PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, a unit of Borong Raya. The type of research carried out in this research is quantitative. The source of data conducted by this study is primary data. The population in this study was all Simpedes customers at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). Tbk, Borong Raya Unit. Data collection is carried out by Purposive Sampling. The questionnaires were distributed as many as 100. The data analysis method used in this study is to use factor analysis techniques with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 22. The results of this study show that the factors that influence the decision of customers to choose savings simpedes at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). Tbk, Borong Raya Unit is a social factor, widespread network, bank image, sudden needs backup and lottery program. Therefore, the dominant factor that affects customers to have simpedess savings at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, i.e. social factors.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 67 karyawan yang telah mengikuti pelatihan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square).

Penelitian ini di lakukan di PT Anugerah Fitrah Hidayah yang berada di Kota Makassar dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 45 responden. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai metode pengumpulan data dan menggunakan persamaan struktural yang penyelesaiannya dilakukan dengan bantuan progam SmartPLS sebagai teknik analisis kuantitatif. Pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan menyatakan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai 72,179051 dan signifikan pada α = 0.05, Nilai t statistik tersebut berada diatas nilai kritis 1.96, dengan demikian H0 diterima. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa iklim organisasi sangat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Anugerah Fitrah Hidayah. Iklim organisasi yang mendapatkan perhatian dengan baik akan memberikan pengaruh pada kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumer decisions to use... more This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality on consumer decisions to use Maxim online transportation services in Makassar. The data collection technique was done by interview and questionnaire. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. This research uses incidental sampling method with a sample size of 84 respondents. The results showed that based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variable price (X1) and service quality (X2) had a positive influence on consumer decisions. From the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient (R) test, the R value is 0.828, indicating a very strong correlation. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.686. This means that the consumer's decision to use Maxim online transportation services is influenced by the price and service quality of 68.6%. Based on the results of the t test, it shows that the variable price (X1) and service quality (X2) have a significant effect on consumer decisions to use Maxim online transportation services in Makassar. The F test shows that the variable price and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer decisions to use Maxim online transportation services in Makassar. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh total quality management terhadap kinerja pegawai... more Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh total quality management terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan proporsional sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel yang dihitung berdasarkan perbandingan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap dengan jabatan terstruktur sebanyak 42 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu model struktural dengan metode partial least squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penerapan total quality management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Begitupun juga kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji mediasi kepuasan kerja juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara total quality manajemen terhadap kinerja.

Penelitian ini di kantor Satuan Atap Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT) Kabupaten Sidrap Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 42 responden. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk menjelaskan motivasi yang diberikan instansi kepada pegawai untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja dan penelitian ini menggunakan Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan menggunakan persamaan struktural yang penyelesaiannya dilakukan dengan bantuan progam SmartPLS sebagai teknik analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas kerja. Nilai 45,883855 dan signifikan pada α = 0.05, Nilai tstatistik tersebut berada diatas nilai kritis 1.96, dengan demikian H0 diterima. This research used is explanatory research and by using a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study was 35 people. The questionnaire is used as a method of data collection and uses structural equations which are resolved with the help of the Smart PLS program. The effect of discipline on employee performance states that discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The value of 12.781 and significant at α = 0.05, the t statistical value is above the critical value of 1.96, thus Ho is accepted. Discipline that gets good attention will have an impact on employee performance.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei menggunakan skala Likert dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner yang dibuat dalam bentuk google form. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling yaitu mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah kompetensi semester VI program studi manajemen yang berjumlah 75 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran daring dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa.

This study aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional in... more This study aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on morale, and the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and passion of work on employee performance, as well as the effect of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence, Spiritual intelligence on employee performance. Employee performance through and employee morale. The research was carried out in all work units at the 140 Islamic Private lecturers in the scope of LLDIKTI-IX. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model by AMOS. The study results found that Islamic leadership positively and significantly affected morale, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence, increasing employee morale. Employee performance improves with high Islamic leadership and increased confidence. Emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The position of morale in the research model is not to be a mediating variable (intervening) in explaining the influence of Islamic leadership on employee performance. The role of morale in the research model is a perfect mediation variable (complete mediation) in explaining the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. To improve employee performance, emotional intelligence cannot do it directly.

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah Simpedes pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero). Tbk, Unit Borong Raya. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara Purposive Sampling. The data collection technique was done by interview and questionnaire. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. This research uses incidental sampling method with a sample size of 84 respondents. The results showed that based on multiple linear regression analysis showed that the variable price (X1) and service quality (X2) had a positive influence on consumer decisions. From the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient (R) test, the R value is 0.828, indicating a very strong correlation. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.686. This means that the consumer's decision to use Maxim online transportation services is influenced by the price and service quality of 68.6%. The sample used in this study amounted to 62 respondents, by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed work motivation and positive and significant job satisfaction on employee performance. This makes the work motivation the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees.

This study aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional in... more This study aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on morale, and the influence of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and passion of work on employee performance, as well as the effect of Islamic leadership, emotional intelligence, Spiritual intelligence on employee performance. Employee performance through and employee morale. The research was carried out in all work units at the 140 Islamic Private lecturers in the scope of LLDIKTI-IX. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model by AMOS. The study results found that Islamic leadership positively and significantly affected morale, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence, increasing employee morale. Employee performance improves with high Islamic leadership and increased confidence. Emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence have a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The position of morale in the research model is not to be a mediating variable (intervening) in explaining the influence of Islamic leadership on employee performance. The role of morale in the research model is a perfect mediation variable (complete mediation) in explaining the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. To improve employee performance, emotional intelligence cannot do it directly.
