelas I SDN 15 Sangir Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan secara partisipan, penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas I yang berjumlah 11 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi proses belajar siswa, lembar observasi aktivitas guru, hasil tes siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis lembar observasi aktivitas siswa diperoleh rata-rata persentase pada siklus I untuk indikator siswa dalam bertanya mencapai 22,65%, pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 72,7%. Sedangkan indikator siswa dalam mengerjakan tes pada siklus I mencapai 40,8% meningkat menjadi 77,2% pada siklus II. Indikator siswa berani ke depan kelas pada siklus I mencapai 36,3% meningkat menjadi 100% pada siklus II. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan pendekatan Tematik dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa. Dari hasil penelitian ini, penulis menyarankan agar guru dapat menggunakan pendekatan tematik untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa. Kata Kunci: Aktivitas, IPS, Pendekatan Tematik
