Education should be planned with approaches, methods and techniques that will attract the attention of children and proper materials should be used accordingly for multifaceted development of children. Language is defined as an abstract concept by the researchers. Materializing an abstract concept with games and toys is an issue that needs to be discussed. In this study, the aim is to determine and evaluate the opinions and recommendations of Turkish teachers regarding the use of games and toys in Turkish courses as educational materials. For this purpose, a total of 17 Turkish teachers including 10 women and 7 men working in the City of Erzurum were selected as the sample group by using typical case sampling method. In the study, teachers' opinions were identified by descriptive research method on the basis of a qualitative approach. A semi-structured interview form was used to determine the opinions of teachers. The interview form consists of three sections as description, demographics and interview questions (8 questions). 20-minute interviews were conducted with teachers and these interviews were recorded and the data obtained were subjected to the content analyses by expert researchers in the field of Turkish language. Categories were created by comparing the results and results are presented in tables. According to the results of the study, it is determined that the use of games and toys as educational materials in Turkish course is limited to the area of learning grammar only; and they cannot be used a lot especially in the areas such as reading, writing and visual reading among reading, listening, writing, speaking and visual reading areas. Some recommendations are proposed in accordance with these results.

İslamiyet sonrası ilk Türk eserlerinden olan Kutadgu Bilig, Türk kültürü için bir ebedilik vasıtasıdır. Türklerdeki sosyal hayat, din, düşünüş, hükümdarlık anlayışı, devlet felsefesi… gibi daha birçok kültürel kodu bu eserde bulmak mümkündür. Kutadgu Bilig sayılan bu yönleriyle birlikte geçmişi bilmek, anlamak ve geleceğe yöntem önermek açısından da birçok bilimsel çalışmanın nesnesi olmuştur. Bu çalışmada amaç Kutadgu Bilig’in devlet yöneticisi açısından incelenmesidir. Çalışmada Kutadgu Bilig’in XII, XVII, XVIII, XXI, XXIII, XXIV, XXV, XXVI, XXVII, XLI, XLII ve XLIII bölümleri hükümdar tasarımı ve devlet anlayışı bakımından incelenmiştir. Tales that draw attention with vocabulary, cultural infrastructure and richness of meaning and lo... more Tales that draw attention with vocabulary, cultural infrastructure and richness of meaning and located in the folk literature, have been the subject of various studies in folklore. Fanciful elements that is located in to folklore tales, often bears the imprint of the life of the individual and society. In this respect, fairy tales are not out of life. Vlademir Propp has identified the structural elements of the tale in Morfogija Skazki that he published in 1928. He specified "constant" and "variable" fairy tale elements by analyzing the structure of fairy tales. According to Propper, these elements have similar functions in all folk tales and fairy tales are uniform for all the extraordinary structures. Propp also has identified thirty-one functions in the fairy tales. Each fuction has a brief description and schematic symbol to do comparison. In this study, the fairy tale of three sour oranges that is the folk tale from Erzurum and compiled by Bilge Seyidoglu, was examined by using Vladimir Propp's structural narrative analysis method. In the study, episodes and motifs of "three sour oranges" fairy tales were clarified and then, the structure of the tale was examined according to Propp's structural narrative analysis method. In the investigation, it was determined that this tale was consisted of two series of events. Both series of events formed on the elimination of two missing of the tale and made an effort to complete to overcome the shortcomings of the main hero. In addition, it has been shown that "three sour oranges" tale has met almost all of the operations that were clarified in the Propp's method and in this respect, this tale is compatible with universal tale mold.

Destanin bu yonu onu bircok acidan incelenmeye deger kilmaktadir. Bu calismada Oguz Kagan Destani’nin Axel Olrik’in Epik Kurallari dogrultusunda incelenmesi amaclanmistir. Halk anlatilarinin ortak ilkeler etrafinda sekillendigini belirten Axel Olrik tarafindan belirlenen epik kurallari evrensel duzeyde halk anlatilarinin tasimasi gereken ozelliklerin bir ozeti olarak kabul edilebilir. Axel Olrik bu kurallari on bes madde altinda toplamis ve bircok halk anlatisi uzerinde tespit etmeye calismistir. Bu calismada Oguz Kagan Destani’nin Islamiyet oncesi doneme ait versiyonu uzerinde calisilmistir. Anadolu veya baska bir cografyada ortaya konulan anlatilarin incelenmesinde Olrik’in kurallarinin kullanilmasi ile hem epik kurallarinin hem de Turk sozlu ve yazili kultur geleneginin en guzel orneklerinden biri olan Oguz Kagan Destani’nin evrensellik boyutlari gorulebilecektir
