Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) faktor yang mendasari munculnya modal sosial di... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) faktor yang mendasari munculnya modal sosial di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta, (2) unsur-unsur modal sosial yang terdapat di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta, (3) peran kepala sekolah dalam memanfaatkan modal sosial bagi perbaikan kualitas sekolah di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, siswa. Pemilihan subjek penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive dan snowball sampling. Pengumpulan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen utama penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri. Keabsahan data menggunakan teknik tringulasi, analisis data menggunakan skema model interaktif dengan langkah: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. This thesis aims to describe external factors that influence teenagers to misapply tramadol medic... more This thesis aims to describe external factors that influence teenagers to misapply tramadol medicine in aur cino village VII koto subdistrict tebo regency. From the problem that is researched there are 10 teenagers misapply tramadol. Tramadol is a kind of medicine has indication to cure critical agonies and heavy chronic. Research method that is used in arranging this thesis is a method that uses approach qualitative research and type that is used is descriptive. Whereas research informant selection uses snowball sampling technique. Theory that is used in this research is Differensial Association theory according to Edwin H Shuterlad. The result shows that external factors that influence teenagers misapply tramadol in aur cino village VII koto subdistrict tebo regency can be grouped as follows: (1) factors that come from family environment. (2) factors that come from environment. (3) factors that come from no rules about selling medicine and alcohol drinking in society.

Therefore, the role of principal in utilizing social capital for school quality improvement is needed. thereby interested researchers to know the elements of social capital in schools that have utilized social capital and how the leadership role of the principal in improving the quality of school. This research is qualitative research and located in SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. These Research subjects are school Principal, teachers and students. Data collection uses observation techniques, interviews and documentation. data validity uses triangulation technique, data analysis uses interactive model scheme with some steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, then ended by conclusion. The research findings show that (1) Elements of nonexisting social capital consists of: a) trust: b) relationships: c) Values and norms, (3) School principal roles in improving school quality are found in school culture aspects, and they are: a) physical culture: maintaining, repairing and supplementing school buildings: b) religious culture: guiding spiritual attitude through mandatory prayer in congregation: c) achievement culture including teachers and students who have participated in the Olympics and conducting supervise activities.
